Abstract

Eine Präsentationseinrichtung zum Darstellen des Inhalts von Verpackungen in Fachböden enthält eine an der Vorderseite des Fachbodens anzubringende durchsichtige rechteckige Platte (5), die sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Länge des Fachbodens (1) erstreckt. In der Vorderseite der Platte sind zwei über die gesamte Länge der Platte verlaufende hinterschnittene Nuten (10) ausgebildet, in die Nutensteine (15) verschiebbar eingesetzt werden können. An den Nutensteinen können mit Hilfe eines Kabelbinders (20) Gegenstände befestigt werden, die dann den Inhalt der Verpackungen präsentieren.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Präsentationseinrichtung, mit deren Hilfe ein in einem Lagerregal oder Verkaufsregal untergebrachter Gegenstand einem möglichen Kunden präsentiert werden soll.
  • Lagerregale oder Verkaufsregale haben üblicherweise Fachböden, auf denen die Gegenstände in der Regel verpackt untergebracht sind. An der Vorderseite des Fachbodens ist eine meistens schräge Fläche beispielsweise in Form einer Schiene angeordnet, auf der eine Bezeichnung des Gegenstandes untergebracht ist. Bei der ständig zunehmenden Zahl unterschiedlicher, auf einen jeweiligen Fall exakt angepasster Gegenstände wird die Bezeichnung der Gegenstände immer länger, so dass sie sich häufig nur schwer unterscheiden lassen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen, bei solchen Regalen die meistens verpackten Gegenstände einem Benutzer so zu präsentieren, dass er sie mit einem Blick identifizieren kann.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung eine Präsentationseinrichtung mit den im Anspruch 1 genannten Merkmalen vor. An Stelle der bisher üblichen Bezeichnungen oder Artikelnummern, die immer länger und damit immer weniger bemerkbar werden, wird jetzt der Artikel selbst dargestellt. Schon von weitem kann ein Benutzer erkennen, um welche Gegenstände es sich in diesem Regal oder diesem Fachboden handelt.
  • Da die Präsentationseinrichtung nur eine einfache Platte benötigt, ist der Herstellungsaufwand auch von der Kostenseite her gering.
  • Die Anbringung an der Vorderseite des Fachbodens sorgt dafür, dass immer eine direkte Zuordnung zwischen Fachboden und präsentiertem Gegenstand vorhanden ist.
  • Um die Präsentationseinrichtung an unterschiedlich große und/oder unterschiedlich geformte Gegenstände anpassen zu können, kann erfindungsgemäß die Halterung verstellbar sein.
  • In nochmaliger Weiterbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass die für die Halterung vorgesehene Platte mindestens teilweise durchsichtig ausgebildet ist. Dadurch fällt der Blick des Benutzers auf den präsentierten Gegenstand selbst und wird nicht durch die Platte abgelenkt.
  • Insbesondere kann vorgesehen sein, das die Platte der Präsentationseinrichtung über die Oberfläche des zugeordneten Fachbodens nach oben ragt. Damit kann die Platte gleichzeitig dazu dienen, beispielsweise bei schrägen Fachböden, das Herausrutschen von auf den Fachböden liegenden Packungen zu verhindern. Es kann vorgesehen sein, dass der über die Oberfläche nach oben ragende Teil der Platte durchsichtig ist. Damit wird der Blick auf die hinter der Platte angeordneten Verpackungen nicht beschränkt.
  • Um die Platte der Präsentationseinrichtung besonders schnell, sicher und einfach anbringen zu können, kann die untere Kante der Platte zum Einstecken in eine Nut an der Vorderseite des Regalfachbodens einsetzbar sein. Solche Nuten sind an vielen Fachböden schon vorhanden. Um die Platte sicher festlegen zu können, kann erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, dass der untere Randbereich der Platte eine Profilierung oder Strukturierung aufweist, vorzugsweise an der Rückseite, die zu einer klemmenden Festlegung der Platte in der Nut führt.
  • Die Profilierung kann beispielsweise durch zwei in Längsrichtung der Platte verlaufende wulstartige Vorsprünge gebildet sein.
  • Die an der Platte angebrachte Halterung kann in Weiterbildung der Erfindung derart ausgebildet sein, dass sie mindestens eine horizontal verlaufende hinterschnittene Nut aufweist, die vorzugsweise über die gesamte Länge der Platte verläuft. Diese Nut lässt sich sehr einfach herstellen, insbesondere dann, wenn sie über die gesamte Länge der Platte verläuft. Die Platte kann in großen Längen hergestellt und dann in Einzelteile zerlegt werden. Durch den Hinterschnitt der Nut wird es möglich, einen Nutenstein in die Nut einzusetzen, der die Nut entlang verschoben werden kann und der seinerseits eine Anbringungsmöglichkeit für den zu präsentierenden Gegenstand aufweisen kann. Bei langen Gegenständen können beispielsweise zwei oder auch mehrere derartige Nutensteine verwendet werden. Durch ihre Verschiebung in der Nut lässt sich der Abstand zweier Nutensteine auf den gewünschten Gegenstand einstellen.
