Claims (9)
- Dispositif de couplage et découplage rapide d'outils au sommet d'une presse plieuse, où chaque outil (2a, 2b, 2c) peut être attaché à la poutre supérieure ou à un accessoire de prolongement du cône d'outil, appelé intermédiaire (1a, 1b, 1c) par des brides de verrouillage/déverrouillage (4a, 4b, 4c), dans lequel le dispositif comporte un poussoir (12), ce poussoir (12) comprenant:- un siège extérieur (13), muni d'une ouverture sur un côté,- un curseur (14) de forme sphérique en mesure de glisser dans ledit siège (13) avec un partie terminale et capable d'amener ladite partie terminale à faire partiellement saillie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture,- un ressort (15) pressant le curseur (14) pour causer sa sortie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture par ladite partie terminale,où le dispositif présente en outre une rainure (18) ayant un axe horizontal parallèle à la partie avant de la presse, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (18) est prévue sur une surface verticale de la partie du cône d'outil (3a, 3b, 3c) insérée dans la cavité de la poutre supérieure (1a, 1b, 1c),
en ce que le poussoir (12) est placé à l'intérieur de la bride (4a, 4b, 4c) verrouillant/déverrouillant l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), avec son ouverture précitée tournée vers une partie de la surface de la bride (4a, 4b, 4c) qui est opposée à ladite rainure (18) quand l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c) est installé,
et en ce que le poussoir (12) est placé de sorte qu'il permet l'entrée de ladite partie terminale du curseur (14) dans ladite rainure (18) et sa poussée contre un rebord supérieur de la rainure (18), de manière à empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), alors que le ressort (15) est choisi et étalonné pour que, quand ladite partie terminale est en contact avec la rainure (18) à sa position d'entrée maximum, la pression exercée par celle-ci sur le curseur (14) soit en état d'empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), quand la bride respective (4a, 4b, 4c) est en position déverrouillée,
ladite rainure (18) ayant en coupe une forme en "V". - Dispositif de couplage et découplage rapide d'outils au sommet d'une presse plieuse, où chaque outil (2a, 2b, 2c) peut être attaché à la poutre supérieure ou à un accessoire de prolongement du cône d'outil, appelé intermédiaire (1a, 1b, 1c) par des brides de verrouillage/déverrouillage (4a, 4b, 4c), dans lequel le dispositif comporte un poussoir (12), ce poussoir (12) comprenant:- un siège extérieur (13), muni d'une ouverture sur un côté,- un curseur (14) de forme sphérique en mesure de glisser dans ledit siège (13) avec un partie terminale et capable d'amener ladite partie terminale à faire partiellement saillie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture,- un ressort (15) pressant le curseur (14) pour causer sa sortie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture par ladite partie terminale,où le dispositif présente en outre une rainure (18) ayant un axe horizontal parallèle à la partie avant de la presse, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (18) est prévue sur une surface verticale de la partie du cône d'outil (3a, 3b, 3c) insérée dans la cavité de la poutre supérieure (1a, 1b, 1c),
en ce que le poussoir (12) est placé à l'intérieur de la poutre supérieure ou à l'intérieur de l'intermédiaire (1a, 1b, 1c), avec son ouverture précitée tournée vers une partie de la surface de la poutre supérieure ou de l'intermédiaire (1a, 1b, 1c) qui est opposée à ladite rainure (18) quand l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c) est installé,
et en ce que le poussoir (12) est placé de sorte qu'il permet l'entrée de ladite partie terminale du curseur (14) dans ladite rainure (18) et sa poussée contre un rebord supérieur de la rainure (18), de manière à empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), alors que le ressort (15) est choisi et étalonné pour que, quand ladite partie terminale est en contact avec la rainure (18) à sa position d'entrée maximum, la pression exercée par celle-ci sur le curseur (14) soit en état d'empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), quand la bride respective (4a, 4b, 4c) est en position déverrouillée,
ladite rainure (18) ayant en coupe une forme en "V". - Dispositif de couplage et découplage rapide d'outils au sommet d'une presse plieuse, où chaque outil (2a, 2b, 2c) peut être attaché à la poutre supérieure ou à un accessoire de prolongement du cône d'outil, appelé intermédiaire (1a, 1b, 1c) par des brides de verrouillage/déverrouillage (4a, 4b, 4c), dans lequel le dispositif comporte un poussoir (12), ce poussoir (12) comprenant:- un siège extérieur (13), muni d'une ouverture sur un côté,- un curseur (14) de forme sphérique en mesure de glisser dans ledit siège (13) avec un partie terminale et capable d'amener ladite partie terminale à faire partiellement saillie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture,- un ressort (15) pressant le curseur (14) pour causer sa sortie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture par ladite partie terminale,où le dispositif présente en outre une rainure (18) ayant un axe horizontal parallèle à la partie avant de la presse, qui est placée sur la poutre supérieure ou sur l'intermédiaire (1a, 2b, 1c), à l'intérieur de la cavité logeant le cône d'outil,
