Definitions
- the invention relates according to the preamble of claims 1 or 8 on a channel press for producing bales of waste materials, in particular paper, cardboard, plastics, films, fibers and the like materials.
- a channel press for producing bales of waste materials, in particular paper, cardboard, plastics, films, fibers and the like materials.
- Such channel presses are out DE-19530048-A1 known.
- Channel presses said type consist of a substantially horizontally extending and one of the input port of the press channel upstream press box. From above, a shaft opens into the press box, the opening of which is exposed when the ram is retracted. To produce a bale, the pressed material poured into the press box is pushed into the inlet opening of the press channel and into the same with the press die and compacted there to form a bale. After execution of a pressing stroke, the pressing ram returns to its initial / waiting position and releases the outlet of the filling shaft and at the same time the opening in the press box.
- a shear blade is arranged to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages at the upper front edge of the ram, which is opposed by a stationary shearing blade, which is arranged in the upper edge region of the inlet opening of the press channel.
- the shearing blade on the ram and / or immovable blade are often formed in several parts.
- the material projecting beyond the upper edge of the press channel entrance into the feed chute is secured when the press ram is advanced.
- stress peaks occur during the shearing process for the drive of the press ram.
- the centrally arranged cutting tip has a positive effect, whereby the waste material, which is becoming increasingly compact during a forward movement of the press ram, is punctiform punctured, in order then to shear off the material with so-called pulling cut along the cutting edges.
- a disadvantage in this solution that viewed through the pulling section in the cross section of the press channel in the upper portion of the cross section, ie in the shear area and a boundary area during the shearing material is pushed to each of the two channel side walls out and there in from the cutting edge and acute angle formed by the inner channel wall dams the material which has been cut to a more or less thick accumulation of material, which in turn leads to load peaks at the end of the shearing process.
- load peaks with equally large or very different shear forces are present on either side at the end of the shearing process, or the load tip occurs only on one side. This in turn has Impact on the requirements for the design and management of the press stamp.
- the cutting edges of the fixed blade When viewed in the direction of pressing, the cutting edges of the fixed blade extend in the direction of the center of the channel, where they form a central point pointing in the pressing direction, so that the two cutting edges form an obtuse angle on the punching side. Also in this embodiment, material is moved in the upper cross-sectional portion of the press channel in the region of the shearing process, from the two channel walls to the middle.
- balers For other types of balers, such as from the DE-A-195 30 048 As is known, a cutter bar having a positive-filed leading edge is provided at the entrance of the press channel, so that a central tip precedes the press direction and the leading edge flees on both sides in the direction of the channel side walls. From the NL-C-1 001 039 a container for receiving waste is known, in which a press ram is provided, but which cooperates with a breaking bar, which is not arranged in the container at the top of a Presskanaleingang.
- the object of the invention is to find further designs for the cutting edge profile of the shear system of a channel press, with which the load peaks of the shear forces during shearing can be kept low.
- the problem is solved by a Kanälpresse with the features of claim 1 or 8; the subordinate claims 2 to 7 and 9 to 14 disclosed refinements and advantageous embodiments of the counter knife or the blade of the channel press according to the invention.
- the new design of the cutting edge course on immovable counter knife proceeds from a central, central tips, which, seen in the pressing direction, to the punch shows. Starting from this central point, on both sides a first section of the cutting edge runs in a positive direction in the direction of the inner wall of the press channel, but not up to the same.
- the wedge angle formed by these two symmetrically arranged cutting edges, ie the angle lying on the press channel side, is kept greater than 90 °, and is preferably between 140 ° and 179 °.
- each cutting edge of the immovable blade meets at right angles to the channel wall.
- Each half of the press channel or press box width seen, so the cutting edge of a first inner and a second formed outside section.
- the inner, first section or the outer, second section extends in each case over the middle of the half channel width.
- FIG. 1 A designed according to the invention channel press 1 for producing bales of waste material 9 is in the FIG. 1 shown in side view, wherein seen in the pressing direction left side wall of Press channel 2 and the press box 4 are removed so that it can be seen in the press.
- the pressing channel 2 is formed by a bottom 2a, a side wall 2c, an upper channel wall 2b and the left side wall 2d cut off in this illustration.
- a press box 4 connects.
- a press ram 3 is positioned in the starting / waiting position.
- the ram 3 is movably mounted according to arrow 11.
- a shearing blade 8 is arranged on the press box 4, a funnel 6 is placed.
- a cutter bar 7a is arranged in the edge region formed by the front surface of the hopper 6 and the upper channel wall 2b of the press channel 2, so that the stationary counter knife 7 fixed to the same 7a faces on the input side and the press channel in the region of the input port 5 of the press channel 2 is arranged.
- an alternative space 7b is provided in the cutter bar 7a facing the filling shaft 6, in which the material deflected upward during the shearing process can escape, so that no material builds up on the counter blade 7.
- FIG. 1a is a possible advantageous design of this alternative space 7b on the cutter bar 7a shown in more detail.
- the lower surface of the counter blade 7 is substantially aligned with the inner surface of the upper channel wall 2b, wherein between the upper surface of the blade 8 and the lower surface of the counter blade 7, a cutting gap is provided.
- the upper channel wall 2 b 2 settle against the lower surface of the counter blade 7 such that the edge of the cutter bar 7 a pointing towards the pressing channel is at the same time a scraper for waste material still adhering to the cutting blade 8, so that such waste material will return on the way back Press ram 3 is stripped and remains in the press channel 2.
