Claims (5)
- Tragkonstruktion für Stabpoliermaschinen mit einem Rohr (10c), das auf einem Fußgestell mit Rollen montiert, welches derart angeordnet ist, dass es einen Teleskopstab (11) aufnimmt, an dessen Ende sich ein Bügel (13) befindet, der einen winklig verstellbaren Arm hält, welcher Vorrichtungen aufnimmt, wobei sich das Rohr (10c) an seinem unteren Ende durch zwei in V-Konfiguration winklig nach vorn verstellbare Arme (10a-10b) nach unten verlängert, dessen unteres Ende eine Rolle aufweist, wobei das Rohr (10c) unter seinem oberen Ende einen hinteren Arm (10d) besitzt, der an seinem Ende eine Rolle (10e) besitzt, wobei die Arme gegenüber dem Rohr (10c) in einer Triangulations-Konfiguration von dem Anschluss an den hinteren Arm (10d) aus unterhalb des oberen Endes des Rohrs einen Dreifuß bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden vorderen Arme (10a - 10b) gegenüber dem Rohr (10c) winklig geneigt sind, und dass der hintere Arm des Dreifußes direkt unter dem oberen Ende des Rohres und im Abstand zu seinem unteren Ende und zur Verbindung der beiden vorderen Arme befestigt ist, wobei er ein Trag- und Greifelement darstellt.
- Tragkonstruktion nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dreifuß-Konfiguration der Tragkonstruktion die Funktion besitzt, bei bestimmten Poliervorgängen an der Decke den Überhang der Tragkonstruktion auf zwei Rädern mit winkligem Kippen oder Neigen der Tragkonstruktion zu ermöglichen.
- Tragkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teleskopstab am oberen Ende einen Haltebügel (13) für einen Bogen aufweist, der an einer Stabpoliermaschine (16) gelenkig und verstellbar angebracht ist, mit Verbindungselementen durch Anflanschen, wobei der Teleskopstab winklig verstellbar ist, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bedienungsmann die Stabpoliermaschine entsprechend einer Amplitude von 360° von unten nach oben manuell ausrichten und führen kann, und dass der Teleskopstab mit Öffnungen angeordnet ist, die das Anbringen eines Verriegelungskeils (12) erlauben, der vorteilhafterweise am Ende des Rohres aufliegt, so dass sich der Teleskopstab frei um sich selbst drehen kann, und dass sein oberes Ende einen U-förmigen Bügel (13) aufnimmt, dessen unterer Teil (13a) mit dem Ende verbunden ist.
- Tragkonstruktion nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schenkel (13b - 13c) des Bügels hoch sind, und zwischen sich einen Bogen (14) aufnehmen, der an den Achsbolzen (15) angelenkt ist, welche an den Schenkeln (13b - 13c) angeordnet sind, und dass der Bogen (14) in Form eines U-förmigen Teils ausgebildet ist, dessen Schenkel (14a - 14b) parallel zu den Schenkeln des Bügels verlaufen, und sich frei drehend an den Achsbolzen (15) befinden, und dass Blockierelemente zur Positionierung angesetzt sind, um die Festigkeit des Ganzen zu gewährleisten, und dass die Basisfläche (14c) des Bogens zwischen den Schenkeln selbst in einer profilierten Form (14d) angeordnet ist, die den Arm oder Hauptteil (16a) der Stabpoliermaschine (16) aufnehmen kann, und dass sich an der Stabpoliermaschine eine zusätzliche Anflanschung (17) befindet, und dass Verbindungselemente (18) die Befestigung des Ganzen und die Festigkeit der Stabpoliermaschine gewährleisten.
- Tragkonstruktion nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dreifuß an seiner Fußfläche derart angeordnet ist, dass er eine Platte (19) für einen Saugblock und ein Getriebemotor-Aggregat aufnimmt.
