Description

The invention relates to a winch, in particular a Seilhubwinde, with a cable groove having at least one cable drum and a cable guide, the cable guide has at least two complementary to a ring base segments, which is guided over at least one engaging element in the cable groove and a torque arm on the winch are supported, and are arranged on the base segments elements for guiding and holding down a rope, wherein the torque arm is selectively fastened to different locations of the base segments.

From the German patent DE 34 21 843 C3 already a winch with a cable drum is known, which has a cable guide for a wound on the cable drum rope. The cable drum has a right- or left-handed rope groove for the rope. In order to guide the rope safely during the winding and unwinding and slack rope in the rope grooves or to hold there, the cable guide assumes a leadership function and a hold-down function with respect to the rope. The cable guide is essentially formed as a ring, which is guided on the rope grooves and thus in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum. The ring is approximately half divided into two segments, of which the first is called a guide segment and the second as a hold-down segment. Both segments are provided on their inner circular peripheral surface with a thread profile, which is adapted to the profile of the rope groove, in particular their pitch. The split ring is placed on the cable drum; the thread profiles then engage in the rope groove and the ends of the segments are connected to each other via a screw connection. So that the ring does not rotate with the cable drum but mitwandert during winding and unwinding of the rope along the cable drum in the longitudinal direction, this is supported via a torque arm in the form of a short arm to a profile of the winds, which at a distance from the cable grooves Cable drum and runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the cable drum.

This embodiment has proven itself many times in practice. The lead segment and the hold-down segment are each to be fulfilled by them Tasks adapted and therefore differ in their design from each other. This increases the variety of parts of the cable guide. In addition, the segments of the cable guide are made of plastic. This entails that a separate injection molding tool is required for the guide segment and the hold-down segment. With increasing diameter of the cable drum and the segments are correspondingly larger and the tool costs increase accordingly.

The reference D1 relates to a cable guide, which is constructed from a first ring half and a second ring half. The two ring halves are screwed together in the region of a first parting line via a connecting piece and in the region of a second parting line via a connecting plate. On the outer circumference of the ring halves so-called beads are arranged, in which with respect to the circumference of the ring halves evenly spaced recesses are arranged. In the region of the connecting piece these recesses are also provided. The dimensions of the connector are chosen so that the distances below the recesses and recesses are constant. The recesses are formed as elongated holes which extend tangentially to the ring halves in their width and with their opening in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum. These recesses serve to clamp at almost any location designated as a guide piece torque arm. Depending on the location of the desired cable drain point this guide piece can then be along the ring halves and the corresponding recesses and offset. Also, the connection tab has an exit slot for the rope. This exit slot is also limited by the ring halves. Furthermore, additional clamping rings for holding down the rope turns of the rope are provided on the ring halves. This clamping ring is guided over an annular flange in an annular groove in the ring halves.

Based on this prior art, the present invention, the object of a winch, in particular a Seilhubwinde to create, which has a simplified, preferably modular design.

This object is achieved by the winch with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the dependent claims 2 to 13 indicated.

According to the invention is in a winch, in particular a Seilhubwinde, with at least one rope groove having cable drum and a cable guide, the cable guide has at least two complementary to a ring base segments, which is guided over at least one engaging element in the cable groove and a torque arm on the winch are supported, and at the base segments elements for guiding and holding down a rope are arranged, wherein the torque arm is optionally attachable to different locations of the base segments, a simplified construction achieved in that in the base segments in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum a plurality of holes for at least one torque arm and at least one attachment element for guiding and holding down a cable are arranged, via which the attachment element and the torque support are fastened at different locations of the base segments in a desired number to the base segments. Each individual component is simpler in design and can be specially adapted to its function. It is created a modular structure of the cable guide. The cable guide can be easily adapted to the local conditions such as installation position of the winch and position of the cable drain point. Also, the assembly of the torque arm and the attachment is simplified. In order to fasten the attachments and the torque arm variable at different locations of the base segments, more holes for the attachments and the torque arm are arranged in the base segments, as needed for their final attachment.

The fact that the basic segments are identical, with the exception of their engagement elements, the variety of parts can be reduced and also a production in Kunstoffspritzgießverfahren is simplified, since only a basic tool is needed. The differing engaging elements can be taken into account by using so-called slides or inserts in the basic tool during manufacture. This advantage is maximized with large Seiltrommeldurchmessem and correspondingly large basic segments.

A stable guidance of the base segments along the cable drum is achieved in that the engagement elements of the base segments are formed as adapted to the contour of the rope groove threads. This guidance is optimized when the Engagement elements extending almost over the entire drum of the drum facing inner surface of the base segments and seen in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum seen at least two sections of the threads are provided one behind the other.

