Definitions
- the invention relates to a bottle salt for filling and transporting hair colors or intense tints with creamy or gelatinous consistency and developers and care products for home use.
- Verkautsverpackungen for prefabricated hair colors or intensive tints are known. This developer and hair color or intensive tint are always filled separately into containers and transported separately in these. Liquid hair colors or intensive tints are usually filled in bottles, from which they can be easily re-poured. Hair dyes or intensive tints with high viscosity (with creamy or gelatinous consistency), on the other hand, are filled into tubes and transported, from which they can be pushed out for use. In addition, almost always, the hair care serving substances are included in the packaging. Prefabricated hair colors or intensive tints are automatically filled into bottles or tubes as soon as they are manufactured in order to protect the oxidizable components they contain from oxygen.
- DE 101 51 104 A1 refers to a telescopic device for mixing two components and their application.
- the telescopic device consists of at least two telescoping cylinders, which are closed and filled, with the aim of mixing the fillings and applying the mixture directly from the device.
- Object of the present invention is to allow such a set of bottles so that a targeted and complete merger of the components developer and hair color or intensive tint is possible, while contamination of hands and clothing is avoided and still a simple and complete ge thorough mixing of Developer and hair color or intensive tint after merging these components is achieved.
- the set of bottles consist of a compressible, sealable bottle for the developer, a hair dye or tint-receptive, rigid container with bottom and top closable openings and a piston and a squeezable bottle for a hair care product.
- the neck located at the bottom of the container is plugged into the neck of the developer bottle after removal of the closure of the developer bottle and subsequent removal of the closure of the lower opening of the container, and the piston after removal of the upper closure of the container by means of the filled bottle for the hair care product is displaceable to the bottom of the container, so that the hair color is emptied from the container into the bottle.
- the bottle set designed in this way has the advantage that the hair color or intensive tint can be completely emptied out of the container into the developer bottle, which is essential for achieving the selected color shade.
- the hair dye or intensive tint emptied into the developer bottle is then mixed well enough with the developer by shaking the bottle. In this way, a targeted mixing and a clean working with the hair color is guaranteed.
- the serving as a piston rod bottle is filled with a hair care product (eg, a conditioner).
- a hair care product eg, a conditioner
- the container has, beneath its upper opening, a circumferential collar for insertion into the holder of a dispensing automaton (as for example in the published patent application) DE 101 15 503 A11 described) to be able to hang.
- the various components of the hair color or intensive tint to be filled are dispensed into the container in such a way that at the end and thus as the uppermost layer an oxidation-resistant component is filled. This is done in order to avoid that, when storing the hair color or intensive tinting, oxidation may occur due to the residual oxygen remaining in the container.
- the contents of the container can also be protected from oxidation by being filled with a protective gas (eg argon or nitrogen) before the hair color or intensive tint is introduced.
- a protective gas eg argon or nitrogen
- the container itself is made of an oxygen-impermeable material such. As PVC or glass.
- its two closures z. B. made of PP (polypropylene).
- PP polypropylene
- the bottle for the hair care product is also made of a flexible material so that it can be emptied by use of compression after use as a piston rod. When filled, the bottle is stiff so it does not buckle when the piston is pressed down.
- the Fig. 1 a shows a compressible developer bottle 1 z. B. from LDPE (Low Density Potyethyten). Threaded onto its aperture 2 is a two-piece closure 3,4 which permits application of the ready-mixed hair color or tint to the tip 4 by removal (unscrewing or cutting).
- LDPE Low Density Potyethyten
- the bottle 1 can also be closed with a normal cap (not shown).
- a cap such as the drawn cap 3,4 is screwed on only after mixing of developer and hair color or intensive tint to allow the application of the hair color or intense tint.
- the bottle 1 has a capacity of z. 200 ml and is supplied prefilled with a developer (eg hydrogen peroxide). The capacity is for a hair color z. B. 60 ml and for an intensive tint z. B. as material of the bottle 1 is resistant to the chemicals used.
- the container 5, which is used to store the hair color or intense tint, has both below as at ch above each an opening 8.9. Both openings have screw caps 6, 7, which allow to open the container on both sides.
- the arranged at the bottom opening 8, has a diameter which is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the opening 2 of the bottle 1. This makes it possible, about 1.0 cm long neck of the container 5 with its opening 8 in the opening second insert the bottle 1 (see Fig. 2 ). Thereafter, the shutter 6 is removed, which releases the underlying piston 10 for the use of the bottle 11.
- the container 5 is made of an oxygen-impermeable material such. B. PVC or glass made his two closures may consist of a material that is oxygen permeable, such as. B. PP (polypropylene). If such a material is used, then 8.9 oxygen-impermeable seals (not shown) are inserted to close the upper and lower opening. These seals can z. B. made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) coated aluminum discs. Such additional seals ensure that the storage of the filled hair color or intensive tinting the penetration of oxygen through the closures of the container is reliably prevented. The durability of the color or intensive tint is thus improved.
- the inner diameter D of the container 5 corresponds exactly to the inner diameter E of the opening 9. This means that the inner diameter of the container 5 and its opening 9 merge smoothly into one another. Furthermore, an element designed as a piston 10 is inserted into the container as a closing element above the filling amount.
- the piston serves together with the bottle 12 as expressing element for the hair color or intensive tinting in the bottle 1.
- the piston 10 has an interior recess into which the bottle 12 is used as a piston rod. The bottle is expediently inserted into the piston 10 with the closure upwards.
