Abstract

A detachable support structure (3) is attached to a screen plate (1) and consists of an outer support ring (6) and an inner support ring (4). At least one middle support ring (5) is arranged radially between the inner and outer support rings to support the screen plate. A rotor is movable adjacent the screen plate. Bei dem bevorzugten Anwendungsfall der Erfindung weist die Stützstruktur 3 einen einzigen mittleren Stützring 5 auf. Dieser kann zum Sieb hin eine geschlossene Oberfläche aufweisen oder (z.B. gemäß Fig. 3) mit radial offenen Vertiefungen 25, z.B. mit Radialrillen (in Fig. 1 gestrichelt gezeichnet) versehen sein. Claims (20)

  1. Screening device for the wet screening of paper pulp (S), having at least one screen plate (1, 1', 1") provided with a large number of screen openings (2),
    and a supporting structure (3), to which the screen plate (1) is to be fixed detachably by its rear side,
    a rotor (20) that can be moved along close to the screen plate (1, 1', 1"),
    and an outlet opening (18) for the part of the paper pulp (S) which has passed through the screen openings (2),
    the screen plate (1, 1', 1") being detachably fixed, preferably screwed, to an outer supporting ring (6) and to an inner supporting ring (4), and
    the screen plate (1, 1', 1") resting on at least one supporting element arranged radially between the inner supporting ring (4) and the outer supporting ring (6),
    characterized in that
    on account of elastic prestress, the screen plate (1, 1', 1") exerts compressive forces on this at least one supporting element and tensile forces on the inner supporting ring (4) and the outer supporting ring (6) in each case.
  2. Screening device according to Claim 1, characterized in that
    the screen plate (1, 1', 1") rests on at least one central supporting ring (5, 5') forming the supporting element, without being fixed thereto.
  3. Screening device according to Claim 1, characterized in that
    the screen plate (1, 1', 1") is screwed to at least one central supporting ring (5, 5') forming the supporting element.
  4. Screening device according to Claim 1, 2 or 3, characterized in that
    on the side facing the screen plate (1, 1', 1"), the central supporting ring (5') has a surface provided with radially open depressions (25).
  5. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the screen plate (1, 1', ") is flat and has a circular or annular form.
  6. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the supporting rings (4, 5, 6) are joined to one another by at least one radial strut (7) and, together with the latter, form the supporting structure (3).
  7. Screening device according to Claim 6, characterized in that
    the supporting structure (3) has a single radial strut (7).
  8. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the supporting structure (3) has a single central supporting ring (5, 5').
  9. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the supporting structure (3) is for its part detachably fixed in the housing (10) of the screening device.
  10. Screening device according to one of Claims 1 to 8,
    characterized in that
    the supporting structure (3) is part of the housing (10) of the screening device.
  11. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the inner supporting ring (4) and the outer supporting ring (6) are joined directly to the housing (10) of the screening device, and the central supporting ring (5) is joined to the housing (10) via spacers (14).
  12. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    when the screen plate (1) is not mounted, the central supporting ring (5, 5') projects beyond the inner supporting ring (4) and the outer supporting ring (6) in the direction of the screen plate (1) by a projection (A), which means that during the mounting of the screen plate (1), the latter is prestressed elastically and, as a result, generates the compressive forces against the central supporting ring (5).
  13. Screening device according to Claim 12,
    characterized in that
    the projection (A) is between 0.2 and 5 mm, preferably 0.5 to 1 mm.
  14. Screening device according to one of Claims 1 to 11,
    characterized in that
    on the side facing the central supporting ring (5), the screen plate (1") has at least one protrusion (15) which projects with respect to the remaining screen area by the dimension (A'), by which means the prestress is generated, or in that an intermediate layer, in particular a spacer ring, having a thickness corresponding to the dimension (A') is inserted.
  15. Screening device according to Claim 14,
    characterized in that
    the dimension (A') is between 0.2 and 5 mm, preferably 0.5 to 1 mm.
  16. Screening device according to one of Claims 1 to 11,
    characterized in that
    in the unmounted state, the screen plate (1') is slightly curved in such a way that, following the fixing to the inner supporting ring (4) and outer supporting ring (6), it exerts a compressive force on the central supporting ring (5).
  17. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the screen plate (1, 1', 1") is provided with a plurality of bars (8) projecting beyond the screen area of the screen plate (1, 1', 1") on the inflow side.
  18. Screening device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the screening device is a secondary pulper.
  19. Screening device according to Claims 1 to 17,
    characterized in that

    the screening device is a pressure screen.
  20. Screening device according to Claims 1 to 17,
    characterized in that
    the screening device is part of a pulper.
