  • the spring accommodating portions 23 are formed such that the springs 50 (as preferred biasing members) can be assembled preferably substantially from front and at least partly accommodated to elongate and compress substantially in forward and backward directions FBD and/or substantially along the connecting direction CD.
  • One or more pressing portions 60 are fitted into the front ends of the springs 50. With the springs 50 at least partly accommodated in the spring accommodating portions 23 together with the pressing portions 60, the pressing portions 60 prevent the springs 50 from coming out by coming into contact with the inner surfaces of the front walls of the spring accommodating portions 23.

This can make it difficult for the slider 20 to come out of the female connector housing 10.
  • the auxiliary stopper portion 37 located at or close to the front end of the slider 20 prevents the resilient deformation of the lock arm 24 when the two connector housings 1, 10 are properly connected, the locking function by the lock arm 24 can be reinforced.
  • the auxiliary stopper portion 37 preferably also reinforces the function of (1) in addition to the locking function. In other words, since the auxiliary stopper portion 37 is engageable with the front end of the lock arm 24 as the lock arm 24 moves onto the locking projection 13 during the connecting operation of the two connector housings 1, 10, the backward movement of the slider 20 can be more strongly prevented.
  • the lock arm 24 cannot be disengaged unless the slider 20 is returned to the advanced position AP at the time of separating the two connector housings 1, 10. If the operable portion 39 should be pushed without returning the slider 20, the auxiliary stopper portion 37 is located on the upper surface of the front end of the lock arm 24 and the lock arm 24 cannot be resiliently deformed, wherefore the lock arm 24 cannot be disengaged from the locking projection 13.

Claims (9)

