Claims (12)

  1. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) susceptible d'être acheminé vers un traitement ultérieur, comportant une arête de renfort périphérique (4) en matière plastique, dans lequel l'arête de renfort (4) est injectée par procédé de moulage par injection de matière plastique sur le noyau (1), caractérisé en ce que l'arête de renfort (4) est injectée simplement sur toute l'épaisseur (D) du noyau (1) ou seulement sur une partie de la hauteur de construction du noyau.
  2. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de renfort (4) est injectée sur toute la périphérie du noyau (1).
  3. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de renfort (4) est injectée en un bloc sur toute la périphérie du noyau (1).
  4. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de renfort (4) est composée d'au moins deux matières plastiques ayant une affinité entre elles (5, 5).
  5. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de renfort (4) est injectée par un procédé de moulage par injection de plusieurs matières.
  6. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de renfort (4) présente des sections transversales différentes.
  7. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la largeur (B) de l'arête de renfort (4) est augmentée aux endroits où il y a une forte conduction de force en cours d'usage (B1).
  8. Noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'arête de renfort (4) est renforcée par des matières de renfort insérées et autour desquelles une injection est faite.

Procédé de fabrication d'un noyau de snow-board ou de ski (1) susceptible d'être acheminé à un traitement ultérieur, caractérisé en ce que le noyau comportant une arête de renfort est injecté sur toute l'épaisseur (D) du noyau (1) ou seulement sur une partie de la hauteur de construction du noyau.
  12. Ski ou snow-board, caractérisé en ce qu'il contient un noyau selon une des revendications 1 à 10.