où le poussoir (12) est placé à l'intérieur du cône d'outil (3a, 3b, 3c), avec son ouverture précitée tournée vers une partie de la surface du cône d'outil qui est opposée à ladite rainure (18) quand l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c) est installé,
caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (12) est placé de sorte qu'il permet l'entrée de ladite partie terminale du curseur (14) dans ladite rainure (18) et sa poussée contre un rebord inférieur de la rainure (18), de manière à empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), alors que le ressort (15) est choisi et étalonné pour que, quand ladite partie terminale est en contact avec la rainure (18) à sa position d'entrée maximum, la pression exercée par celle-ci sur le curseur (14) soit en état d'empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), quand la bride respective (4a, 4b, 4c) est en position déverrouillée,
ladite rainure (18) ayant en coupe une forme en "V". - Dispositif de couplage et découplage rapide d'outils au sommet d'une presse plieuse, où chaque outil (2a, 2b, 2c) peut être attaché à la poutre supérieure ou à un accessoire de prolongement du cône d'outil, appelé intermédiaire (1a, 1b, 1c) par des brides de verrouillage/déverrouillage (4a, 4b, 4c), dans lequel le dispositif comporte un poussoir (12), ce poussoir (12) comprenant:- un siège extérieur (13), muni d'une ouverture sur un côté,- un curseur (14) de forme sphérique en mesure de glisser dans ledit siège (13) avec un partie terminale et capable d'amener ladite partie terminale à faire partiellement saillie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture,- un ressort (15) pressant le curseur (14) pour causer sa sortie à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture par ladite partie terminale,où le dispositif présente en outre une rainure (18) ayant un axe horizontal parallèle à la partie avant de la presse, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (18) est prévue sur la bride de montage/démontage de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), à l'intérieur de la cavité logeant le cône d'outil (3a, 3b, 3c),
en ce que le poussoir (12) est placé à l'intérieur du cône d'outil (3a, 3b, 3c), avec son ouverture précitée tournée vers une partie de la surface du cône d'outil qui est opposée à ladite rainure (18) quand l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c) est installé,
et en ce que le poussoir (12) est placé de sorte qu'il permet l'entrée de ladite partie terminale du curseur (14) dans ladite rainure (18) et sa poussée contre un rebord inférieur de la rainure (18), de manière à empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), alors que le ressort (15) est choisi et étalonné pour que, quand ladite partie terminale est en contact avec la rainure (18) à sa position d'entrée maximum, la pression exercée par celle-ci sur le curseur (14) soit en état d'empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c), quand la bride respective (4a, 4b, 4c) est en position déverrouillée,
ladite rainure (18) ayant en coupe une forme en "V". - Dispositif selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la saillie maximum du curseur (14) sortant de l'ouverture du siège extérieur (13) du poussoir (12) est dans la gamme de 30% à 33% du diamètre du curseur (14.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'inclinaison des deux surfaces de la rainure en forme de "V" (18) est 45° et respectivement - 45°.
- Dispositif selon les revendication 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que la distance des rebords des rainures en "V" (18) est égale à environ 90% du diamètre du curseur sphérique (14).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que, quand ladite partie terminale du curseur (14) faisant pression contre un rebord de la rainure (18) pour empêcher la chute de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c) est à sa position d'entrée maximum, la pression exercée par celle-ci sur le curseur est de telle valeur que la composante verticale de la force exercée sur la rainure (18) est au moins égale à P/n, où "P" est le poids de l'outil (2a, 2b, 2c) et "n" est le nombre de poussoirs (12) présents sur la bride (4a, 4b, 4c) et exerçant pression contre la rainure (18).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le nombre des poussoirs (12) installés sur lesdits bride (4a, 4b, 4c), cône d'outil (3a, 3b, 3c), poutre supérieure ou intermédiaire (1a, 1b, 1c) consiste en un poussoir par chaque 1,5 kg de poids de l'outil.