  • Erfindungsgemäß kann in Weiterbildung vorgesehen sein, die Anbringungsmöglichkeit derart auszubilden, dass sie zwar ohne Werkzeug geschlossen werden kann, aber ohne Werkzeug nicht mehr gelöst werden kann. Insbesondere soll ein Lösen der Anbringungsmöglichkeit erkennbar sein. Auf diese Weise sollen Manipulationen, die auch unbeabsichtigt vorgenommen werden können, verhindert werden.
  • Es wurde bereits erwähnt, dass bei langen Gegenständen, die vorzugsweise horizontal angebracht werden, mehrere nebeneinander liegende Nutensteine verwendet werden können. Es gibt natürlich auch Fälle, wo die Gegenstände auch eine gewisse Breite aufweisen. Hier kann es erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sein, dass die Halterung zwei derartige übereinander angeordnete Nuten aufweisen kann, die beispielsweise parallel zueinander verlaufen.
  • Eine von der Erfindung ins Auge gefasste Möglichkeit zur Anbringung eines Gegenstandes an einem Nutenstein besteht darin, einen Kabelbinder zu verwenden, der entweder direkt an dem Nutenstein angebracht ist oder durch eine Öffnung in dem Nutenstein hindurch gesteckt wird. Derartige Kabelbinder sind gegen ein Lösen sehr gut gesichert, so dass zum Entfernen eines Gegenstandes eine Zange oder ein Werkzeug benötigt wird. Man kann dann aber sehen, dass der Kabelbinder geöffnet wurde.
  • Weitere Merkmale, Einzelheiten und Vorzüge der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen und der Zusammenfassung, deren beider Wortlaut durch Bezugnahme zum Inhalt der Beschreibung gemacht wird, der folgenden Beschreibung einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sowie anhand der Zeichnung. Hierbei zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines vorderen Bereichs eines Fachbodens 1. Der Fachboden 1 weist in seinem vorderen Bereich eine Kante 2 auf, wo das Material des Fachbodens rechtwinklig nach unten abgebogen ist. Anschließend ist mit einem gewissen Abstand der Fachboden wieder nach oben gebogen, so dass hier eine Nut 3 mit einer konstanten Breite gebildet ist. Vor der Nut 3 verläuft das Material des Fachbodens schräg nach unten und bildet eine Anzeigefläche 4, auf der Beschriftungen, Artikelbezeichnungen oder ähnliche Anzeigen aufgebracht sein können. Der freie Rand des Materials, üblicherweise Blech, ist dann noch nach hinten umgebogen, um Kanten zu vermeiden.
  • In die erwähnte Nut 3, deren Seitenwände wegen des Materials Blech etwas nachgiebig sind, kann nun nach dem Vorschlag der Erfindung eine Platte 5 eingesetzt werden, die in Figur 2 in Seitenansicht dargestellt ist. Die Platte ist rechtwinklig mit einer geradlinigen Unterkante 6 und einer geradlinigen Oberkante 7. Die Dicke der Platte im unteren Bereich ist so gewählt, dass sie etwas dünner als die Breite der Nut 3 ist. An der Rückseite 8 der Platte sind zwei Wulste 9 ausgeformt, deren Abstand von der Unterkante 6 kleiner ist als die Tiefe der Nut 3. Beim Einsetzen der Platte 5 in die Nut 3 wird diese so weit nach unten geschoben, bis der untere Rand 6 auf dem Boden der Nut 3 auflegt. Die beiden Wulste 9 an der Rückseite liegen dann mit einer gewissen Spannung an dem Blech an, so dass eine gute und sichere Festlegung der Platte 5 in der Nut gegeben ist.
  • Die Platte 5 weist auf ihrer Vorderseite zwei hinterschnittene Nuten 10 auf. Der Hinterschnitt ist an der in Figur 2 oberen Seite der Nut 10 deutlicher als an der unteren Seite. Die beiden Nuten 10 verlaufen parallel zur Oberkante 7 und Unterkante 6 der Platte und senkrecht zur Papierebene. An beiden Stirnseiten der Platte 5 sind die Nuten 10 offen.
  • Wie man der Figur 2 ebenfalls entnehmen kann, verringert sich die Dicke der Platte 5 oberhalb der oberen Nut an der Rückseite etwas.
  • Die Form der Nuten 10 geht aus der vergrößerten Darstellung der Figur 3 näher hervor. Im oberen Bereich wird die Nut 10 von einem halbkreisförmigen Bogen 11 begrenzt, der zur Vorderseite in einem spitzen Winkel in die Frontseite 12 der Platte 5 übergeht. An der ins Innere gerichteten Seite geht der Bogen 11 in einer ebenen Fläche 13 nach unten, wobei diese ebene Fläche 13 schräg verläuft. Im unteren Bereich ist wiederum eine teilkreisförmige Biegung 14 vorhanden.
