- Handling support structure for arm sander, of the type comprising a pole (10c) mounted on a roller support and arranged to accommodate a telescopic rod (11) accommodating a yoke (13) at its end supporting a tool-accommodating angularly orientable arm, the said pole (10c) being prolonged at its lower end downwards via two arms (10a-10b) angularly oriented forwards in a V configuration of which the lower end has rolling means, the pole (10c) having below its upper end a rear arm (10d) having rolling means (10e) at its end, the said arms defining, with regard to the pole (10c), a tripod in a triangular configuration from the connection of the rear arm (10d) below the upper end of the pole, characterized in that the two front arms (10a-10b) are angularly inclined to the pole (10c),
and in that the rear arm of the tripod is fixed directly to the bottom of the upper end of the pole and at a distance from its bottom end and from the connection of the two front arms, thereby constituting a support and gripping element. - Structure according to Claim 1, characterized in that the tripod configuration of the support structure has the function of permitting the structure to overhang on two wheels with angular tilting of the structure for certain ceiling sanding operations.

and in that the telescopic rod is arranged with openings permitting the positioning of a locking key (12) which advantageously bears on the end part of the pole allowing the telescopic rod to rotate freely about itself,
and in that the upper end thereof accommodates a U-shaped yoke (13) of which the base (13a) is joined to the said end. - Structure according to Claim 3, characterized in that the two flanges (13b-13c) of the yoke have a large height and accommodate between them a cradle (14) mounted on pins (15) placed on the said flanges (13b-13c),
and in that the cradle (14) is prepared in the form of a U-shaped part of which the flanges (14a-14b) are parallel to the flanges of the yoke and are mounted on the pins (15) while being free to rotate,
and in that position locking means are added to secure the assembly,
and in that the base (14c) of the cradle between the flanges is itself arranged with a profiled shape (14d) suitable for supportably accommodating the arm or body (16a) of the arm sander (16),
