Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à fabriquer un bloc de construction creux à partir d'une masse de construction humide hydrauliquement durcissable, lequel dispositif comprend un moule (1) ouvert vers le haut, lequel moule comporte des traverses centrales (4) placées à une certaine distance latérale les unes des autres, s'élevant d'un fond (2) du moule à l'intérieur de parois de moule et servant à former les chambres creuses du bloc de construction creux, ainsi qu'un chariot de chargement (9) pouvant être déplacé le long d'une coulisse (6) au-dessus du moule (1), lequel chariot forme, avec un fond à tamis (14) permettant de répartir la masse de construction reçue, un espace de réception (12) délimité par des parois périphériques (13). L'objectif de cette invention est de parvenir à un chargement uniforme du moule (1). A cet effet, le fond à tamis (114), installé dans le chariot de chargement (9) de manière oscillatoire, est relié à un entraînement oscillatoire (16) et comporte des ouvertures de tamis de différentes tailles présentant une section transversale d'ouverture entravant un passage libre de la masse de construction humide suivant le poids propre de cette dernière, lesquelles ouvertures sont agencées au-dessus de la section transversale du moule selon une répartition qui dépend de la forme des parois périphériques (13) de l'espace de réception (12) et/ou des parois du moule et de l'agencement des traverses centrales (4). De plus, le chariot de chargement (9) peut être verrouillé au-dessus du moule (1) dans une position de chargement délimitée par butée.
