Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine einstückige Turbulenzeinlage für einen Wärmetauscher, insbesondere einen Kühler eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einem im Wesentlichen wellenförmigen Profil, wobei die Turbulenzeinlage mehrere Abschnitte mit sich in der gleichen Wellenausbreitungsrichtung ausbreitenden Wellenproflen aufweist, die quer zu der Wellenausbreitungsrichtung versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Herkömmliche Turbulenzeinlagen werden durch Walzen hergestellt. Aus der deutschen Patentschrift
DE 197 09 601 C2 ist ein Öl/Kühlmittel-Kühler bekannt, der aus mehreren parallel übereinander angeordneten Platten besteht. Jede der Platten weist an zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern jeweils eine Zu- und eine Abflussöffnung für ein Wärmetauschmedium auf. Die Platten bilden zwischen sich jeweils Hohlkammern, in denen gewellte Turbulenzbleche zur Erhöhung der Wärmeübertragung vorgesehen sind und die von je einem der an der Wärmeübertragung beteiligten Medien durchflossen sind. Die Turbulenzbleche sind in Abschnitte unterteilt, in denen eine unterschiedliche Ausrichtung des Verlaufs der Wellungen vorliegt. Die Abschnitte sind durch schräg verlaufende Trennschnitte gegeneinander abgesetzt. Die Turbulenzbleche sind gewalzt, wobei die Walzrichtung in benachbarten Abschnitten jeweils um einen vorgebbaren Winkel verdreht zu jener des benachbarten Abschnitts ist. Die jeweiligen Zu- oder Abflussöffnungen eines der Wärmetauschmedien sind so in den Abschnitten angeordnet, dass einer Strömung von der Zuflussöffnung unmittelbar in Richtung zu der Abflussöffnung ein größerer Widerstand als in einer Richtung quer dazu entgegengesetzt wird, so dass eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Strömung in der zugeordneten Hohlkammer bewirkt ist. Die bekannten Turbulenzbleche sind aus mehreren gewalzten Teilen zusammengesetzt, um Abschnitte mit unterschiedlichen Wellenausbreitungsrichtungen zu schaffen. Quer zur Walzrichtung entstehen torartige Öffnungen, die aber in benachbarten Reihen unterschiedlich weit sind, so dass zwischen benachbarten Toren in bekannter Weise jeweils schlitzartige Öffnungen entstehen, die eine Durchströmung nicht nur quer durch die Tore, sondern auch in einer Richtung senkrecht zu ermöglichen. - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine einstückige Turbulenzeinlage für einen Wärmetauscher, insbesondere einen Kühler eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einem im Wesentlichen wellenförmigen Profil, wobei die Turbulenzeinlage mehrere Abschnitte mit sich in der gleichen Wellenausbreitungsrichtung ausbreitenden Wellenprofilen aufweist, die quer zu der Wellenausbreitungsrichtung versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, zu schaffen, die einen besseren thermodynamischen Wirkungsgrad ermöglicht.
- Die Aufgabe ist durch eine einstückige Turbulenzeinlage gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Turbulenzeinlage wird eine gezielte Verteilung eines Mediums innerhalb eines Strömungskanals und/oder eine gezielte Versteifung eines Wärmetauschers bei lokal unterschiedlichen Lastzuständen entsprechend den lokalen Lasttensoren und/oder eine Optimierung der thermodynamischen Leistung durch eine geeignet ausgeformte Rippenstruktur in einzelnen oder allen Strömungskanälen eines Wärmetauschers ermöglicht. Die erfindungsgemäße Turbulenzeinlage wird in einem kombinierten Stanz- und Tiefziehprozess entweder ganz oder segmentweise ausgeformt. Die Struktur der Turbulenzeinlage kann auch als geschlossene Struktur ausgeformt sein. Dann kann der Stanzprozess entfallen.
- Ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Turbulenzeinlage ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkabschnitte in den äußeren Bereichen der Platte diagonal angeordnet sind. Dadurch wird die Bildung von Totwassergebieten verringert.
- Ein weiteres bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Turbulenzeinlage ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Wellenausbreitungsrichtung in den Umlenkabschnitten um 90 Grad ändert. Der Übergangsbereich ist vorzugsweise gerundet ausgebildet.
- Bei einem Kraftfahrzeugkühler, insbesondere einem Abgaskühler eines Nutzkraftfahrzeugs, ist die oben angegebene Aufgabe durch die Verwendung einer vorab beschriebenen Turbulenzeinlage gelöst.
- Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele im Einzelnen beschrieben sind. Dabei können die in den Ansprüchen und in der Beschreibung erwähnten Merkmale jeweils einzeln für sich oder in beliebiger Kombination erfindungswesentlich sein. Es zeigen:

Figur 1 ist ein Abgaskühler 1 eines Nutzkraftfahrzeugs perspektivisch dargestellt. Der Abgaskühler 1 umfasst ein Kühlergehäuse 2, das im Wesentlichen die Gestalt eines länglichen Quaders aufweist. An der Oberseite des Kühlergehäuses 2 sind ein Kühlmitteleinlassstutzen 3 und ein Kühlmittelauslassstutzen 4 angebracht. An den Stirnseiten des Kühlergehäuses 2 sind ein Abgaseinlassstutzen 6 und ein Abgasauslassstutzen 7 angebracht. Durch den Abgasseinlassstutzen 6 kann Abgas in das Kühlergehäuse 2 eintreten, das durch eine Vielzahl von Abgasströmungskanälen in Längsrichtung des Kühlergehäuses 2 zu dem Abgasauslassstutzen 7 geführt wird. Zwischen zwei im Wesentlichen plattenförmigen Abgasströmungskanälen ist jeweils ein im Wesentlichen plattenförmiger Kühlmittelströmungskanal angeordnet. Der Verlauf der Kühlmittelströmungskanäle in dem Kühlergehäuse 2 ist durch Pfeile 11 bis 14 angedeutet. Das Kühlmittel dient dazu, das durch das Kühlergehäuse 2 hindurch geleitete Abgas des Nutzkraftfahrzeugs abzukühlen. Der Bereich, in dem die Strömung im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung durch das Kühlergehäuse 2 verläuft, wird auch als mittlerer Bereich bezeichnet. Der mittlere Bereich wird nach außen hin durch einen Einlassbereich und einen Auslassbereich begrenzt. In dem Einlassbereich muss die Strömung, wie durch Pfeile 18 angedeutet ist, um 90 Grad umgelenkt werden. In ähnlicher Weise muss die Strömung in dem Auslassbereich um 90 Grad umgelenkt werden, wie durch Pfeile 19 angedeutet ist. InFigur 1 besteht an zwei Stellen 22 eine erhöhte Gefahr, dass sich Totwassergebiete bilden. Unter anderem um die Bildung solcher Totwassergebiete zu verhindern, sind in den Strömungskanälen Turbulenzeinlagen angeordnet. - In den
Figuren 2 und 3 ist eine erfindungsgemäße Turbulenzeinlage 24 gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel perspektivisch und im Schnitt dargestellt. Die Turbulenzeinlage 24 ist aus einer rechteckförmigen Platte in einem Stück aus Aluminiumblech gebildet. An einem Ende der Turbulenzeinlage 24 ist ein im Wesentlichen dreieckiger Einlassbereich 25 ausgebildet. In dem Einlassbereich 25 sind sechs rechteckige Wellenprofilabschnitte 27 bis 32 nebeneinander angeordnet. Die Wellenprofilabschnitte 27 bis 32 sind in Längsrichtung der Turbulenzeinlage 24 gewellt. Der Wellenprofilabschnitt 27 umfasst fünf Wellenberge 34 bis 38, die im gleichen Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind. Der Wellenprofilabschnitt 28 umfasst fünf Wellenberge, die gegenüber den Wellenbergen des Wellenprofilabschnitts 27 versetzt angeordnet sind. Der Wellenprofilabschnitt 29 umfasst drei Wellenberge, die gegenüber den Wellenbergen des Wellenprofilabschnitts 28 versetzt angeordnet sind. Der Wellenprofilabschnitt 30 umfasst drei Wellenberge, die gegenüber den Wellenbergen des Wellenprofilabschnitts 29 versetzt angeordnet sind. Die Wellenprofilabschnitte 31 und 32 umfassen jeweils einen Wellenberg, der versetzt zu dem oder den benachbarten Wellenbergen angeordnet ist. Die Wellenprofile der Wellenprofilabschnitte 27 bis 32 sind an beiden Seiten offen, so dass sie quer zur Plattenlängsrichtung durchströmt wenden können. - In der Mitte der Platte erstreckt sich ein mittlerer Bereich 40, in dem eine Vielzahl von rechteckigen Wellenprofilabschnitten 41 bis 45 quer zur Plattenlängsrichtung angeordnet sind. Die Wellenprofile der Wellenprofilabschnitte 41 bis 45 breiten sich quer zur Plattenlängsrichtung aus und sind versetzt zueinander angeordnet. Durch eine Schnittlinie 47 ist angedeutet, dass der mittlere Bereich 40 deutlich größer ist als es in den
Figuren 2 und 3 dargestellt ist. Der mittlere Bereich 40 hat im Wesentlichen die Gestalt eines gleichschenkligen Trapezes. - Zwischen dem Einlassbereich 25 und dem mittleren Bereich 40 ist ein im Wesentlichen diagonal angeordneter Umlenkbereich 50 vorgesehen. Der Umlenkbereich 50 umfasst eine Vielzahl von Umlenkabschnitten 52 bis 55, in denen die Strömung von dem Einlassbereich 25 zu dem mittleren Bereich 40 um 90 Grad umgelenkt wird.
