  • gliding boards and in particular skis, which are constituted by an elongated beam whose front end is raised to form the spatula, while the lower surface comprises a sliding sole bordered by metal edges.
  • a complementary element consisting of two longitudinal parts extending longitudinally substantially parallel and interconnected by at least one transverse connecting part, the complementary element being fixed at least in the zone of the pad so that its two longitudinal parts are located laterally in recessed housing in the body of the board.
  • EP-A-0610272 also discloses a complementary element, fixed by only one of its ends.
  • the present invention provides versatile skis consisting of a base and at least one complementary element whose cooperation of shapes, dimensions and structure, gives the entire ski its necessary characteristics, both comfort and driving ski again improved.
  • the gliding board on snow such as a ski, a monoski or a surf, of vertical plane of general symmetry, comprising a main part, said body or base, and a platform attached to the base in the zone of the shoe and intended to support the fastening elements of a shoe to the board
  • the board comprising a complementary element consisting of at least one longitudinal portion fixed at least in part to the platform and extending at least partly along the base, is characterized in that one end of each longitudinal portion of the complementary element is fixed to a platform, in the zone of the shoe, and the other free end is in abutment against the base in an area remote from the zone of the shoe so that the base is prestressed by the element, even when the ski is at rest, and in that the median portion of said longitudinal portion is spaced from the base forming a pre-stress bridge so as, on the one hand, to increase, in the zone of free support, the local pressure applied by the shoe and secondly, to constitute a means of dynamic return of the base to its rest position,
  • the base comprises on each side a lateral clearance extending longitudinally to form a longitudinal rib, while the complementary element consisting of at least one longitudinal portion extends at least partly along the clearance lateral of the base.
  • the longitudinal portion (s) is (are) removably attached to the platform so as to be able to fix another longitudinal portion of different length.
  • the complementary element (4) comprises four longitudinal parts, two of which have a first length identical to each other and are fixed at the front of the platform and two of a second identical length to each other, different from the first and attached to the back of the platform.
  • the first length of the parts fixed to the front of the platform is greater than the second length of the parts fixed to the rear of the platform.
  • each longitudinal portion is made in such a way as to avoid disassembling the platform of the base.
  • each longitudinal portion free support is mounted in sliding translation on the base, while the end of each longitudinal portion in free support internally has a groove for translating on an elongated shaped projection complementary integral with the base.
  • the invention also relates to the elongated element forming a longitudinal part of a complementary element of the board according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it consists of a portion forming the bridge intended to extend between the removable fixing hole by fixing screw and the free bearing end and another rod portion extending the bridge to be housed in a sleeve made in the platform.
  • pre-stress bridge it should be understood in the context of the invention that the longitudinal part of the longitudinal element forms a bridge with respect to the base and that its free end bears against the base with a non-zero stress when the base is at rest, that is to say unsolicited dynamic bending in conditions of use of the gliding board.
  • the bridge formed by the longitudinal element can pre-stress the base so that it is already flexed at rest ( see figure 1c ) or be bent at rest while keeping the base uninflected at rest.
  • dynamic return means a means of returning the base biased dynamic bending under conditions of use of the gliding board, to its rest position.
  • the invention also relates to an elongated element forming a longitudinal part of a complementary element of the board according to the invention.
  • the invention relates to a kit for gliding board, characterized in that it comprises one or two sets of four elongated elements according to the invention of different length two by two.

  • the ski comprises a complementary element (4) consisting of at least one longitudinal part (40, 41, 42, 43) fixed at least in part to the platform (3) and which extends at least part along the lateral clearance (20a, 20b) of the base (2).
  • an end (40a, 41a, 42a, 43a) of each longitudinal portion (40, 41, 42, 43) of the complementary element (4) is fixed to the platform (3), in the zone of the pad (ZP), and the other end (40b, 41b, 42b, 43b) is advantageously supported under stress with the base (2) in a zone (ZC) remote of the zone of the shoe (ZP) so that the medial portion (40c, 41c, 42c, 43c) of said longitudinal portion is spaced from the base forming a bridge (5) of pre-stress in order to on the one hand, to increase, in the zone of free contact, the local pressure applied by the boot and, on the other hand, to constitute a means of dynamic return of the base (2) towards its rest position.
  • the (the) longitudinal portion (s) (40, 41, 42, 43) is (are) removably attached to the platform (3) so as to be able to fix another part longitudinal of different length (40 ', 41', 42 ', 43').
  • the removable attachment is made for each longitudinal portion (40, 41, 42, 43) at least partially by means of a screw (6) in the end portion of the region of the pad (ZP).

  • the two elongate front elements (40, 41) could be longer than the two rear elongated elements (42, 43). It would not be beyond the scope of the invention if the left front element (40) was longer than the left rear element (42) while the right front element (41) would be shorter than the element. rear right (42), or if the left front element (40) was shorter than the left rear element (42) while the right front element (41) would be longer than the right rear element (42) .
  • the longitudinal portion of the complementary element consists of a bridge and a rod intended to be housed in the sheath shown, it can very well be realized a longitudinal part without rod, the removable fixing of the longitudinal part being realized only by means of a fixing screw always avoiding to dismount the platform of the base during the dismantling of (the) part (s) longitudinal ( s).
  • the central portion of the complementary element is fixed relative to the base defining a hollow space constituting the sleeve, it can very well marry the base on any its length. It goes without saying that the base could not include side clearances, and therefore do not include longitudinal rib.
