Claims (11)
- Elektronisches Zeitmessgerät (10), das ein Gehäuse (12) aufweist, das mit einem Zifferblatt (28) versehen ist und eine elektronische Steuerschaltung (22) enthält, die eine analoge Anzeigevorrichtung (24) steuert, die Zeiger (26) umfasst, die mittels einer Antriebsvorrichtung (30) rotatorisch angetrieben werden, wobei das Zifferblatt (28) einen Hauptkörper (48) in Form einer Platte umfasst, die aus einem Halbleitermaterial verwirklicht ist, wobei die Steuerschaltung (22) wenigstens eine Steuereinheit (36) und eine Zeitbasisschaltung (34) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerschaltung (22) wenigstens ein integriertes Schaltungselement (34, 36) umfasst, das in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) geätzt ist.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheit (36) ein integriertes Schaltungselement ist, das direkt in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) geätzt ist.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zeitbasisschaltung (34) direkt in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) geätzt ist.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) ein elektromechanisches Mikrosystem (30) geätzt ist, das mit der Steuerschaltung (22) elektrisch verbunden ist.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (30) einen Elektromotor (66) umfasst, der ein elektromechanisches Mikrosystem bildet, das durch Ätzen in eine Platte aus Halbleitermaterial verwirklicht ist und von dem Zifferblatt (28) getragen wird.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (30) einen Elektromotor (66) umfasst, der ein elektromechanisches Mikrosystem bildet, das durch direktes Ätzen in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) verwirklicht ist.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) aus Silicium verwirklicht ist.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die obere Fläche (62) des Hauptkörpers (48) des Zifferblatts (28) die Anzeigefläche des Zifferblatts (28) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche (62) wenigstens teilweise mit einem Überzug beschichtet ist.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die oberen Fläche (62) des Hauptkörpers (48) des Zifferblatts (28) die Anzeigefläche des Zifferblatts (28) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Fläche (62) Reliefmuster aufweist, die in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) geätzt sind.
- Zeitmessgerät (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine gedruckte Leiterplatte (32) umfasst, die unter dem Zifferblatt (28) angeordnet ist und einen Teil der Steuerschaltung (22) trägt, und dass das integrierte Schaltungselement (36), das in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) geätzt ist, mit Leiterbahnen (58) der gedruckten Leiterplatte (32) durch elektrische Verbindungsmittel (56), die zwischen die untere Fläche (50) des Zifferblatts (28) und die gedruckte Leiterplatte (32) eingefügt sind, elektrisch verbunden ist.
- Zeitmessgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Steuerschaltung (22) in den Hauptkörper (48) des Zifferblatts (28) geätzt ist.