- the bottle 12 with closure 13 is also made of compressible material such.
- B. HDPE High Density Polyethylene
- the container 5 is made in different sizes, so that a filling volume of z. B. 40 to 70 ml. It is used to fill the hair color or intensive tint or their individual components, the z. B. by means of in the published patent application DE 101 15 503 A1 be prepared described method.
- the container 5 is supplied pre-filled with a protective gas (eg argon or nitrogen).
- a protective gas eg argon or nitrogen.
- the individual components of the hair color or intensive tint are filled layer by layer from above through the opening 9 of the container 5 closed at the bottom. This is done so that the last layer is filled in a component that can not be oxidized. This component, which is insensitive to oxidation, thus protects against oxidation in addition to the protective gas of other components which are stratified underneath.
- the seals described above can be inserted. After the filling process, the piston 10 is inserted into the container and this airtight sealed with the closure 6.
- the bottle 1, the container 5 with the piston 10 and the bottle 12 can be packaged after filling and closing the container 5 as a set. It is unimportant whether the bottle 12 is already pre-filled or whether it is also filled via the automatic dispenser. It is only important that the bottle 12 is filled to the brim before use, so that it is not compressible in the filled state.
- the handling of the bottle set shows Fig. 2 ,
- the opening 8 of the neck of the container 5 is inserted after first the closure 3,4 of the bottle 1 and then the closure 7 of the container 5 have been removed.
- the closure 6 of the container 5 is removed and the bottle 12 is inserted into the piston 10.
- the bottle 12 and the piston 10 are pushed together to the bottom of the container 5 and pressed so the hair color or intensive tint in the bottle 1.
- the hair color or intensive tint usually has a creamy or gelatinous consistency as viscosity and thus can not completely flow out of the open container 5 by itself, it must be pushed out of the container 5 with the piston 12. This ensures that the contents of the container 5 is almost completely emptied into the bottle 1. Only a part of the hair color or intensive tint may remain in the neck of the container 5 belonging to the lower opening 8. This residual amount corresponds at most to the volume of the neck and is known. It is added during filling of the container 5, in particular when filling the top layer of the non-oxidizable material. The described method ensures that the correct ratio of developer to hair color or intensive tint is always mixed, because the additional material added at the end of the filling process remains largely in the neck 8 of the container 5 during squeezing.
- the concentrator contained in the bottle 12 can be used after expressing the hair color or intensive tint.
- the set of bottles described is particularly advantageous if developer and hair color or intensive tint must be stored separately because the hair color or intensive tinting z. B. not immediately after production, but should be used later at home.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a bottle salt for filling and transporting hair colors or intense tints with creamy or gelatinous consistency and developers and care products for home use.
Verkautsverpackungen for prefabricated hair colors or intensive tints are known. Before the client can apply the hair color or intensive tint at home, she must bring together and mix the developer with the separately supplied hair color or intensive tint. It must be ensured that the two quantitatively exactly matched components developer and hair color or intensive tinting voliständing merged and mixed thoroughly.
Object of the present invention is to allow such a set of bottles so that a targeted and complete merger of the components developer and hair color or intensive tint is possible, while contamination of hands and clothing is avoided and still a simple and complete ge thorough mixing of Developer and hair color or intensive tint after merging these components is achieved.
This object is solved by the subject matter of the independent claim. Preferred embodiments are defined in the dependent claims.
In particular, it is proposed that the set of bottles consist of a compressible, sealable bottle for the developer, a hair dye or tint-receptive, rigid container with bottom and top closable openings and a piston and a squeezable bottle for a hair care product. wherein the neck located at the bottom of the container is plugged into the neck of the developer bottle after removal of the closure of the developer bottle and subsequent removal of the closure of the lower opening of the container, and the piston after removal of the upper closure of the container by means of the filled bottle for the hair care product is displaceable to the bottom of the container, so that the hair color is emptied from the container into the bottle.
The bottle set designed in this way has the advantage that the hair color or intensive tint can be completely emptied out of the container into the developer bottle, which is essential for achieving the selected color shade. The hair dye or intensive tint emptied into the developer bottle is then mixed well enough with the developer by shaking the bottle. In this way, a targeted mixing and a clean working with the hair color is guaranteed. The serving as a piston rod bottle is filled with a hair care product (eg, a conditioner). The combination of the two bottles and the container ensures a simple but convenient use.
The container itself is made of an oxygen-impermeable material such. As PVC or glass. For manufacturing reasons, its two closures z. B. made of PP (polypropylene). To protect the bottled substances against the influence of oxygen and thus against oxidation, are between the upper and the lower opening and their respective closures made of PP airtight seals made of z. B. with PET (polyethylene terephthalate) coated aluminum discs.
The bottle for the hair care product is also made of a flexible material so that it can be emptied by use of compression after use as a piston rod. When filled, the bottle is stiff so it does not buckle when the piston is pressed down.
An embodiment of the invention is described in more detail below.

The
The inner diameter D of the
The

The
The bottle 1, the
Since the hair color or intensive tint usually has a creamy or gelatinous consistency as viscosity and thus can not completely flow out of the

It should also be added that the set of bottles described is particularly advantageous if developer and hair color or intensive tint must be stored separately because the hair color or intensive tinting z. B. not immediately after production, but should be used later at home.
