Beschreibung
Korb für eine Geschirrspülmaschine mit unterschiedlichen Aufnahmen und/oder Halterungen
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Korb für eine Geschirrspülmaschine mit unterschiedlichen Aufnahmen und/oder Halterungen für Teller oder Tassen, wobei insbesondere eine Tassenauflage eine im Korb schwenkbar angeordnete Ebene umfasst, die um jeweils am Korb angeordnete Gelenkpunkte eine Horizontallage zur Bildung einer zweiten Auflagefläche einnimmt.
Aus dem Stand der Technik, bspw. bei einer von der Anmelderin hergestellten und vertriebenen Geschirrspülmaschine G 641 PLUS, ist insbesondere ein Oberkorb bekannt, der an seiner Seitenwand eine Tassenauflage beinhaltet, die verschwenkbar im Korb angebracht ist. Durch das Verschwenken ergibt sich im Bereich des Korbes eine zweite Ebene zur Ablage von Tassen, so dass beispielsweise Kaffeetassen, Becher oder dergleichen übereinander in dem Korb abgelegt werden können. Will man beispielsweise diese Tassenauflage auch für hohe Gläser oder Becher verwenden, so besteht die Möglichkeit, die Tassenauflage hochzuklappen, so dass der gesamte Bereich als Stauraum genutzt werden kann.
Bei dieser bekannten Tassenauflage wird es als nachteilig angesehen, dass die Variationsmöglichkeit dieser schwenkbaren Tassenauflage eingeschränkt ist, weil nur zwei mögliche Niveaueinstellungen möglich sind.
Der Erfindung stellt sich somit das Problem, eine schwenkbare Tassenauflage derart weiterzubilden, dass sie in ihrer Niveaueinstellung variierbar ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dieses Problem durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den nachfolgenden Unteransprüchen.
Die mit der Erfindung erreichbaren Vorteile ergeben sich dadurch, dass die Gelenkpunkte am Korb in der Höhe variierbar angeordnet sind, zur Verstellung des Niveaus der Tassenauflage. Dadurch, dass die Gelenkpunkte, um die die Tassenauflage geschwenkt werden kann, eine Niveauverstellung zulassen, ergeben sich weitere Niveaulagen, auf denen unterschiedliches Geschirr im Bereich der Tassenauflage untergebracht werden kann.
Hierzu sind die Gelenkpunkte in einem kulissenartigen Formteil geführt und in unterschiedlichen Positionen festsetzbar. Um eine formstabile Umpositionierung der Tassenauflage zu gewähr- leisten, umfasst das kulissenartige Formteil im Wesentlichen einen geraden kanalartigen, vertikal verlaufenden Bereich, in dem der Gelenkpunkt von einer unteren auf eine höhere Ebene oder auch wieder zurück versetzt werden kann. An dem vertikal verlaufenden Bereich schließt sich jeweils endseitig ein gebogener ösenartiger, im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufender Bereich an, der derart geformt und ausgebildet ist, dass in diesem Bereich der Gelenkpunkt darin einhakt. Somit ergibt sich in dem kulissenartigen Formteil ein unterer und ein oberer Endbereich, in dem die Tassenauflage verschwenkbar und festsetzbar vorgehalten wird.
In vorteilhafter Weiterbildung sind in dem ösenartigen Bereich Nasen eingeformt, die den Gelenkpunkt umgreifen bzw. hintergreifen, wobei im kanalartigen Bereich Stützbereiche vorgesehen sind, gegen die der Gelenkpunkt sich rückwärtig abstützt. Aufgrund dieser Ausbildung ergibt sich in der Kulisse ein Bereich, in dem der Gelenkpunkt stabil gehaltert ist. Hierzu wird nach einer ersten Ausführung vorgeschlagen, dass in dem kulissenartigen Formteil der Gelenkpunkt eine Drahtschlaufe umfasst, die mit der Tassenauflage verbunden ist und in der Kulisse zwangsgeführt ist. Dabei wird der hintere Bereich der Schlaufe ausschließlich in dem vertikal verlaufenden Bereich geführt, wobei in dem ösenartigen Bereich Nasen eingeformt sind, die von dem vorderen Schlaufenbereich umgriffen bzw. hintergriffen werden. Zur Stabillage der Tassenauflage stützt sich im kanalartigen Bereich der hintere Schlaufenbereich ab.
