Claims (10)
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Art derjenigen mit einer Plattform (1) als Unterlage einer höhenverstellbaren Säule (4), die am oberen Ende eine Gelenkvorrichtung (5) als Träger eines Halteblocks (6) eines Schleifwerkzeugs o. ä. für die Durchführung von Schleif- und Glättarbeiten an der Decke aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie seitlich, ausgehend von der Plattform (1), eine vertikale Führungssäule (14) umfasst, die am oberen Ende ein Motoraggregat (16) aufnimmt,
und dass entlang der Führungssäule eine Trageeinrichtung (17) für ein Schleifwerkzeug (13) angeordnet ist, wobei die besagte Trageeinrichtung durch eine Verbindungseinrichtung (L), die mit dem Motoraggregat (16) gekoppelt und in radialer Position schwenkbar ist, an der Führungssäule translatorisch verstellt werden kann,
und dass die Trageeinrichtung (17) des Schleifwerkzeugs für den Halt eines Bedienungsarms (23) sorgt, der seine manuelle Ausrichtung und damit die Ausrichtung des Schleifwerkzeugs durch den Bediener für Schleifarbeiten an Wänden und Fassaden und Ähnlichem ermöglicht. - Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungssäule (4) an ihrem oberen Ende eine horizontale Plattform (15) als Unterlage eines Motoraggregats aufnimmt,
und dass eine Verbindungseinrichtung (L) zwischen dem Motoraggregat und der Trageeinrichtung (17) des Schleifwerkzeugs (13) durch eine auf der Plattform der fahrbaren Vorrichtung sitzende elektrische Steuerung (20) die Positionierung der besagten Trageeinrichtung entlang der Führungssäule (14) gewährleistet. - Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (L) aus einer am Wellenende des Motoraggregats (16) angesetzten Spule (18) besteht, die ein Seil (19) aufnimmt, dessen Enden (19a - 19b) an der Spule und an der Trageeinrichtung (17) befestigt sind, wobei das Seil je nach Arbeitshöhe des Schleifwerkzeugs (13) auf- und abgerollt wird.
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung (L) aus einer durch das Motoraggregat betätigten Schnecke (16), an der sich die Trageeinrichtung (17) verschiebt, besteht.
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trageeinrichtung (17) einen Schieber (26) für die Höheneinstellung des Schleifwerkzeugs und einen Halteblock (22) des Schleifwerkzeugs (13) und des Bedienungsarms umfasst, wobei der besagte Schieber um die Führungssäule herum geführt wird.
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber Befestigungs- und Gelenklaschen (24) aufweist, die als Kappe einer Achse (25) fungieren, die mit einem Zentrierring (22a) zwischen den Laschen fest mit dem Halteblock (22) verbunden ist.
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halteblock (22) aus zwei Teilen besteht, die so angelenkt und profiliert sind, um die Positionierung des Schleifwerkzeugs (13) und des Bedienungsarms (23) zu ermöglichen.
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikale Säule (4) in ihrem oberen Teil eine Gelenkvorrichtung (5) als Träger eines Druck- und Halteblocks (6) eines Schleifwerkzeugs (7) und eines Bedienungsarms (10) aufnimmt, wobei ein Ende (10a) des Arms (10) am besagten Block (6) befestigt ist und das andere Ende vom Bediener gehandhabt werden kann.
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifwerkzeuge (7 - 13) durch Schläuche (11 - 27) mit dem Sauger (9) verbunden sind.
- Fahrbare Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattform (1) in ihrem hinteren Teil einen Greifrahmen (11) aufweist, an dem die elektrische Steuereinrichtung (20) angeordnet ist.
