Claims (13)

  1. Process for manufacturing a loom (M) heddle (8), said process including the steps consisting in:
    a) manufacturing an eyelet (9) for guiding a warp yarn (10),
    b) making an opening (84) for receiving said eyelet in a threadlike element (81), and
    c) placing and immobilizing the said eyelet in said opening,
    characterized in that
    d) during the manufacture of said eyelet or the implementation of the opening, on an edge (85 or 94) of a first element, among said eyelet (9) and said opening (84), are formed at least two projecting tabs (95) offset (d, d') from each other both along said edge and perpendicularly to the principal faces (86, 87 ; 92, 93) of said first element,
    e) during the placement of said eyelet in said opening, said tabs (95) are engaged (F3) with a part (85a ; 94a ; 95') of the edge (85 ; 94) of the second element, among said eyelet and said opening.
  2. Process according to Claim 1, characterized in that it includes a step of thinning and sizing said edge (85) intended to be engaged with said tabs (95), said step of thinning being prior to the placement of said eyelet in said opening (84).
  3. Process according to Claim 2, characterized in that said thinning and sizing step is carried out by localized die-stamping of said threadlike element (81) said die-stamping induces on each side (86 and 87) of this threadlike element the creation of a housing (86a and 87a) for receiving one of said tabs (95) and said step of thinning is followed by a step of forming a longitudinal slit (88) in the threadlike element with said slit next enlarged (F2) to make said opening (84).
  4. Process according to Claim 1, characterized in that it includes a step consisting in forming, on the edge (85) of the second element (81), projecting tabs (95') which are complementary to those (95) formed on the edge (94) of the first element (9) said complementary tabs being offset from each other along the edge of said second element and perpendicularly to the principal faces (86 and 87) of said second element, with an inverse distribution from that of the tabs formed on said first element.
  5. Process according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said eyelet (9) or said opening (84) is made by cutting, and said tabs (95 and 95') are made by die-stamping or forging.
  6. Heddle for a shed-forming mechanism on a loom including a threadlike element (81) and an eyelet (9) immobilized in an opening (84) arranged in said threadlike element, characterized in that a first element, among said eyelet and said opening, has, on one edge (85 ; 94), at least two projecting tabs (95) offset (d, d') from each other along said edge and perpendicularly to the principal faces (86, 87 ; 92, 93) of said first element, whereas a part (85a ; 94a ; 95') of the edge (85 ; 94) of the second element, among said eyelet and said opening, is engaged (F3) with said tabs.
  7. Heddle according to Claim 6, characterized in that the thickness (e9) of said eyelet is roughly equal to the maximum thickness (e81) of said threadlike element (81), including in the area of said tabs (95).
  8. Heddle according to one of Claims 6 or 7, characterized in that said edge (85 ; 94) which is partly engaged (F3) with said tabs (95) is, at least in the area of a part (85a ; 94a) inserted between said tabs, thinned (l85) relative to the maximum thickness (e81) of said threadlike element (81) or said eyelet(9).
  9. Heddle according to one of Claims 6 or 7, characterized in that said second element (81) has, on one edge (85), projecting tabs (95') which are complementary to those (95) formed on the edge (94) of said first element (9) said complementary tabs being offset from each other along said edge of said second element and perpendicularly to the principal faces (86, 87) of said second element, with an inverse distribution from that of the tabs formed on said first element.
  10. Heddle according to one of Claims 6 to 9, characterized in that each tab (95 and 95') is, on one of its sides, flush with a principal face (86, 87 ; 92, 93) of said eyelet (9) or said threadlike element (81).
  11. Heddle according to one of Claims 6 to 10, characterized in that said threadlike element (81) is of stainless steel and said eyelet (9) is bonded in said opening (84).
  12. Heddle according to one of Claims 6 to 11, characterized in that said eyelet (9) or said opening (84) is provided with eight tabs (95) distributed on its edge (85 ; 94) in groups of two tabs offset (d, d') relative to each other along said edge and in a direction parallel to a central axis (X91) of a guiding hole (91) formed by said eyelet.
  13. Loom (M) equipped with a shed-forming mechanism including at least one heddle (8) according to one of Claims 6 to 12.