- An dem dem Einlassbereich 25 entgegengesetzen Ende der Turbulenzeinlage 24 ist ein Auslassbereich 60 vorgesehen, der symmetrisch zu dem Einlassbereich 25 ausgebildet ist. Zwischen dem Auslassbereich 60 und dem mittleren Bereich 40 ist ein Umlenkbereich 65 vorgesehen, der eine Vielzahl von Umlenkabschnitten 66 bis 68 aufweist, und symmetrisch zu dem Umlenkbereich 50 ausgebildet ist. Die zugehörige Symmetrieachse verläuft quer durch die Mitte der Turbulenzeinlage 24.
- In den
Figuren 4 und 5 ist eine weitere, nicht beansprüchte Turbulenzeinlage 70 in zwei verschiedenen Ansichten dargestellt. Die Turbulenzeinlage 70 ist aus einem Stück Aluminiumblech gebildet und hat die Form eines Rechtecks. Die Turbulenzeinlage 70 ist in einen Einlassbereich 71, einen mittleren Bereich 72 und einen Auslassbereich 73 unterteilt. Der Einlassbereich 71 umfasst eine Vielzahl von Wellenprofilabschnitten 75 bis 80, welche die Form von Rechtecken aufweisen. Die Wellenprofilabschnitte 75 bis 80 umfassen jeweils zwei Wellenberge, die in einem Abstand 82 zueinander angeordnet sind. Die Wellen in dem Wellenprofilabschnitt 75 breiten sich etwa in einem Winkel von 65 Grad zu einer Längsseite der Turbulenzeinlage 70 aus. Die Wellen des Wellenprofilabschnitts 80 breiten sich etwa in einem Winkel von 30 Grad zu der zugehörigen Längsseite der Turbulenzeinlage 70 aus. Dazwischen verringert sich der Winkel der Wellenausbreitungsrichtung zu der Längsseite der Turbulenzeinlage 70 von außen zu dem mittleren Bereich 72 hin. - Der mittlere Bereich 72 umfasst drei Wellenprofilabschnitte 84 bis 86, die rechteckig ausgebildet sind. Die Wellen breiten sich in den Wellenprofilabschnitten 84 bis 86 quer zur Plattenlängsrichtung aus. Die Wellenberge der Wellenprofilabschnitte 84 bis 86 sind versetzt zueinander angeordnet. Die Turbulenzeinlage 70 ist, bezogen auf eine Symmetrieachse quer durch die Mitte der Turbulenzeinlage 70, symmetrisch ausgebildet.
Claims (8)
- Einstückige Turbulenzeinlage (24) für einen Wärmetauscher (1), insbesondere einen Kühler eines Kraftfahrzeugs, mit einem im Wesentlichen wellenförmigen Profil, wobei die Turbulenzeinlage (24) mehrere Abschnitte (41-45) mit sich in der gleichen Wellenausbreitungsrichtung ausbreitenden Wellenprofilen aufweist, die quer zu der Wellenausbreitungsrichtung versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Turbulenzeinlage (24) mehrere Abschnitte (27-32,41-45) mit sich in unterschiedlichen Wellenausbreitungsrichtungen ausbreitenden Wellenprofilen aufweist, wobei die Turbulenzeinlage (24) von einer im Wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Platte gebildet wird, die einen mittleren Bereich (40) mit mehreren Abschnitten (41-45) mit Wellenprofilen, die sich quer zur Plattenlängsrichtung ausbreiten, und zwei äußere Bereiche (25,60) mit mehreren Abschnitten (27-32) mit Wellenprofilen umfasst, die sich in Plattenlängsrichtung ausbreiten, wobei zwischen den sich quer und längs ausbreitenden Wellenprofilabschnitten (27-32,41-45) Umlenkabschnitte (52-55; 66-68) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Strömung in den Umlenkabschnitten (52-55,66-68) um 90° umgelenkt wird.
- Turbulenzeinlage (24) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkabschnitte (52-55,66-68) in den äußeren Bereichen der Platte diagonal angeordnet sind.
- Turbulenzeinlage (24) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Wellenausbreitungsrichtung in den Umlenkabschnitten (52-55,66-68) um 70 bis 110 Grad, bevorzugt um 85 bis 95, besonders bevorzugt um 90 Grad ändert.
- Turbulenzeinlage (24) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschnitte (27-32) mit sich in unterschiedlichen Wellenausbreitungsrichtungen ausbreitenden Wellenprofilen nacheinander von einem Fluid durchströmbar sind.
- Kraftfahrzeugwärmetauscher, insbesondere Ladeluftkühler, Abgaskühler oder Kältemittelverdampfer oder -kondensator, mit einer Turbulenzeinlage (24) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Kraftfahrzeugwärmetauscher nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Kraftfahrzeugwärmetauscher durch einen Kraftfahrzeugkühler gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Turbulenzeinlage (24) in einem Strömungskanal formschlüssig fixiert ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Turbulenzeinlage (24) in einem Strömungskanal verlötet, verschweißt oder verklebt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeugkühler nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Strömungskanal von einem Rohr oder zwei aufeinander gelegten oder gestapelten Scheiben oder zwischen zwei Rohren gebildet ist.
