Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Erzielung einer oberen Verankerung einer vorgefertigte Treppe (2) für ein Schwimmbecken, welche wenigstens ein Element (4) aufweist, dessen Querschnitt angepasst ist, um als Rinne für das Fließen von Betons zu dienen, wobei das oder die Elemente (4) mit Pfosten zur Auflage auf dem Boden (5) der Vorrichtung zusammenwirken und das oder die Elemente (4) dazu geeignet sind, den oberen Teil der Außenfläche der Treppe zu umgeben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Elemente andererseits mit Stützmitteln (6) der Vorrichtung zusammenwirken, die geeignet sind, mit der Treppe gekoppelt zu werden.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das (oder die) Element(e) (4) mit den Pfosten (5), die für das Fließen von Beton hohl sind, in Verbindung ist(sind).
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das (oder die) Element(e) (4) Anordnungen zur Positionierung, zum Zentrieren und als Anschlag der Pfosten aufweist(aufweisen).
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützmittel (6) aus Flanschen oder Winkelstiften gebildet sind, deren Querschnitt angepasst ist, um auf der oberen Stufe der Treppe (2) eingeklipst zu werden und den Halt des (oder der) Elements(Elemente) (4) zu gewährleisten.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das (oder die) Element(e) (4) einen gewinkelten transversalen Querschnitt aufweisen, dessen horizontaler Seitenflügel geeignet ist, im Anschlag gegen die Außenfläche der Treppe positioniert zu werden.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flansche oder Winkelstifte (6) einen transversalen Querschnitt mit im Wesentlichen der Form eines U oder L abgrenzen.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Elemente (4) aufweist, deren Querenden Anordnungen zur Verschachtelung mit einem angrenzenden Element aufweisen, um eine Durchgängigkeit zu gewährleisten.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der horizontale Flügel jedes Elements (4) einen profilierten Rand zur Auflage entsprechend dem Profil der Außenfläche der Treppe aufweist, wobei der vertikale Flügel aus zwei winkelig angeordneten Kanten gebildet ist.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 3 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnungen der Elemente (4) zur Positionierung, zum Zentrieren und als Anschlag der Pfosten (5) in dem horizontalen Flügel auf Höhe des Schnittpunkts der beiden winkelig angeordneten Kanten angeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das (oder die) Element(e) (4) nach Kopplung mit der Treppe (2) durchgängig mit einer oberen Verankerung (3) verbunden ist(sind), die Platten (1) aufweist, die geeignet sind, das Schwimmbecken zu bilden.