A further simplification and reduction of the parts is achieved in that the attachment elements for guiding and holding down the rope are identical regardless of their function. Preferably, the add-on element is designed in the shape of a peat with two legs and a transverse web connecting them.

With this attachment, an opening can be delimited for guiding the rope with a portion of the base segments, through which the rope to be led in the region of the cable drain point then performed and guided there. Also, the cable drum facing inner surface of the attachment can be easily used to hold down the rope.

As a further modular components, a guide element is provided, via which the cable is pressed in the vicinity of the cable drain point in the rope groove. Thus, simply by repositioning the guide element and the add-on elements different positions for the cable drain can be realized. The cable guide can thus be used more universally. Also, several guide elements can be used.

For the attachment of the guide element is provided that at least one extending in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum bore is arranged in the base segments, in which an axis of the guide element is clamped inserted. In order to fasten the guide element variably at different locations of the base segments, more holes for the guide elements are arranged in the base segments, as needed for their final attachment.

In order to simplify assembly, extending in the base segments in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum bores for fixing the attachments and the torque arm. In order to fasten the attachments and the torque arm variable at different locations of the base segments, more holes for the attachments and the torque arm are arranged in the base segments, as needed for their final attachment.

It is advantageously provided that at least the base segments are made of plastic, in particular a polyamide with an addition of MoS 2. The basic segment thus has good wear and sliding properties.

The present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in a drawing. Show it:
  • FIG. 1 a perspective view of a cable with a cable guide,
  • FIG. 2 a perspective view of a cable guide to FIG. 1 and
  • FIG. 3 a sectional view of the cable guide to FIG. 2 ,

Das Getriebe 7 stützt sich an der der Seiltrommel 3 abgewandten Seite der ersten Tragplatte 4a ab.The FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a cable 1 with a cable guide according to the invention 2. The cable 1 consists essentially of a cable drum 3 with a rope groove 3a for a not shown support cable and a first support plate 4a and a second support plate 4b, between which the cable drum 3 rotatably mounted is. The almost square support plates 4a and 4b are spaced apart from each other by two tubular side members 5 and connected to one another. For this purpose, two longitudinal members 5 are provided - of which in the FIG. 1 the second is covered by the cable drum 3 - which are each secured with their ends in the corner regions of the longitudinal members 5 thereto. The two side members 5 are fixed in opposite corners of the support plates 4a, 4b. The cable drum 3 is driven by an electric motor 6, which is connected via a gear 7 with the cable drum 3. The gear 7 is supported on the side facing away from the cable drum 3 side of the first support plate 4a.

The cable guide 2 has the shape of a ring and consists essentially of two almost identical first and second basic segments 2a and 2b, which are thus each semicircular. The annular cable guide 2 surrounds the cable drum 3 and is connected via at least one engaging element 8 (see FIG. 2 ) disposed respectively on the inner circumferential surface 2c of the base segments 2a and 2b engage with the rope groove 3a. The cable guide 2 is thus like a threaded nut along a screw or a spindle, here the cable drum 3, movable. Thus, in a winding or unwinding of the rope so a rotational movement of the cable drum 3, the cable guide 2 does not rotate with the cable drum 3 but effectively hold down the rope and can lead, so can move along the cable drum 3, is at one of the two basic segments 2a and 2b of the cable guide 2 a torque arm 9 is fixed, which is connected via a semicircular recess 9a with one of the two tubular side members 5 in engagement. The rope guide 2 is located in the FIG. 1 in their left end position. Thus, as described above, the cable guide 2 when winding and unwinding of the rope down hold the rope and can lead, are attached to the base segments 2a and 2b correspondingly suitable attachment elements 10 and additionally a guide member 11.

The FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a cable guide 2 after FIG. 1 , In particular, it can be seen from this figure that arranged on the inner peripheral surface 2c of the base segments 2a and 2b engagement elements 8 are formed in the form of sections of two successive threads that complement each other complementarily with the contour of the rope groove 3a. The threads extend almost over the entire inner peripheral surface 2c of the base segments 2a and 2b and end only in the region of the ends 2d of the base segments 2a and 2b. Corresponding to the pitch of the rope groove 3a of the cable drum 3, the engagement elements 8 of the two basic segments 2a and 2b differ from each other, as seen in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum 3 engage in diverging areas of the rope groove 3a. Apart from the engagement elements 8, the basic segments 2a and 2b are identical. This results in a production of the basic segments 2a and 2b made of plastic in the injection molding the advantage that for the production of both basic segments 2a and 2b, the same injection mold can be used, which only needs to be changed in the field of engaging elements 8 by using so-called slide or interchangeable inserts depending on whether the first basic segment 2a or the second basic segment 2b is to be produced. Preferably, as a plastic, a polyamide with a Addition of MoS2 used, since this good wear and sliding properties of the basic segments 2a and 2b are achieved with their thread-like engaging elements 8 in the cable groove 3a and the cable drum 3 made of steel.

