Claims (5)
- Piston en métal léger (10) avec des tubes échangeurs de chaleur, avec une cuvette de combustion d'épaisseur de fond appropriée agencée dans le fond de piston, une partie annulaire (3), un corps de piston (4) et des moyeux de piston destinés à recevoir un boulon de piston, ainsi qu'avec une multiplicité de tubes échangeurs de chaleur fermés (6), remplis de liquide, dotés d'un côté évaporateur (6a) et d'un côté condenseur (6b), qui sont disposés de façon répartie en périphérie à proximité de la partie annulaire (3) et qui sont orientés axialement selon l'axe du piston, caractérisé en ce que- le côté évaporateur (6a) des tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6) est formé par de courtes sections de tube, qui sont agencées dans l'épaisseur du fond (12), orientées selon le jet de combustion en direction du fond de piston, et qui sont reliées au moyen d'un tube échangeur de chaleur de liaison (7) s'étendant parallèlement au fond de piston;- au moins deux sections de tube opérant comme côté condenseur (6b) sont couplées au tube échangeur de chaleur de liaison (7) de telle marnière qu'un circuit de traitement fermé périphérique du liquide de refroidissement soit réalisé entre le côté évaporateur, le tube échangeur de chaleur de liaison et le côté condenseur de tubes échangeurs de chaleur (6) par une liaison tubulaire (8) disposée sur leurs extrémités côté condenseur (6c).
- Piston en métal léger selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube échangeur de chaleur de liaison (6) est disposé à hauteur de la partie annulaire (3) entre le bord de la cuvette et le bord au feu (12).
- Piston en métal léger selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites au moins deux sections de tube (6b) opérant côté condenseur sont disposées sur le côté de pression ou de contrepression à distance du corps de piston (4).
- Piston en métal léger selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la liaison tubulaire (8) disposée sur les extrémités côté condenseur (6b) présente un agrandissement de la surface de cession de chaleur par la formation de nervures (9),
- Piston en métal léger selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la liaison tubulaire (8) entre les sections de tube (6b) est configurée de telle manière que, entre le point mort haut (OT) et le point mort bas (UT) du piston en métal léger, les nervures (9) soient en permanence exposées à un jet d'huile de refroidissement côté vilebrequin (14) d'une buse à huile (13) du moteur à combustion interne.
