  4. Rolling structure, as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the connection (L) is defined by an endless screw actuated by the power unit (16) and on which the support means (17) moves.
  5. Rolling structure, as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the support means (17) includes a slider (26) for adjusting the height of the sanding tool and a block (22) supporting the sanding tool (13) and the manoeuvring arm, said slider being guided around the guide pillar.
  6. Rolling structure, as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that the slider has securing and articulation lugs (24) forming a clevis for a pin (25) secured to the support block (22) with a centring collar (22a) between the lugs.
  7. Rolling structure, as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that the support block (22) is made in two articulated and streamlined parts to allow the sanding tool (13) and the manoeuvring arm (23) to be positioned.
  8. Rolling structure, as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the vertical pillar (4) accommodates, in its upper part, an articulation device (5) supporting a pressure block (6) for holding in place a sanding tool (7) and a manoeuvring arm (10), a first end (10a) of the arm (10) being secured to said block (6) and the other end being capable of being handled by the operator.
  9. Rolling structure, as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the two sanding tools (7-13) are connected by hoses (11 - 27) to the aspirator (9).
  10. Rolling structure, as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the platform (1) has, in its rear part, a grip frame (11) on which the electric control means (20) is placed.