  • In die Nuten 10 kann ein Nutenstein 15 eingesetzt werden, der in Figur 4 dargestellt ist. In seinem zum Einsetzen in die Nuten 10 bestimmten in Figur 4 linken Bereich 16 weist dieser Nutenstein die Form der Nuten 10 auf. Die der schrägen Fläche 13 zugeordnete Außenfläche 17 weist etwa in ihrer Mitte einen Schlitz 18 auf, der bei senkrechter Platte 10 horizontal verläuft. Dadurch wird eine gewisse Federwirkung der in die Bögen 11,14 einzusetzenden Teile des Nutensteins erreicht. Der Nutenstein lässt sich auch durch Kippen in die Nut 10 einsetzen, wobei die Verschiebung in Längsrichtung der Nut die bevorzugte Bewegungsrichtung ist.
  • An der Unterseite 19 des Nutensteins ist ein Band 20 eines Kabelbinders angebracht, beispielsweise angeformt. Das freie Ende dieses Bandes 20 kann um einen zu befestigenden Gegenstand herum geschlungen und dann von oben in eine durch den Nutenstein 15 hindurch gehende Öffnung 21 eingesteckt werden. In dieser Öffnung 21 kann das Band 20 festgelegt sein, ähnlich wie bei einem Kabelbinder. Kabelbinder sind so ausgebildet, dass das Zurückziehen des Bandes durch eine metallische Zunge verhindert wird. Eine solche metallische oder aus Kunststoff bestehende Zunge könnte in dem Durchgang 21 angeordnet sein, um das Zurückziehen des Bandes zu verhindern. Auf diese Weise kann dafür gesorgt werden, dass Unbefugte nicht ohne weiteres den Gegenstand entfernen können.
  • Figur 5 zeigt nun eine von der Erfindung vorgeschlagene Präsentationseinrichtung, wie sie bereits beschrieben wurde, mit einem darin untergebrachten Gegenstand. In die untere der beiden Nuten 10 sind hintereinander zwei Nutensteine 15 eingesetzt. Vor die Nutensteine 15 wird dann eine teilweise in einen Dübel 22 eingeschraubte Schraube 23 gehalten. Dann wird das Band 20 des linken Kabelbinders um die Schraube 23 herum gelegt und in die Öffnung 21 eingesteckt und nach unten durchgezogen. Der überstehende Rest des Bandes 20 wird abgeschnitten. An dem rechten Nutenstein 15 geschieht das Gleiche mit dem Dübel 22. Anschließend wird die Platte in die Nut 3 des zugehörigen Fachbodens eingesteckt. Oberhalb des Fachbodens kann der Inhalt des Fachbodens gesehen werden, da die Platte 5 aus durchsichtigem Material besteht. In dem dargestellten Beispielsfall, wo es sich um einen langen und schmalen Gegenstand handelt, kann die obere Längsnut 10 frei bleiben. Es wäre auch denkbar, den Dübel mit Schraube in der oberen Nut anzubringen.

Claims (11)

  1. Präsentationseinrichtung, mit
    1.1 einer Platte (5), die
    1.2 an ihrer Vorderseite (12) mindestens eine Halterung für einen zu präsentierenden Gegenstand und
    1.3 eine Einrichtung zu ihrer Anbringung an der Vorderseite eines Regalfachs (1) aufweist.
  2. Präsentationseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der eine Halterung verstellbar ist.
  3. Präsentationseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Platte (5) mindestens teilweise durchsichtig ist.
  4. Präsentationseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Platte (5) über die Oberfläche des zugeordneten Regalfachs (1) nach oben ragt.
  5. Präsentationseinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der mindestens der über die Oberfläche des Fachbodens (1) nach oben ragende Teil der Platte (5) durchsichtig ist.
  6. Präsentationseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die untere Kante (6) der Platte (5) zum Einstecken in eine Nut (3) an der Vorderseite des Regalfachbodens (1) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Präsentationseinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der eine Halterung eine horizontal verlaufende hinterschnittene Nut (10) aufweist, die vorzugsweise über die gesamte Länge der Platte (5) verläuft.
  8. Präsentationseinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Halterung mindestens einen in die Nut (10) einsetzbaren Nutenstein (15) mit einer Anbringungsmöglichkeit für den zu präsentierenden Gegenstand aufweist.
  9. Präsentationseinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Anbringungsmöglichkeit derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie ohne Werkzeug schließbar, aber nicht lösbar ist.
  10. Präsentationseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, mit zwei übereinander angeordneten vorzugsweise parallel zueinander verlaufenden Nuten (10).
  11. Präsentationseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, bei der der Nutenstein (15) ein Band (20) eines Kabelbinders oder dergleichen aufweist.
