Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de pressage (12) pour des éléments de mur de palplanches (50) avec
    - un support de base (10),
    - au moins deux dispositifs de maintien (30) pour maintenir chacun un élément de mur de palplanches (50) et
    - une unité de vérin pressurisé (20) pour chaque dispositif de maintien (30) qui est placé pour monter et descendre sur l'unité de vérin pressurisé (20),
    caractérisé
    - en ce que , sur le support de base (10), est fixé de façon amovible un châssis interchangeable (40),
    - en ce que dans le châssis interchangeable (40) est prévu un logement (42) pour chaque unité de vérin pressurisé (20), et
    - en ce que les unités de vérin pressurisé (20) sont montées amovibles dans les logements (42).
  2. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur le support de base (10) est placé un dispositif de guidage (52) qui coopère en particulier avec une jumelle (62).
  3. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé
    en ce qu' un dispositif de raccordement est placé, qui comporte d'une part des raccords amovibles pour les conduites d'alimentation (74) des différentes unités de vérin pressurisé (20), et d'autre part des raccords pour au moins une conduite d'alimentation principale (76), et
    en ce que le dispositif de raccordement relie la conduite d'alimentation principale (76) au nombre d'au moins une aux conduites d'alimentation (74) des différentes unités de vérin pressurisé (20).
  4. Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs de maintien (30) comportent chacun une tige de guidage (32) qui dépasse dans le logement (42) sur le châssis interchangeable et y est montée mobile.
  5. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de vérin pressurisé (20) comporte une tige (22) de piston qui est fixée amovible sur la tige de guidage (32).
  6. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (30) comporte une tête de serrage (34) qui est montée mobile, en particulier rotative, sur la tige de guidage (32).
  7. Dispositif de pressage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la tige de guidage (32) comporte une bride (33) avec un motif de trous disposé en cercle, avec laquelle la tête de serrage (34) peut être fixée dans différentes positions angulaires.
  8. Dispositif de pressage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé
    en ce que , dans le châssis interchangeable (40), les différents logements (42) sont réalisés identiques, et
    en ce que les unités de vérin pressurisé (20) sont conformées en modules de même construction.
  9. Engin de chantier avec une jumelle
    caractérisé en ce que le long de la jumelle (62) est monté mobile un dispositif de pressage (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
  10. Procédé d'adaptation d'un dispositif de pressage (12) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 à un mur de palplanches spécial qui, par son agencement, la forme et/ou la taille des éléments de palplanches (50) utilisées, diffère d'un mur de palplanches traité précédemment,
    caractérisé
    en ce que les unités de vérin pressurisé (20) sont libérées d'un premier châssis interchangeable (40) et le châssis interchangeable (40) est libéré du support de base (10), et
    en ce qu 'ensuite, un deuxième châssis interchangeable (40'), qui est adapté au mur de palplanches spécial, est fixé au support de base (10) et les unités de vérin pressurisé (20) sont fixées dans les logements (42') du deuxième châssis interchangeable (40').