Furthermore, two different types of first holes 12 and second holes 13 are arranged in the base segments 2 a and 2 b, each extending in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum 3. Of the first bores 12, 14 are provided per base segment 2 a, 2 b, which are distributed in the circumferential direction of the base segments 2 a, 2 b almost uniformly over them. The number and distribution of the first bores 12 is selected so that the torque arm 9 and the attachment elements 10 for guiding and holding down the rope can be fastened at suitable locations on the first and the second basic segment 2a, 2b. The suitable locations are usually based on the drainage point of the rope from the cable drum 3 and the arrangement of the longitudinal members 5 for supporting the torque arm 9 on the support plates 4a and 4b. In the FIG. 1 the cable is a hoist and thus is the drain point of the rope as well as in the rope guide after FIG. 2 seen at about 9 o'clock in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum 3. Correspondingly, the attachment element 10 on the first base segment 2a has a guiding function for the rope, ie the rope is guided through the arcuate opening 15 delimited by the attachment element 10 and the first base segment 2a to the cable drum 3 or away from it. When viewed in the winding direction of the cable, this attachment element 10 with guide function is followed by the center of the attachment element 10 about 50 ° thereafter by a torque support 9 fixed to the first base segment 2a, which is also fastened in the first bores 12 via connecting means 14. Seen in the longitudinal direction of the cable drum 3, this torque arm 9 has a substantially V-shaped configuration, with its diagonally divergent webs 9b being fastened in the region of their ends to the first basic segment 2a. In the region of the intersection of the webs 9b, the recess 9a described above is arranged.

In addition, each of the basic segments 2 a, 2 b has two second bores 13, which are distributed almost uniformly relative to the circumference of the entire cable guide 2 and in each case lie between two first bores 12 which serve for fastening the torque arm 9. These second holes 13 are formed as blind holes and are used for clamping the axis 11 a of a Guide element 11, from which the incoming and outgoing rope is pressed into the rope groove 3a. On the axis 11 a two b 11 c are mounted on a double lever 11 b, which have a flat tread. Although in the drawing, the torque arm 9 and the guide member 11 are disposed at a position of the base segment 2a, depending on local conditions on the cable 1 may also be attached differently to the base segments 2a, 2b. Also, a plurality of torque arms 9 or guide elements 11 may be attached to the base segments 2 a, 2 b.

In principle, the cable guide 2 can be optimally adapted to the cable pull 1 and the drainage point of the cable by the variable attachment possibility of the torque arm 9, mounting elements 10 and the guide element 11 to the base segments 2a, 2b. Also, the number of elements to be grown can be varied as needed.

On the second base segment 2b, another of the attachment element 10 is arranged in the circumferential direction, but has a hold-down function with respect to the rope, ie the rope is prevented from leaving the rope groove 3a by the inner side 10c facing the cable drum 3. In the FIG. 2 Although only one attachment element 10 is attached to the second base segment 2b in hold-down function, however, it is also possible, if required, to attach two attachment elements 10 in hold-down function in the circumferential direction of the base segment 2b one behind the other. The space is sufficient for this purpose and the first holes 12 are provided at the corresponding locations on the base segment 2b.

The add-on elements 10 are designed such that they can optionally assume the guiding function for the cable in the region of the discharge point of the cable drum 3 or the hold-down function in the remaining area of the cable drum 3. In essence, the attachment elements 10 have the shape of a gate-shaped bracket with two bolt-shaped legs 10a and a corresponding to the curvature of the base segments 2a, 2b bent crossbar 10b.

At the ends 2 d of the base segments 2 a, 2 b are each further holes 2 e arranged to screw the base segments 2 a, 2 b in the manner of a single-screw connection via connecting means 16 together to form a ring.

Selbstverständlich sind hier auch mehrschnittige Bolzenverbindungen möglich.Of course, also multi-section bolt connections are possible here.

In the FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a portion of the first base segment 2a after FIG. 2 shown. The section shown begins at the lower end 2d and ends in the region of one of the first holes 12, to which a beginning of an attachment element 10 is fastened with a connecting means 14 designed as a screw. It can be seen that the base segment 2a facing ends of the legs 10a are slightly longer pin-shaped to be positively inserted into a correspondingly formed extension of the bore 12 can. As a result, a mounting relief is achieved, since the attachment element 10 is thereby aligned with the base segment 2a and easier the connecting means 14 can be attached. Also, the compound receives a higher stability against lateral forces.

Although it is stated in the above embodiment that the cable guide consists of two nearly identical and semicircular basic segments 2a and 2b, it is also possible to divide them into more than two nearly identical basic segments. Also, the cable drum 3 may have more than one rope groove 3a. The number of cable guides 3 is then increased accordingly.
