Claims (9)

  1. Struktur zum Lagern und Transportieren von mindestens einer Stabpoliermaschine und ihrer Funktionseinheiten, nämlich insbesondere eines Schlauchs, eines Saugblockes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Transportgerät (M) aufweist, das einen Wagen mit Bedienfläche bildet, der eine untere horizontale Plattform (2) besitzt, die mit Rollen (3) ausgestattet ist, und die in ihrem hinteren Teil einen vertikalen Rahmen (4) besitzt, der am Ende der Plattform angeordnet ist, und in seinem oberen Teil (4a) eine Lenkstange zum Greifen und Betätigen bzw. Bedienen bildet,
    und dass der freie Raum vorne an der Plattform die Aufnahme eines Schutzschaftes (6) und des Saugblockes erlaubt,
    und dass der Schaft (6) in seinem oberen Teil ein demontierbares Gehäuse (9) aufnimmt, das mit einer Basisfläche (9a) angeordnet ist, die als Bedienfläche und zur Befestigung von mindestens einer Stabpoliermaschine dient,
    und dass mindestens die Stabpoliermaschine vertikal angeordnet ist, indem sie durch mindestens ein Paar obere und untere Elemente (10 - 11) gehalten wird und in ihrer Position verriegelt ist, wobei die obere Platte (9b), die als Bedienfläche dient, und das obere Element (10) und das untere Element (11) aufnimmt, in dem unteren Teil des Wagens angeordnet ist, der das Aggregat auf Rollen bildet,
    und dass die Bedienfläche in Abhängigkeit von der Anzahl der Stabpoliermaschinen, die von dem Aggregat auf Rollen transportiert werden, mindestens einen Bereich zur Positionierung bzw. Anbringung mindestens einer Stabpoliermaschine aufweist,
    und dass jeder Bereich Elemente (10) aufweist, die einer tiefen, halbmondförmigen Aussparung (10a) an der Umfangskante der Bedienfläche entsprechen,
    und dass jede halbmondförmige Aussparung das Einschieben und Halten einer Stabpoliermaschine erlaubt, indem der Hauptteil der Stabpoliermaschine eingeführt werden kann,
    und dass die halbmondförmige Aussparung (10a) parallele Kanten (10b) aufweist, um die Stabpoliermaschine in ihrer Position zu halten, und mit Verriegelungselementen ausgestattet ist, welche es ermöglichen, sie festzuhalten, nachdem sie zum Eingriff gebracht worden ist, und sie beim Einführen der Einbuchtung eingefahren werden kann.
  2. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Schaft (6) einen äußeren Schutzschaft für den Saugblock bildet.
  3. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem zylindrischen Schaft um den Schaft des Saugblockes handelt.
  4. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung des Gehäuses an dem oberen Teil des Schaftes des Saugblocks oder des Schutzschaftes des Saugblocks mit Hilfe von Einspannungen bzw. Anflanschungen (18) durchgeführt wird, die radial angeordnet sind.
  5. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der halbmondförmigen Aussparung Aufnahmen (12) angeordnet sind, die sich an den einander zugewandten, parallelen Wänden befinden, wobei sich zwei Aufnahmeblöcke (13) einer versenkbaren Kugel (14) gegenüber einem elastischen Rückholelement befinden, das in einem inneren Hohlraum jedes Blockes angeordnet ist,
    und dass die Kugeln von einer Vorrichtung richtig gehalten werden, die ihr Herausrutschen in eine nicht gespannte Position verhindern, wobei die beiden Kugeln nach außen überragen und die Stabpoliermaschine halten, sofern diese vorhanden ist.
  6. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Kanten, die die halbmondförmige Aussparung bilden, mit einer Blattfeder oder mehreren Blattfedern ausgestattet sind, die in ihrer Mitte konvex geformt sind, indem sie eine Auflagezone und eine Verformungszone bilden,
    und dass die Blattfedern an einem ihrer Enden mit einer elastischen Verformungsfähigkeit befestigt oder geführt sind.
  7. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienfläche mit einem Griff (15) angeordnet ist, um sie zu greifen, und um den Zugang zu dem Saugblock zu ermöglichen, indem die Verbindungsflansche des Gehäuses mit dem Schaft gelöst werden.
  8. Struktur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stabpoliermaschine durch mindestens ein unteres Element (11), das an der unteren Plattform (2) des Aggregates auf Rollen angeordnet ist, und sich in der vertikalen und axialen Verlängerung der oberen halbmondförmigen Aussparung (10a) befindet, an ihrer Unterseite gehalten wird,
    und dass der Grundrahmen einen profilierten Rahmenträger (16) aufweist, der aus mindestens einem vertikalen Arm oder zwei vertikalen Armen (16a) mit rohrförmigem oder anderem Querschnitt besteht, die in einen Stutzen oder mehrere Stutzen (16b) des gleichen Profils eingreifen, welche an der unteren Plattform (2) des Rahmens befestigt sind,
    und dass der vertikale Arm oder die vertikalen Arme mit dem zusätzlichen Halteelement (11) in Form eines Gleitstückes mit einer horizontalen, ausgesparten Auflagefläche (11a), zwei seitlichen, vertikalen Schenkeln (11b) und einer Rückwand (11c) verbunden sind, wobei die horizontale Auflagefläche (11a) mit einer profilierten Form (11d) ausgeschnitten ist, um den Durchgang der Stabpoliermaschine zu der entsprechenden Stelle zu ermöglichen und ihren seitlichen Ausschlag zu verhindern.
  9. Struktur nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmenträger (16), der aus vertikalen Armen besteht, außerdem einen Verbindungsbogen (16c) aufweist, der beispielsweise mit den Formen des Aufnahmeschaftes gebildet ist, oder die Außenverkleidung des Saugblocks darstellt.
