Description

    Technisches Gebiet
  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schild mit einem Grundkörper und einer lösbar mit dem Grundkörper verbundenen, durchsichtigen Abdeckung für einen zwischen dem Grundkörper und der Abdeckung unterbringbaren, blattförmigen Informationsträger sowie mit Mitteln zur Sicherung des Zusammenhaltes zwischen dem Grundkörper, der Abdeckung und dem Informationsträger, wobei der Grundkörper mit Führungsnuten für die Abdeckung versehen ist.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Bekannt sind als Informationsschilder ausgebildete Schilder der vorstehenden Art, bei denen die Mittel zur Sicherung des Zusammenhaltes zwischen dem Grundkörper, der Abdeckscheibe und dem Informationsträger von Madenschrauben gebildet werden, die in Gewindebohrungen der Rückwand des Grundkörpers geführt sind und in im Bereich der Führungsnuten liegende Aussparungen der Abdeckscheibe und des Informationsträgers greifen.
  • Die bekannten Schilder vermögen insofern nicht voll zu befriedigen, als sowohl das Schneiden der Gewindebohrungen für die Madenschrauben in der Rückwand des Grundkörpers als auch die Notwendigkeit der Verwendung der Madenschrauben mit unerwünscht hohen Kosten verbunden ist. Als nachteilig erweist sich zudem der Umstand, dass die Abdeckscheibe und der Informationsträger im Bereich der Madenschrauben mit lagegenau auf die Position der Madenschrauben abgestimmten Aussparungen ausgestattet sein müssen, um eine falsche Lage der Abdeckscheibe und des Informationsträgers zu verhindern.
  • Bekannt sind außerdem - und zwar aus der DE 91 04 107 U1 - Informationsschilder mit einem Grundkörper, dessen Vorderseite im Abstand von seinem oberen und unteren Rand mehrere sich über die gesamte Breite des Grundkörpers erstreckende, von im Wesentlich L-förmigen Vorsprüngen gebildete Führungsnuten aufweist, von denen zwei zur Aufnahme einer durchsichtigen Abdeckung mit L-förmigem Profilrändern dienen. An den sich gegenüberliegenden Enden des Grundkörpers ist dieser mit seitlichen Abdeckleisten versehen.
  • Ein weiteres Informationsschild ist aus der FR 2,765,021 A bekannt. Bei diesem Schild bilden die oberen und unteren Längsränder Führungsnuten, in die sich ein Informationsträger zusammen mit einem oder auch ohne eine transparente Abdeckung einführen läßt. Der Grundkörper ist an seinen sich gegenüberliegenden Enden außerdem mit jeweils zwei Aussparungen versehen, in die Zapfen von Endbeschlägen einführbar sind, die zur Verbindung des Grundkörpers mit Befestigungsplatten dienen und die nicht in den Bereich der Führungsnuten ragen.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Schild der in Betracht gezogenen Gattung so auszugestalten, dass es unter Verzicht auf Madenschrauben und Gewindebohrungen sowie den Madenschrauben zugeordnete Aussparungen an der Abdeckscheibe und dem Informationsträger kostengünstig herstellbar ist. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch, dass der Grundkörper zwischen seinen seitlichen Rändern, die jeweils eine gemeinsame Führungsnut für sich gegenüberliegende Ränder der Abdeckung und des Informationsträgers bilden, zusätzlich mindestens eine parallel zu den und im Abstand von den Führungsnuten des Grundkörpers verlaufende hinterschnittene Nut aufweist, die zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Klemmschiebers dient, dessen der Mitte der Nut abgewandtes Ende eine Halterung für einen der nicht in die Führungsnuten greifenden Längsränder der als Scheibe ausgebildeten, planen Abdeckung und des Informationsträgers bildet.
  • Die erfindungsgemäßen Schilder eignen sich in besonderem Maße für die Anbringung an Innentüren von Verwaltungsgebäuden. In der Praxis kommt es dabei häufig vor, dass der Inhaber eines Raumes nicht durch Besucher gestört werden oder anzeigen möchte, dass er zur Zeit nicht in seinem Raum ist. In derartigen Fällen ist es üblich, Zusatzschilder mit Aufschriften wie "Bitte nicht stören", "Abwesend" oder "Urlaub" zu verwenden, wobei die Anbringung derartiger Zusatzschilder regelmäßig Probleme bereitet. Bei einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird dem geschilderten Mangel dadurch abgeholfen, dass der Klemmschieber im Bereich seines die Halterung bildenden Endes mit einer zwischen zwei Positionen hin- und herschwenkbaren Anzeigetafel versehen ist. Der oder auch die Klemmschieber werden also nicht lediglich als Halterungen, sondern als Träger für zusätzliche Informationen genutzt.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung einer in den beigefügten Zeichnungen dargestellten, besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der Erfindung.