  1. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder, umfassend:
    ein Verbindergehäuse (10) verbindbar mit einem zusammenpassenden bzw. darauf abgestimmten Verbindergehäuse (1), wobei das Verbindergehäuse (10) beinhaltet::
    einen Verriegelungsarm (24), welcher rückstellfähig bzw. elastisch verformbar ist, um sich während eines Verbindungsvorganges des Verbindergehäuses (10) mit dem zusammenpassenden bzw. darauf abgestimmten Verbindergehäuse (1) im wesentlichen auf einem Verriegelungsvorsprung bzw. -fortsatz (13) des zusammenpassenden bzw. darauf abgestimmten Verbindergehäuses (1) zu bewegen, und zurücknehmbar bzw. zurückbringbar in Richtung eines oder zu einem Anfangszustand bei einem Bewegen über den Verriegelungsvorsprung bzw. -fortsatz (13), wenn die beiden Verbindergehäuse (10, 1) einen im wesentlichen ordnungsgemäß verbundenen Zustand erreichen, um dadurch die beiden Verbindergehäuse (10, 1) in dem im wesentlichen ordnungsgemäß verbundenen Zustand zu verriegeln,
    ein bewegliches Glied (20), welches an einer Seite angeordnet ist, zu der der Verriegelungsarm (24) elastisch verformbar ist, und
    ein beaufschlagendes Glied (50), welches zwischen dem beweglichen Glied (20) und dem Verbindergehäuse (10) vorgesehen ist, um eine beaufschlagende bzw. Vorspannkraft zu akkumulieren bzw. zu speichern, wobei:
    zumindest ein Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereich (38) an dem beweglichen Glied (20) vorgesehen ist, um mit dem elastisch verformbaren Verriegelungsarm (24) während des Verbindungsvorganges in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, um im wesentlichen eine Bewegung des Verriegelungsarms (24) zu verhindern bzw. vermeiden, wodurch das beaufschlagende Glied (50) mittels des Verbindergehäuses (10) betätigt werden kann, um eine Kraft zu akkumulieren bzw. zu speichern, und der Verriegelungsarm (24) zurückkehrt, um außer Eingriff mit dem Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereich (38) zu treten, wenn der im wesentlichen ordnungsgemäß verbundene Zustand erreicht ist, wodurch das bewegliche Glied (20) mittels einer Rückstellkraft des beaufschlagenden Glieds (50) bewegt ist, wobei erkennbar wird, daß der im wesentlichen ordnungsgemäß verbundene Zustand erreicht wurde, und
    ein oder mehrere Verriegelungsflächen des Anschlags bzw. Anschlagsbereichs (38) und der Verriegelungsarm (24) in einem Zustand aneinander angrenzen, bei dem fast keine Kraftkomponenten in einer derartigen Richtung erzeugt zu werden, um den Verriegelungsarm (24) während des Verbindungsvorganges elastisch bzw. rückstellfähig zu verformen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereich (38) einen Hauptanschlag bzw. Hauptanschlagsbereich (41) aufweist, welcher ausgebildet ist, um von der inneren Fläche bzw. Oberfläche des führenden Endes des Anschlags bzw. Anschlagsbereichs (38) vorzuragen bzw. vorzuspringen und mit einer Rückfläche bzw. - oberfläche eines Verriegelungslochs (32) des Verriegelungsarms (24) in Eingriff zu sein, wenn das bewegliche Glied (20) in einer vorgerückten bzw. fortgeschrittenen Position (AP) ist, wobei die Vorderfläche bzw. -oberfläche des Hauptanschlags bzw. Hauptanschlagsbereichs (41) als eine geneigte bzw. abgeschrägte Fläche bzw. Oberfläche schräg abwärts in Richtung der Rückseite ausgebildet ist und die Rückfläche bzw. -oberfläche hiervon als eine im wesentlichen aufrechte bzw. vertikale Fläche bzw. Oberfläche ausgebildet ist, und
    ein hilfsweiser Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereich (37) an dem in der vorgerückten bzw. fortgeschrittenen Position (AP) befindlichen beweglichen Glied (20) vorgesehen ist undvor dem führenden Ende des Verriegelungsarms (24) und unterhalb einer unteren Fläche bzw. Oberfläche eines gewölbten bzw. bogenförmigen Bereichs (17) gelegen ist, welcher an einer oberen Fläche bzw. Oberfläche eines Hülsen- bzw. Rohrbereichs (16) des weiblichen Verbindergehäuses (10) ausgebildet ist.
  2. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder nach Anspruch 1, wobei bei den zwei im wesentlichen ordnungsgemäß verbundenen Verbindergehäusen (10, 1) ein Empfangs- bzw. Aufnahmebereich (41) ausgebildet ist, um von dem beweglichen Glied (20) in Richtung des Verriegelungsvorsprungs bzw. Fortsatzes (13) vorzuragen bzw. vorzuspringen, und an der Seite gelegen ist, in Richtung welcher der Verriegelungsarm (24) elastisch verformt ist, und das bewegliche Glied (20) in einer Richtung (DD) zwangsweise verlagert bzw. verschiebt, um den Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereich (38) und den Verriegelungsarm (24) durch Drängen bzw. Antreiben des Verriegelungsvorsprungs bzw. -fortsatzes (13) außer Eingriff zu bringen.
  3. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das bewegliche Glied (20) einen Schieber (20) umfaßt, welcher im wesentlichen entlang einer Verbindungs- bzw. Trennungsrichtung (CD) der beiden Verbindergehäuse (10,1) bewegbar ist.
  4. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das beaufschlagende Glied (50) zumindest eine Feder (50) umfaßt, welche ausdehnbar und komprimierbar entlang einer Verbindungsrichtung (CD) der beiden Verbindergehäuse (10, 1) ist,.
  5. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das bewegliche Glied (20) zumindest einen Vorsprung bzw. Überstand (42) beinhaltet und mit zumindest einem Kerben- bzw. Nutbereich (22) in Eingriff bringbar ist, welcher in dem zusammenpassenden bzw. darauf abgestimmten Verbindergehäuse (1) vorgesehen ist, um ein Entfernen bzw. Verlagern des beweglichen Glieds (20) zu verhindern und um eine Bewegung des beweglichen Glieds (20) zu erlauben.
  6. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei der hilfsweise Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereich (37) mit dem Verriegelungsarm (24) in Eingriff zu bringen ist, um eine Bewegung des beweglichen Glieds (20) zusammen mit dem Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereichs (38) zu verhindern, während sich der Verriegelungsarm (24) über den Verriegelungsvorsprung bzw. Fortsatz (13) bei dem Verbindungsvorgang bewegt, und von dem Verriegelungsarm (24) außer Eingriff bringbar ist, während der Verriegelungsarm (24) zumindest teilweise zurückkehrt, wenn der im wesentlichen ordnungsgemäß verbundene Zustand erreicht ist.
  7. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei der hilfsweise Anschlag bzw. Anschlagsbereich (37) vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise in einen für den Verriegelungsarm (24) gelegenen Verformungsraum bzw. Aussparung gelangt, um die elastische Verformung des Verriegelungsarms (24) zu verhindern, während sich das bewegliche Glied (20) bewegt, nachdem der im wesentliche ordnungsgemäß verbundene Zustand erreicht ist.
  8. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinderanordnung umfassend einen Verbindungsdetektionsverbinder gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorangegangenen Ansprüche und einen damit verbindbaren zusammenpassenden bzw. darauf abgestimmten Verbinder.
  9. Verbindungsdetektionsverbinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei entweder das bewegliche Glied (20) oder das zusammenpassende bzw. darauf abgestimmte Verbindergehäuse (1) zumindest einen Überstand bzw. Vorsprung (42) beinhaltet und das andere mit zumindest einem Kerben- bzw. Nutbereich (22) ausgebildet ist, welcher mit dem Überstand bzw. Vorsprung (42) in Eingriff bringbar ist, , um ein Entfernen bzw. Verlagern des beweglichen Glieds (20) zu verhindern und eine Bewegung des beweglichen Glied (20) zu erlauben.
