Claims (5)
- Echangeur de chaleur, comprenant un réseau de refroidissement soudé (1) constitué de tubes plats (2) et d'éléments échangeurs de chaleur (3), les extrémités (4) des tubes plats (2) communiquant avec des ouvertures (6) disposées dans des plaques tubulaires (5) opposées, de sorte qu'un fluide échangeur de chaleur puisse circuler à travers les tubes plats (2) et les ouvertures (6) et des caisses collectrices (7) en plastique, dont le bord (8) est connecté mécaniquement au bord périphérique (9) des plaques tubulaires (5), ainsi que des plaques intermédiaires (10) associées aux plaques tubulaires (5), chaque plaque intermédiaire (10) présentant un bord périphérique (11), qui est connecté par liaison métallique au bord périphérique (9) de la plaque tubulaire (5) associée,
les plaques intermédiaires (10) possédant soit une pluralité de découpes (6.1) disposées en rangée soit seulement une ou quelques découpes (6.1), et un espace parcouru par le courant (12) entre la plaque intermédiaire (10) et la plaque tubulaire (5) étant prévu pour le fluide échangeur de chaleur s'écoulant à travers les tubes plats (2). - Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque intermédiaire (10) est disposée entre la plaque tubulaire (5) associée et le réseau de refroidissement (1) et en ce que la dimension des découpes (6.1) dans la plaque intermédiaire (10) - vue dans la direction du grand diamètre (D nouveau) des tubes plats (2) - est plus importante que les ouvertures (6, D ancien) dans les plaques tubulaires (5), les découpes (6.1) correspondant au nombre et à la configuration des extrémités des tubes plats (4).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les découpes (6.1) possèdent dans les plaques intermédiaires (10), des traverses (20) tournées de préférence dans la direction du réseau de refroidissement (1), afin d'y souder les extrémités des tubes plats (4).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque intermédiaire (10) est disposée au-dessus de la plaque tubulaire (5) associée ou entre la plaque tubulaire (5) et la caisse collectrice (7) et en ce que la plaque intermédiaire (10) possède une ou plusieurs découpes (6.1) dont le petit diamètre (Dk) est plus petit que le grand diamètre (D nouveau) des ouvertures (6) recevant les extrémités des tubes plats (4) dans les plaques tubulaires (5) et en ce que la plaque intermédiaire (10) est déformée sous forme de cuvette et supporte de l'intérieur le bord (8) des caisses collectrices (7) lors de sa liaison mécanique avec le bord (9) des plaques tubulaires (5).
- Echangeur de chaleur selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que les découpes (6.1) dans les plaques intermédiaires (10) présentent une section transversale approximativement rectangulaire, qui est traversée par des nervures de renforcement (50) tournées dans la direction (Dk).
