Claims (7)
- Dispositif de retenue (1, 4) en particulier pour une porte (D) d'un appareil électrique domestique (A) tel qu'une machine à laver, comprenant :une structure de support (2) adaptée pour être fixée à la porte (D) et dans lequel est monté un élément de crochet (3), faisant saillie au moins partiellement à l'extérieur de cette structure (2), pour osciller, etun dispositif de verrouillage de porte (4) adapté pour être fixé dans l'appareil électrique domestique (A) faisant face à une ouverture (5) prévue dans l'appareil (A), et comprenant une glissière (7) qui est mobile en translation et qui est adaptée pour occuper une position de repos dans laquelle elle permet l'insertion et la mise en prise détachable de l'élément de crochet (3) avec une formation de retenue (6a) associée avec ladite ouverture (5), de sorte que la porte (D) est retenue mais pas verrouillée dans la position fermée, et une position verrouillée dans laquelle la glissière (7) empêche le dégagement de l'élément de crochet (3) de la formation de retenue (6a) et verrouille la porte dans la position fermée,le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que l'élément de crochet (3) est monté dans la structure de support (2) de sorte qu'il est mobile en translation le long d'une trajectoire guidée (10a, 10b) entre une position rétractée et une position sortie, respectivement, proche et à distance de l'appareil (A) et est adapté pour osciller autour d'un axe mobile (12a, 12b) en angle droit par rapport à ladite trajectoire (10a, 10b), l'élément de crochet (3) étant associé à des moyens de rappel élastiques (13) ayant tendance à le maintenir dans la position rétractée et dans une position de repos angulaire prédéterminée,l'agencement étant tel que- lorsque la porte (D) est fermée, l'élément de crochet (3) se met en prise avec la formation de retenue (6a) de l'appareil (A), oscille autour de l'axe (12a, 12b) contre l'action des moyens de rappel élastiques (13), sortant de la position de repos mais restant dans la position rétractée, et entre ainsi et traverse l'ouverture (5) et oscille ensuite, sous l'action des moyens de rappel élastiques (13), vers la position de repos et se met en prise avec la formation de retenue (6a), et- lorsque la porte (D) est poussée pour s'ouvrir alors que la glissière (7) du dispositif de verrouillage de porte (4) est dans la position de repos, l'élément de crochet (3), initialement retenu par la formation de retenue (6a), passe de la position rétractée à la position sortie, en raison du déplacement relatif de la structure de support (2), et oscille autour de cet axe (12a, 12b) contre l'action des moyens de rappel élastiques (13), se dégageant de la formation de retenue (6a) et traversant ainsi et sortant de l'ouverture (5) de l'appareil (A).
- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la structure de support (2) a une paire de fentes de guidage en regard (10a, 10b) dans laquelle des formations en saillie (12a, 12b) se présentant sous la forme de broches de l'élément de crochet (3), se mettent en prise de sorte qu'elles peuvent se déplacer en translation et tourner.
- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément de crochet (3) a une configuration générale sensiblement en forme de S, avec un premier bras d'extrémité (3a) qui est espacé par un élément de butée (2d) de la structure de support (2) lorsque l'élément de crochet (3) est dans la position rétractée et dans la position de repos angulaire et qui peut venir en butée contre l'élément de butée (2d) après un déplacement relatif initial de la structure de support (2) lorsque la porte (D) est poussée pour s'ouvrir, l'élément de crochet (3) comprenant en outre un second bras d'extrémité (3b) adapté pour coopérer, en fonctionnement, avec la formation de retenue (6) de l'appareil électrique domestique (A).
- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel les moyens de rappel élastiques comprennent au moins un ressort de flexion (13a, 13b) avec un bras d'extrémité (14a, 14b) qui agit sur la structure de support (2) et avec un autre bras d'extrémité (15a, 15b) qui agit sur l'élément de crochet (3).
- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les moyens de rappel élastiques comprennent un double ressort de flexion (13) comprenant deux sections ou parties (13a, 13b) avec des premiers bras (14a, 14b) respectifs qui agissent sur la structure de support (2) et des seconds bras (15a, 15b) respectifs qui sont interconnectés et qui agissent sur l'élément de crochet (3).
- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel les moyens de rappel élastiques (13) agissent sur les formations en saillie ou broches (12a, 12b) de l'élément de crochet (3).
- Dispositif de retenue selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les formations en saillie (12a, 12b) de l'élément de crochet (3) comprennent des pattes transversales (12c, 12d) respectives contre lesquelles les moyens de rappel élastiques (13 ; 13a, 13b) réagissent également.