Der Gelenkpunkt als solches kann dabei auch einen Lagerzapfen umfassen, der in der Kulisse geführt ist, wobei mit dem Lagerzapfen die verschwenkbar angeordnete Tassenauflage verbunden ist. Zur Montage des kulissenartigen Formteils wird nach der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, dass das kulissenartige Formteil mit einer Aufnahmeplatte verbunden ist, die zwischen den die Korbwand bildenden Stäben zur Festlegung einrastbar ist. Die Kulisse sowie die Aufnahme- platte können hierbei aus einem Kunststoffformteil hergestellt sein.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Figuren rein schematisch dargestellt und wird nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigt:
Figur 1 : eine perspektivische Darstellung eines Oberkorbes;
Figur 2: ein kulissenartiges Formteil mit Tassenauflage in einer ersten Stellung; Figur 3: eine weitere Darstellung gemäß der Figur 2, mit der Tassenauflage in einer zweiten Stellung und Figur 4: eine weitere Darstellung gemäß der Figur 2, mit der Tassenauflage in einer dritten Stellung.
Die Figur 1 zeigt einen Oberkorb 1 einer nicht näher dargestellten Spülmaschine mit unter- schiedlichen Aufnahmen und/oder Halterungen für Teller und Tassen. Wie aus der Figur 1 zu erkennen ist, ist an der Seitenwand 2 des Korbes 1 eine Tassenauflage 3 vorgesehen, die eine schwenkbare Ebene umfasst, die um jeweils am Korb 1 angeordnete Gelenkpunkte 4 und 5 eine Horizontallage zur Bildung einer zweiten Auflagefläche einnimmt. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass, wenn die Tassenauflage 3 hochgeklappt ist, entsprechend hoch ausgebildetes Geschirr in den Korb 1 eingebracht werden kann. Wie aus der Zusammenschau der Figuren 2 bis 4 näher zu erkennen ist, sind die Gelenkpunkte 4 bzw. 5 am Korb 1 in der Höhe variierbar angeordnet, zur Verstellung des Niveaus der Tassenauflage 3 in dem Korb 1. Dabei sind die Gelenkpunkte 4, 5 in einem kulissenartigen Formteil 6 geführt, so dass sie in unterschiedlichen Positionen festsetzbar sind. So zeigt Figur 2 eine hochgeklappte Tassenauflage 3, wobei der Gelenkpunkt 4, 5 im unteren Bereich des kulissenartigen Formteils 6 geparkt ist. Figur 3 zeigt eine Positionierung der Tassenauflage 3 in der oberen Stellung in dem kulissenartigen Formteil 6, wobei Figur 4 die untere Positionierung des Gelenkpunktes 4, 5 in dem kulissenartigen Formteil 6 zeigt. Wie aus der Zusammenschau der Figur 2 bis 4 weiter zu erkennen ist, umfasst das kulissenartige Formteil 6 im Wesentlichen einen geraden kanalartigen, vertikal verlaufenden Bereich 7, an dem sich jeweils endseitig ein gebogener ösenartiger, im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufender Bereich 8 und 9 anschließt, der derart geformt und ausgebildet ist, dass der Gelenkpunkt 4, 5 darin einrastbar ist, wie dies aus der Figur 3 und 4 deutlich wird.
Wie aus der Figur 2 zu erkennen ist, sind in dem ösenartigen Bereich 8, 9 Nasen 10, 11 einge- formt, die den Gelenkpunkt 4, 5 umgreifen bzw. hintergreifen, wobei im kanalartigen Bereich 7, und hier im rückwärtigen Bereich, Stützbereiche 12, 13 vorgesehen sind, gegen die sich der Gelenkpunkt 4, 5 rückwärtig abstützt.
Hierzu wird nach einer ersten Ausführung vorgeschlagen, dass in dem kulissenartigen Formteil 6 der Gelenkpunkt 4, 5 eine Drahtschlaufe 14 umfasst, die mit der Tassenauflage 3 verbun- den ist und in der Kulisse 6 zwangsgeführt ist. Dabei wird der hintere Bereich 14.1 der Schlaufe 14 ausschließlich in dem vertikal verlaufenden Bereich 7 geführt, wobei in dem ösenartigen Bereich 8 und 9 Nasen 10 und 11 eingeformt sind, die von dem vorderen Schlaufenbereich 14.2 umgriffen bzw. hintergriffen werden. Zur Stabillage der Tassenauflage 3 stützt sich im kanalartigen Bereich 7 der hintere Schlaufenbereich 14.1 ab.
