Claims (13)
- Élément de ferrure pour une ferrure de tringle de commande, avec un tenon de fermeture, fixé sur une tringle de commande mobile dans le sens longitudinal, avec un pied prévu pour la fixation sur la tringle de commande, avec une tête de tenon de fermeture, reliée au pied, le pied et la tête ayant des surfaces complémentaires aptes à un assemblage par conjugaison de forme immobile en rotation, et une paroi latérale extérieure de la tête étant excentrée par rapport aux surfaces complémentaires, avec un élément de ressort pour la précontrainte de la tête hors d'une position, dans laquelle un assemblage par conjugaison de forme entre les surfaces complémentaires est désolidarisé, dans une position dans laquelle un assemblage par conjugaison de forme est réalisé par l'intermédiaire des surfaces complémentaires entre le pied et la tête, la direction de la précontrainte de la tête par l'élément de ressort étant orientée en partant de la tringle de commande et la tête étant maintenue mobile sur la tringle de commande dans au moins une position de la tringle de commande, et avec un rail de recouvrement couvrant la tringle de commande et muni d'un trou oblong pour le passage du tenon de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (11, 17, 20, 22) comporte au moins un ressort à lames (12, 19, 20, 23).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (11, 17, 20, 22) comporte au moins un deuxième ressort à lames (12, 19, 20, 23), et en ce que le deuxième ressort à lames (12, 19, 20, 23), vu à partir de l'axe du tenon de fermeture (4), est en appui sur les côtés de la tête (10), opposés au premier ressort à lames (12, 19, 20, 23).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ressort à lames (12, 19, 20, 23) est en appui contre une face frontale de la tête (10), et en ce que la face frontale est disposée sur l'extrémité de la tête (10) opposée à un collet (7) périphérique destiné à s'engager derrière un bord (8) d'une gâche (5) de la ferrure de tringle de commande.
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rail de recouvrement (2), couvrant la tringle de commande (3), comporte, dans une position d'ouverture prévue de la ferrure de tringle de commande, un élargissement (16) dans un trou oblong (6) destiné à recevoir la tête (10), et en ce que le trou oblong (6) dans ses autres zones est plus étroit que la tête (10).
- Élément de ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un ressort à lames (12, 19, 20, 23) est orienté dans le sens longitudinal de la tringle de commande (3).
- Élément de ferrure selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la tête (10) est dans la position dans laquelle un assemblage par conjugaison de forme est généré par les surfaces complémentaires (13, 14) entre le pied (9) et la tête (10), ledit au moins un ressort à lames (19, 20) est disposé avec son plan à la hauteur du côté du rail de recouvrement (2), opposé à la tringle de commande (3).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (17), avec ledit au moins un ressort à lames (19), a une forme plane.
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (17) comporte un cadre (18) entourant le tenon de fermeture (4), et en ce que ledit au moins un ressort à lames (19) est réalisé d'un seul tenant avec le cadre (18) et est guidé depuis le cadre (18) vers la tête (10).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (20, 22) est disposé dans l'élargissement (16) du trou oblong (6).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (11) est fixé sur la tringle de commande (3).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (11) est riveté à la tringle de commande (3).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (20, 22) est encliqueté avec le rail de recouvrement (2).
- Élément de ferrure selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (20, 22) est au moins partiellement enserré par le rail de recouvrement (2).