    Wege zur Ausführung der Erfindung
  • In den Figuren ist 1 der von einem Abschnitt eines Aluminium-Strangpressprofiles ge bildete Grundkörper eines Schildes. Dieser Grundkörper 1 weist an zwei sich gegenüberliegenden Rändern Führungsnuten 2 und 3 zur Aufnahme zweier sich gegenüberliegender Ränder eines Informationsträgers 4 und einer durchsichtigen Abdeckscheibe 5 auf. Zwischen den mit den Führungsnuten 2, 3 versehenen Rändern des Grundkörpers befindet sich eine hinterschnittene weitere Nut 6 mit einem rechteckigen Querschnitt. Die Rückwand 7 der Nut 6 ist mit zwei Langlöchern 8 und 9 versehen, deren Längsachsen zur Erleichterung einer lagegenauen Anbringung des Schildes, z. B. an einer Wand, um 90° zueinander versetzt sind. Zur Wandmontage dienen Dübel 10 und Befestigungsschrauben 11.
  • Die Wand 12 des Grundkörpers 1 weist an ihrer Rückseite eine Vielzahl von parallel zu den Führungsnuten 2 und 3 verlaufenden Rippen 13 auf, über deren freie Enden 14 die glatte Außenseite der planen Rückwand 7 leicht vorsteht, um eine vergleichsweise schmale definierte Anlagefläche zu bilden, die bei Bedarf auch eine Befestigung des Schildes mit Hilfe sogenannter Klebepads ermöglicht.
  • Zur Sicherung der Lage der in die Führungsnuten 2 und 3 geschobenen Abdeckscheibe 5 und des hinter dieser angeordneten Informationsträgers 4 dienen zwei als Kunststoffspritzgussteile ausgebildete Klemmschieber 15, die in die Enden der hinterschnittenen Nut 6 einführbar sind und die im eingeschobenen Zustand kraftschlüssig in der Nut 6 gehalten werden, wobei sie, wie in Figur 2 angedeutet, im montierten Zustand die Langlöcher 8 und 9 und die Köpfe der Schrauben 11 abdecken.
  • Einzelheiten der Form der Klemmschieber 15 ergeben sich aus den Figuren 4 bis 6. Das außerhalb der Nut 6 zu liegen kommende Ende der Klemmschieber 15 besteht aus einer Platte 16, deren einer Rand abgewinkelt ist und einen schmalen Steg 17 bildet, der die Vorderseite der Abdeckscheibe 5 übergreift. Senkrecht zur Plattenebene erstreckt sich der Hauptteil 18 des Klemmschiebers 15, der die Form eines zweistufigen, hohlen Sockels hat. Die obere Stufe des Sockels entspricht hinsichtlich ihrer Höhe der Stärke der Wand 12 und hinsichtlich ihrer Breite der Breite des Schlitzes der Nut 6 des Grundkörpers 1. Die unteren Stufen des Sockels sind auf ihren parallel zueinander und senkrecht zum Steg 17 verlaufenden Wandabschnitten mit Klemmstegen 19 und 20 ausgestattet, die sich im montierten Zustand der Klemmschieber 15 gegen die Innenflächen der den Schlitz der Nut 6 begrenzenden Schenkel 21, 22 der Nut 6 und gegen deren Seitenwände abstützen und dies mit einem Anpressdruck, der einen sicheren Sitz des Informationsträgers 4 und der Abdeckscheibe 5 in den Führungsnuten 2 und 3 des Grundkörpers gewährleistet.
  • Bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsform des Schildes ist am der Vorderseite des Schildes abgewandten Rand der Platte 16 des oberen Klemmschiebers 15 eine Anzeigetafel 23 angeordnet, die zwischen zwei Positionen hin- und herschwenkbar an einem Lagerbock 24 gelagert ist. In der in den Figuren gezeigten hochgeklappten Position lässt sich mittels einer an der Vorderseite der Anzeigetafel 23 angebrachten Beschriftung beispielsweise anzeigen, ob der Raum besetzt ist oder sein Benutzer nicht gestört werden möchte, was auch durch eine geeignete, z. B. rote Farbgebung der Vorderseite der Anzeigetafel 23 zum Ausdruck gebracht werden kann. Es versteht sich, dass auch der untere Klemmschieber 15 mit einer Anzeigetafel 23 versehen werden kann und darüber hinaus eine Positionierung des Klemmschiebers 15 an den Seitenrändern eines um 90° gedrehten Schildes möglich ist.

Claims (16)

  1. Schild mit einem Grundkörper (1) und einer lösbar mit dem Grundkörper (1) verbundenen, durchsichtigen Abdeckung (5) für einen zwischen dem Grundkörper (1) und der Abdeckung (5) unterbringbaren, blattförmigen Informationsträger (4) sowie mit Mitteln zur Sicherung des Zusammenhaltes zwischen dem Grundkörper (1), der Abdeckung (5) und dem Informationsträger (4), wobei der Grundkörper (1) mit Führungsnuten (2,3) für die Abdeckung (5) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) zwischen seinen seitlichen Rändern, die jeweils eine gemeinsame Führungsnut (2 bzw. 3) für die sich gegenüberliegende Ränder der Abdeckung und des Informationsträgers (4) bilden, zusätzlich mindestens eine parallel zu den und im Abstand von den Führungsnuten (2, 3) des Grundkörpers (1) verlaufende hinterschnittene Nut (6) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme mindestens eines Klemmschiebers (15) dient, dessen der Mitte der Nut (6) abgewandtes Ende eine Halterung für einen der nicht in die Führungsnuten (2, 3) greifenden Längsränder der als Scheibe ausgebildeten, planen Abdeckung (5) und des Informationsträgers (4) bildet.
  2. Schild nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem der beiden Enden der hinterschnittenen Nut (6) ein Klemmschieber (15) für die nicht in die Führungsnuten (2, 3) greifenden Ränder der Abdeckscheibe (5) und des Informationsträgers (4) zugeordnet ist.
  3. Schild nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sein Grundkörper (1) von einem Abschnitt eines Strangpressprofiles gebildet wird.
  4. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hinterschnittene Nut (6) einen zur Vorderseite des Schildes offenen, rechteckigen Kanal formt.
  5. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (1) an seiner Rückseite mit parallel zu den Führungsnuten (2, 3) verlaufenden Rippen (13) versehen ist.
  6. Schild nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückwand (7) der hinterschnittenen Nut (6) leicht über die freien Enden (14) der Rippen (13) vorsteht.
  7. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückwand (7) der hinterschnittenen Nut (6) mit Löchern (8, 9) für Befestigurigsschrauben (11) versehen ist.
  8. Schild nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (8, 9) als um 90° zueinander versetzt angeordnete Langlöcher ausgebildet sind.
  9. Schild nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die hinterschnittene Nut (6) einführbaren Abschnitte (18) der Klemmschieber (15) Abdeckungen für die Löcher (8, 9) und die Köpfe von Befestigungsschrauben (11) bilden.
  10. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmschieber (15) die Ränder der Abdeckscheibe (5) übergreifende, schmale Stege (17) aufweisen.
  11. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmschieber (15) sich über Klemmstege (19, 20) an Innenwänden der hinterschnittenen Nut (6) abstützen.
  12. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmschieber (15) als Kunststoffspritzgussteile ausgebildet sind.
  13. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Klemmschieber (15) im Bereich seines die Halterung bildenden Endes mit einer zwischen zwei Positionen hin- und herschwenkbaren Anzeigetafel (23) versehen ist.
  14. Schild nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Halterung bildende Ende des Klemmschiebers (15) nach Art einer Platte (16) ausgebildet ist, die an ihrem hinteren Rand einen Lagerbock (24) für die Anzeigetafel (23) aufweist.
  15. Schild nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass lediglich das Ende des über den oberen Rand des Grundkörpers vorstehenden Klemmschiebers (15) mit einer Anzeigtafel (23) versehen ist.
  16. Schild nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzeigetafel (23) in einer ihrer Endpositionen das über den Grundkörper (1) vorstehende Ende des Klemmschiebers (15) abdeckt.
