Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von Waren mit dehnbarer, thermoplastischer Folie, mit dem folgenden Ablauf von Verfahrensschritten:- Bilden eines Schlauches aus dehnbarer, thermoplastischer Folie, die von einer zugehörigen Vorratshaspel abgewickelt wird, mit Schweißen entlang ihrer Längskanten derart, dass ein kontinuierlicher Schlauch gebildet wird, der im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet ist und einen Querschnitt ausreichender Größe für das zu verpackende Produkt aufweist, um darin eingeführt zu werden,- Verschließen des vorderen Endes des die Schlauch-Formung und Längsschweißphase verlassenden Folienschlauches mit wenigstens einer Querschweißnaht und Unterstützen des verschlossenen Kopfbereiches derart, dass der von den Schlauchformungsmitteln ebenfalls unterstützte Schlauch im Wesentlichen in horizontaler Ausrichtung verbleibt,- Einführen des üblicherweise auf einem Tablett angeordneten Produkts (P) in den verschlossenen und vorne unterstützten Abschnitt der schlauchförmigen Verpackung derart, dass es nahe bis an das vordere Ende der schlauchförmigen Verpackung heranreicht,- Längsdehnen der schlauchförmigen Verpackung, während diese durch die Schlauch-Formungs- und Längsnahtschweißeinrichtung erzeugt wird, sobald sie diese Einrichtung verlässt und während das zu verpackende Produkt in die Verpackung eingeführt wird, alles derart, dass durch den Dehnungseffekt und als Ergebnis auch der Eigenschaften der verwendeten Folie die schlauchförmige Verpackung sich quer an das Produkt heranzieht und dieses eng einschließt,- Verschließen des hinteren Endes der in Längsrichtung gedehnten, schlauchförmigen Verpackung in Durchlaufrichtung hinter dem darin verpackten Produkt mittels wenigstens einer Querschweißnaht, Versiegeln des Endes der schlauchförmigen Verpackung nach dem Verpackungsvorgang mit wenigstens einer weiteren Querschweißnaht, Querschneiden der schlauchförmigen Verpackung im Bereich zwischen den beiden Querschweißnähten, während das vordere Ende der nächsten schlauchförmigen Verpackung und zugleich das hintere Ende der hergestellten Verpackung gehalten werden, wobei diese Verpackung horizontal unterstützt wird und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt das vordere Ende derselben Verpackung freigegeben wird, derart, dass die sie bildende Folie in Längsrichtung reagieren kann, um sich auch in dieser Richtung eng an das verpackte Produkt anzulegen,- Freigeben des hinteren Endes der hergestellten Verpackung von einer Klemmvorrichtung und Entfernen selbiger aus dem Verpackungsbereich,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die seitliche Bewegung (A) der das vordere Ende der hergestellten Verpackung unterstützenden Zange (19) zur gleichen Zeit beginnen kann wie die Bewegung (B) der die Folie zuführenden Einheit (15, 115, 17) und dass der Geschwindigkeitsunterschied zwischen den beiden Bewegungen die prozentuale Dehnung der Folie kontrolliert, und dass die erste Bewegung (A) in Phase enden kann mit der zweiten Bewegung (B), die in einem passenden Verfahrensstadium mit der Schließbewegung (C) der auf das rückwärtige Ende der hergestellten Verpackung wirkenden Zange (119) wieder aktiviert wird. - Verfahren zum Verpacken von Waren mit dehnbarer, thermoplastischer Folie, mit dem folgenden Ablauf von Verfahrensschritten:- Bilden eines Schlauches aus dehnbarer, thermoplastischer Folie, die von einer zugehörigen Vorratshaspel abgewickelt wird, mit Schweißen entlang ihrer Längskanten derart, dass ein kontinuierlicher Schlauch gebildet wird, der im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet ist und einen Querschnitt ausreichender Größe für das zu verpackende Produkt aufweist, um darin eingeführt zu werden,- Verschließen des vorderen Endes des die Schlauch-Formung und Längsschweißphase verlassenden Folienschlauches mit wenigstens einer Querschweißnaht und Unterstützen des verschlossenen Kopfbereiches derart, dass der von den Schlauchformungsmitteln ebenfalls unterstützte Schlauch im Wesentlichen in horizontaler Ausrichtung verbleibt,- Einführen des üblicherweise auf einem Tablett angeordneten Produkts (P) in den verschlossenen und vorne unterstützten Abschnitt der schlauchförmigen Verpackung derart, dass es nahe bis an das vordere Ende der schlauchförmigen Verpackung heranreicht,- Längsdehnen der schlauchförmigen Verpackung, während diese durch die Schlauch-Formungs- und Längsnahtschweißeinrichtung erzeugt wird, sobald sie diese Einrichtung verlässt und während das zu verpackende Produkt in die Verpackung eingeführt wird, alles derart, dass durch den Dehnungseffekt und als Ergebnis auch der Eigenschaften der verwendeten Folie die schlauchförmige Verpackung sich quer an das Produkt heranzieht und dieses eng einschließt,- Verschließen des hinteren Endes der in Längsrichtung gedehnten, schlauchförmigen Verpackung in Durchlaufrichtung hinter dem darin verpackten Produkt mittels wenigstens einer Querschweißnaht, Versiegeln des Endes der schlauchförmigen Verpackung nach dem