Der Gelenkpunkt 4, 5 kann auch einen Lagerzapfen umfassen, der in der Kulisse 6 geführt ist, wobei mit dem Lagerzapfen die als Drahtgeflecht ausgebildete Tassenauflage 3 verbunden ist.
Es versteht sich nun von selbst, wenn beispielsweise die Tassenauflage 3 von der Position der Figur 3 in die Position der Figur 2 verbracht werden soll, lediglich die Tassenauflage 3 hochgeschwenkt werden muss, so dass infolge des kulissenartigen Ganges die Schlaufe 14 in die hochgestellte Position verbracht werden kann. Will man die Positionierung der Figur 4 erreichen, so bedarf es nur des Verschwenkens der Tassenauflage 3 nach vorne, so dass die Schlaufe 14 von der Nase 10 hintergriffen wird, wobei sich die Schlaufe 14 im rückwärtigen Bereich der Kulisse 6 am Stützbereich 13 abstützt, so dass sich eine Stabillage für die Tassenauflage 3 ergibt. Das kulissenartige Formteil 6 ist dabei in vorteilhafter Weise an einer Aufnahmeplatte 15 befestigt, die zwischen den die Korbwand bildenden Stäben zur Festlegung eingerastet werden kann (besser zu erkennen in der Figur 1). Dadurch ergibt sich eine stabile Halterung für das kulissenartige Formteil 6, welches die unterschiedlichen Positionierungen der Tassenauflage 3 zulässt. Die Kulisse 6 sowie die Aufnahmeplatte 15 können dabei aus einem Kunststoffformteil hergestellt sein.
Es versteht sich von selbst dass bei einer geteilten Tassenauflage 3 entsprechend an den Endseiten der geteilten Tassenauflage Gelenkpunkte 4, 5 vorgesehen sind.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Korb für eine Geschirrspülmaschine mit unterschiedlichen Aufnahmen und/oder Halterungen für Teller oder Tassen, wobei insbesondere eine Tassenauflage eine im Korb schwenkbar angeordnete Ebene umfasst, die um jeweils am Korb angeordnete Gelenkpunkte eine Horizontallage zur Bildung einer zweiten Auflagefläche einnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkpunkte (4, 5) am Korb (1) in der Höhe variierbar angeordnet sind, zur Verstellung des Niveaus der Tassenauflage (3).
2. Korb nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkpunkte (4, 5) in einem kulissenartigen Formteil (6) geführt und in unterschiedlichen Positionen festsetzbar sind.

Korb nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kulissenartige Formteil (6) im Wesentlichen einen geraden kanalartigen, vertikal verlaufenden Bereich (7) umfasst, an dem sich jeweils endseitig ein gebogener ösenartiger, im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufender Bereich (8) und (9) anschließt, der derart geformt und ausgebildet ist, dass der Gelenkpunkt (4, 5) darin einhakt.

Korb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem kulissenartigen Formteil (6) der Gelenkpunkt (4, 5) eine Drahtschlaufe (14) umfasst, die mit der Tassenauflage (3) verbunden ist und in der Kulisse (6) zwangsgeführt ist, wobei der hintere Bereich der Schlaufe (14.1) ausschließlich in dem vertikal verlaufenden Bereich (7) geführt ist.

Korb nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem ösenartigen Bereich (8) und (9) Nasen (10) und (11) eingeformt sind, die der vordere Schlaufenbereich (14.2) umgreift bzw. hintergreift, wobei im kanalartigen Bereich Stützbereiche (12) und (13) vorgesehen sind, gegen die sich der hintere Schlaufen- bereich (14.1) rückwärtig abstützt.
6. Korb nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkpunkt (4, 5) einen Lagerzapfen umfasst, der in der Kulisse (6) geführt ist, wobei mit dem Lagerzapfen die Tassenauflage (3) verbunden ist.
7. Korb nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kulissenartige Formteil (6) mit einer Aufnahmeplatte (15) verbunden ist, die zwischen den die Korbwand bildenden Stäben zur Festlegung einrastbar ist.
8. Korb nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kulisse (6) sowie die Aufnahmeplatte (15) aus einem Kunststoffformteil hergestellt sind.
9. Korb nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei geteilter Tassenauflage entsprechend an den Endseiten der geteilten Tassenauflage (3) Gelenkpunkte (4, 5) vorgesehen sind.
