Description

Titel: Um einen oberen und einen unteren Drehzapfen schwenkbarer GlastürflügelTitle: Swiveling glass door sashes around an upper and a lower pivot
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a glass door pivotable about an upper pivot and a lower pivot with the upper and lower end of a glass panel forming wing and a concealed arranged in the upper wing profile door closer, which one ends connected to a pivot axis of the door closer and otherwise on an upper substructure rotatably supported Actu¬ supply arm, wherein the pivot on one end of the width of the glass door wing arranged pivot bearing between the glass door leaf and the upper substructure and a lower substructure bil¬ the.
Glass door wings of the aforementioned type can be used as individual door elements or in combination with solid glass elements adjoining the glass door leaf laterally. The additional arrangement of a door closer causes, especially in unfavorable weather, er¬ desired automatic closing of the door. Generic glass door wings can also be integrated into multi-leaf entrance doors, in which the individual door elements can be moved both pivotably and by means of an upper guide rail into a parking position.
The invention to be explained below deals with the technical design of a glass door leaf, which is merely pivotally mounted with respect to the associated upper or lower substructure, ie in which a displaceable mounting in an upper guide rail is to be dispensed with. A generic device has become known from DE 101 57 805 A1. In the known device, a pivotable door leaf element is integrated in a sliding wall, which is both displaceable and pivotable. For this purpose, the door leaf element is suspended from a carriage which carries the door leaf element and which has a pivot axis for the door leaf element, arranged at approximately half the width of the door leaf element. A second pivot axis is formed by the pivot of a door closer. The actuating arm connected to the pivot pin of the door closer is, on the other hand, supported by a pivot bearing on a component of the substructure forming pivot bearing. When pivoting the Türflügelele¬ mentes the door leaf element pivots on both sides of the carriage leading leading Füh¬ guide rail due to the ange¬ about half the width of the door leaf ange¬ in the region of the carriage ange¬ arranged pivot axis with its the door leaf element be¬ bordering end edges. This requires the provision of a sufficient Frei¬ space on both sides of the closed starting position. Furthermore, a hollow-cylindrical fastening profile adjoining the actual upper substructure, with a running rail arranged below the fastening profile, requires a relatively large overall height of the entire device.
Da das Fiügelprofil, der Querholm und das Rahmenprofii übereinander angeordnet sind, setzt die vorbekannte Lösung die Bereitstellung einer ausreichenden Raumhöhe voraus.DE 94 21 374 U1 is concerned with a sliding swivel door, which consists of sliding door leaves, of which the two middle are designed as the driving wing and the two outer as pivoting wings, wherein all wings are pivotable about axes arranged at the end of their width. The wings each have an upper and a lower, a Glas¬ disc chucking wing profile, which is followed by an additional, in cross-section hollow cylindrical transverse spar. The cross member is used to concealed a door closer, the operating arm on the other hand by means of a Gieitstückes in a component of a Unterkon- structuring, also hollow cylindrical frame profile is supported. Since the wing profile, the cross member and the Rahmenprofii are arranged one above the other, the previously known solution requires the provision of sufficient room height.
The object of the invention, while dispensing with the possibility of displacing the door element, is to improve a glass door of the type mentioned above such that, when the door closer is concealed and the gliding door is used as a swing door, by means of a suitable arrangement of the pivot bearing and the Door closer in conjunction with a particular embodiment of the upper Unterkon¬ construction of the use of glass door is also possible if only a relatively small height is available on site.
Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mit der Lehre nach Anspruch 1.The invention solves the problem with the teaching of claim 1.
According to the invention, both the upper and the lower pivot bearing and the door closer within the respective Flügel¬ profiles are arranged, wherein the slider of the door closer aufneh¬ ing substructure is formed in a cost effective and space-saving manner as a flat plate, the required plate thickness only by the inclusion of the slide is determined.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
- A -With the invention, a glass door wing usable as a swing door can be realized while providing a low overall height, which is additionally facilitated by the pivot pin arranged in the lower journal receptacle engaging in a bearing plate which is screwed to a floor and forms the lower substructure , - A -
Since the pivot pins forming the upper and lower pivot bearings are each arranged in a journal receptacle embedded in the upper and in the lower casement profile, the clamping of the glass pane by the upper and the lower casement profile is sufficient so that the width of the front edge delimiting the glass pane is frameless can be trained.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 1, a glass door leaf 1 is designed as a swing door 2, with a glass pane 5 being clamped between an upper wing profile 3 and a lower wing profile 4. In the upper wing profile 3 is a Upper pivot bearing 8 forming pivot 6 and in the lower Flügelpro- fii 4 is a lower pivot bearing 9 forming pivot 7 angeord¬ net. The pivot pins 6 and 7 are each mounted in an upper pin receptacle 6 or in a lower pin receptacle 17 and thus form the upper pivot bearing 8 and the lower pivot bearing 9. The Schwenkla¬ ger 8 and 9 are visible respectively in the upper wing profile 3 and the lower wing profile 4 is embedded. The upper pivot 6 engages in an upper substructure 12 forming door bearing strip 18 a; the lower pivot 7 engages in a lower substructure 15 forming, screwed to a bottom 22 bearing plate 23 a.
In the upper wing profile 3, a door closer 10 is concealed, des¬ sen actuating arm 14 is connected to a pivot axis 11 of the door closer 10. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 7, in the upper substructure 12 forming screw-type connections 26 connected to the ceiling 13, plate-like door bearing strip 18, a frontally limited recess 19 is provided into which a slide rail 20 is inserted by means of further screw connections 27. In the Gleitschie¬ ne 20 a arranged at the free end of the actuating arm 14 slider 21 is forcibly guided.
BezugszeichenlisteSince the upper or lower wing profiles 3 and 4 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 reliably clamp the glass pane 5, the width B of the swing door 2 delimiting the end faces 24 and 25 of the glass pane 5 can, as FIG be designed frameless.
