Claims (10)

  1. Echangeur de chaleur avec tubes (10) et ailettes (11), dont les extrémités de tube s'enfoncent dans des ouvertures (1.1) d'une plaque à tubes (1), qui présente un bord de connexion (1.2), afin de connecter mécaniquement une caisse collectrice (2) au niveau de son bourrelet de bord (2.1), une plaque intermédiaire (3) étant prévue, laquelle s'applique avec son bord (3.1) contre le bord de connexion (1.2) de la plaque à tubes (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque intermédiaire (3) présente également un bord de connexion (3.2) et les deux bords de connexion (1.2 et 3.2) retiennent fermement le bourrelet de bord (2.1) de la caisse collectrice (2).
  2. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque intermédiaire (3) se situe dans la plaque à tubes (1).
  3. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque à tubes (1) se situe dans la plaque intermédiaire (3).
  4. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des tourillons (20) ou des pièces similaires sont façonnés dans les coins de la plaque à tubes (1) ou de la plaque intermédiaire (3).
  5. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bord de connexion (3.2) de la plaque intermédiaire (3) et le bord de connexion (1.2) de la plaque à tubes (1) se composent d'une rangée de saillies (langues) pouvant être recourbées sur le bourrelet de bord (2.1) de la caisse collectrice (2).
  6. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on forme des moulures (24) dans les langues.
  7. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bord de connexion de la plaque intermédiaire (3) et le bord de connexion de la plaque à tubes (1) présentent des entailles (25) s'étendant approximativement parallèlement au plan de la plaque à tubes (1), chaque bord de l'entaille (25) pouvant être déformé vers l'intérieur sur le bourrelet de bord (2.1) de la caisse collectrice (2), de sorte que l'on obtienne une allure approximativement ondulée des bords de connexion (1.2, 3.2), les ondulations ou les entailles étant disposées sur les bords de connexion soit en affleurement soit de manière décalée les unes par rapport aux autres.
  8. Echangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des orifices (22) sont pratiqués dans les bords de connexion, dans lesquels s'encliquètent des saillies (23) sur le bourrelet de bord (2.1) de la caisse collectrice (2).
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un échangeur de chaleur, comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes:
    a) assemblage de tubes plats (10) et d'ailettes (11);
    b) application de plaque à tubes (1) et de plaque intermédiaire (3) sur la ou les extrémités des tubes plats (10) ;
    c) connexion métallique des composants (1, 3, 10, 11) pour former une unité ;
    d) application d'une caisse collectrice (2) et connexion mécanique de celle-ci au moyen d'une déformation des pièces de la plaque à tubes (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    e) les pièces de la plaque à tubes (1) ainsi que les pièces de la plaque intermédiaire (3) sont déformées, afin de produire conjointement la connexion mécanique.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de la plaque à tubes (1) et les pièces de la plaque intermédiaire (3) sont déformées en même temps.