- the fixed blade 7a arranged on the stationary counter blade 7 is in the FIG. 2 shown in a plan view. It is arranged between the right side wall 2c and the left side wall 2d. Left and right of the plane of symmetry 2e of the press channel 2 mirror images each have a main blade 7.1 and a rim blade 7.2 are arranged, each one of the Presskanalmitte from 2e to Channel side wall forming extending cutting edge. With the main blade 7.1, the first section 21 and with the edge cutter 7.2, the second section 22 of the cutting edge is positioned. The first sections 21 of the two adjoining main blades 7.1 form in their front edge of the contact plane the central, pointing in the direction of compression ram central tip 20 of the counter blade 7.
- the wedge angle ⁇ formed by the two first sections 21, the angle lying on the press channel side, is 160 ⁇ 2 ° in this exemplary embodiment.
- the second section 22 of the cutting edge extending from the end of this first cutting edge section 21, the apex 23, to the side wall 2c or 2d forms an obtuse angle ⁇ with the first section 21 on the compression side of the punch, this second section 22 being perpendicular to the side wall 2c. 2d hits; ie the angle of attack of the cutting edge to the side wall is here a zero angle.
- the sweep angle ⁇ lies between the first section 21 of the cutting edge and an imaginary on the side wall 2c and 2d imaginary, not further indicated in the figure auxiliary line.
- FIG. 3 is that in the FIG. 2 described counter blade 7 and arranged on the ram 3 shearing blade 8 in Shown top view.
- this cutter 8 also consists of two main knives 8.1 and two edge knives 8.2, which are arranged in mirror image to the symmetry plane 2e.
- the sweep angle ⁇ p is chosen to be approximately the same size as the sweep angle ⁇ on the main blade 7.1 of the counter blade 7.
- the central tip 30 formed by the two main blade parts 8.1 points here in the pressing direction 10 so that the first section 31 of the formed cutting edge is directed negatively.
- the second section 32 of the cutting edge has a positive course, so that this cutting edge section is not perpendicular to the side wall 2c or 2d of the press channel 2.
- the angle ⁇ p lying between the first section 31, the common vertex 33 and the second section 32 on the press channel side, as well as the angle ⁇ , on the counter-blade 7 are obtuse-angled.
- the angle of attack ⁇ p lying between an imaginary auxiliary line protruding at right angles from the side wall 2c or 2d and the second section 32 is 15 ⁇ 2 ° in this exemplary embodiment; In any case, this angle of attack is always less than 45 °, preferably less than 30 °.
- FIGS. 4a and 4b and 4c 4d and 4e are further advantageous designs of the cutting edge course, at least shown on the cutting edge on the counter blade.
- the second portion 22 of both sides of the plane of symmetry 2e existing cutting edge is as in the in the FIGS. 1 to 3 shown embodiment at right angles to Side wall 2c and 2d of the press channel 2 arranged.
- the first portion 21 of the cutting edge is formed polygonzugartig.
- this first section 21 is divided into a partial section 21a and a further partial section 21b.
- the two mirror-symmetrically arranged directly to the left and right of the plane of symmetry 2e sections 21a form with their abutting end portions of the central tip 20.
- the cutting edge design is inter alia also dependent on the material to be pressed, so that the invention is not bound to the ratios of the sections shown in the figures. So it is quite conceivable that the width "L1" is greater than the width "L2” or the width “L3" total is greater than the sum of the widths "L1" and “L2" together.
- the region of the first sections 21 of the first section 21 located directly on either side of the axis of symmetry 2e can be in each case Cutting edge or the sections 21 a may be placed at right angles to the axis of symmetry 2 e, so that a narrow central region 21 c is formed, which is substantially transverse to the movement of the blade 8; this the FIG. 4b ,
- This novel design of the cutting edge is particularly advantageous, for example, when the waste material to be compacted has a high proportion of very lubricious materials.
- this design facilitates the penetration of the central tip 30 of the blade 8 in said material and on the other hand delaying a distraction of the waste material to the outside in the pulling section.
- the effect of this narrow center region 21c is additionally increased if this center region 21c points in the pressing direction 10.
- This notch can be a pointed notch 21d ( Figure 4e ) or a round notch 21e ( FIG. 4d ) be.
- Figure 4c is provided a narrow portion of the said central region directed against the pressing direction 10 to round 21f, the intrinsic sharp contour of this central region, however, is basically retained. This version is compared to the total tip a wear optimized variant.

Description
Channel presses said type consist of a substantially horizontally extending and one of the input port of the press channel upstream press box.
When ancestors of the press ram, so the insertion of the material to be pressed into the inlet opening of the press channel arise in many types of pressed material difficulties. Because above the mouth of the hopper, so above the upper edge of the inlet opening of the press channel, can still be accumulated bulky or thick material often acting not insignificant on the forward movement of the press ram. In known channel presses a shear blade is arranged to avoid the aforementioned disadvantages at the upper front edge of the ram, which is opposed by a stationary shearing blade, which is arranged in the upper edge region of the inlet opening of the press channel. The shearing blade on the ram and / or immovable blade are often formed in several parts. By using the shearing blades, the material projecting beyond the upper edge of the press channel entrance into the feed chute is secured when the press ram is advanced. Depending on the nature of the waste material to be compacted, stress peaks occur during the shearing process for the drive of the press ram.

Depending on which material is to be pressed with a press mainly to bales, the choice falls on a positive or negative course of the cutting edges of immovable shear knife.

Against the background of the known prior art, the object of the invention is to find further designs for the cutting edge profile of the shear system of a channel press, with which the load peaks of the shear forces during shearing can be kept low.
The problem is solved by a Kanälpresse with the features of