Verpackungsvorgang mit wenigstens einer weiteren Querschweißnaht, Querschneiden der schlauchförmigen Verpackung im Bereich zwischen den beiden Querschweißnähten, während das vordere Ende der nächsten schlauchförmigen Verpackung und zugleich das hintere Ende der hergestellten Verpackung gehalten werden, wobei diese Verpackung horizontal unterstützt wird und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt das vordere Ende derselben Verpackung freigegeben wird, derart, dass die sie bildende Folie in Längsrichtung reagieren kann, um sich auch in dieser Richtung eng an das verpackte Produkt anzulegen,- Freigeben des hinteren Endes der hergestellten Verpackung von einer Klemmvorrichtung und Entfernen selbiger aus dem Verpackungsbereich,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Bewegung (B) der Folienzufuhrmittel (15, 115, 17) nach der seitlichen Bewegung (A) der in Durchlaufrichtung vorderen Zange beginnt und vor dieser Bewegung (A) endet, so dass die Folienumhüllung im größeren Maße gedehnt wird und sich an das Produkt (P) anlegt, und dass die Folie zu Beginn des nächsten Verpackungszyklus unter größerer Spannung steht, wenn die Folie für die nächste Verpackung abgewickelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Bewegung (B) der Folienzufuhrmittel (15, 115, 17) beendet werden kann mit einer Verzögerung relativ zur Beendigung der Schließbewegung (C) der auf den Endbereich der Verpackung beim Fertigstellungsvorgang wirkenden Zange und/oder beginnen kann vor der horizontalen und/oder vertikalen Bewegung (A und/oder C) der Zangen (19, 119).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, worin die Bewegung (B) der Folienzufuhrmittel (15, 115, 17) beendet werden kann mit einer Verzögerung relativ zur Beendigung der Schließbewegung (C) der auf den Endbereich der Verpackung beim Fertigstellungsvorgang wirkenden Zange und/oder beginnen kann vor der horizontalen und/oder vertikalen Bewegung (A und/oder C) der Zangen (19, 119).
- Verfahren zum Verpacken von Waren mit dehnbarer, thermoplastischer Folie, mit dem folgenden Ablauf von Verfahrensschritten:- Bilden eines Schlauches aus dehnbarer, thermoplastischer Folie, die von einer zugehörigen Vorratshaspel abgewickelt wird, mit Schweißen entlang ihrer Längskanten derart, dass ein kontinuierlicher Schlauch gebildet wird, der im Wesentlichen horizontal ausgerichtet ist und einen Querschnitt ausreichender Größe für das zu verpackende Produkt aufweist, um darin eingeführt zu werden,- Verschließen des vorderen Endes des die Schlauch-Formung und Längsschweißphase verlassenden Folienschlauches mit wenigstens einer Querschweißnaht und Unterstützen des verschlossenen Kopfbereiches derart, dass der von den Schlauchformungsmitteln ebenfalls unterstützte Schlauch im Wesentlichen in horizontaler Ausrichtung verbleibt,- Einführen des üblicherweise auf einem Tablett angeordneten Produkts (P) in den verschlossenen und vorne unterstützten Abschnitt der schlauchförmigen Verpackung derart, dass es nahe bis an das vordere Ende der schlauchförmigen Verpackung heranreicht,- Längsdehnen der schlauchförmigen Verpackung, während diese durch die Schlauch-Formungs- und Längsnahtschweißeinrichtung erzeugt wird, sobald sie diese Einrichtung verlässt und während das zu verpackende Produkt in die Verpackung eingeführt wird, alles derart, dass durch den Dehnungseffekt und als Ergebnis auch der Eigenschaften der verwendeten Folie die schlauchförmige Verpackung sich quer an das Produkt heranzieht und dieses eng einschließt,- Verschließen des hinteren Endes der in Längsrichtung gedehnten, schlauchförmigen Verpackung in Durchlaufrichtung hinter dem darin verpackten Produkt mittels wenigstens einer Querschweißnaht, Versiegeln des Endes der schlauchförmigen Verpackung nach dem Verpackungsvorgang mit wenigstens einer weiteren Querschweißnaht, Querschneiden der schlauchförmigen Verpackung im Bereich zwischen den beiden Querschweißnähten, während das vordere Ende der nächsten schlauchförmigen Verpackung und zugleich das hintere Ende der hergestellten Verpackung gehalten werden, wobei diese Verpackung horizontal unterstützt wird und zum richtigen Zeitpunkt das vordere Ende derselben Verpackung freigegeben wird, derart, dass die sie bildende Folie in Längsrichtung reagieren kann, um sich auch in dieser Richtung eng an das verpackte Produkt anzulegen,- Freigeben des hinteren Endes der hergestellten Verpackung von einer Klemmvorrichtung und Entfernen selbiger aus dem Verpackungsbereich,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Geschwindigkeit der Bewegung (B) der Folienzufuhrmittel (15, 115, 17) progressiv hin zum Ende des Verpackungszyklus erhöht werden kann, derart, dass der das Produkt umhüllende Folienschlauch zu Beginn stark gespannt wird und dann zunehmend langsamer oder mehr entspannt wird, mit vorteilhaften Effekten hinsichtlich des Risikos eines Folienrisses bei hohen Verpackungsgeschwindigkeiten, insbesondere im Stadium zu Beginn des Dehnens durch die auf das Kopfende der Verpackung einwirkende Zange.
