Claims (12)

  1. Paketfrankierungseinrichtung, die Folgendes aufweist:
    - mehrere Kasten (2), die jeweils mit einer Tür (3) versehen sind und dazu bestimmt sind, Pakete aufzunehmen,
    - eine Verwaltungseinheit (11),
    - Riegel (4), die jeder eine Tür verriegeln können und die einzeln von der Verwaltungseinheit gesteuert werden,
    - Positionsdetektoren (5), die jeweils zu einer Tür gehören und die Verwaltungseinheit informieren können, wann die entsprechende Tür in geschlossener Stellung ist,
    - mindestens einen Gewichtssensor (9a, 9b), der an die Verwaltungseinheit eine Anzeige des Gewichts eines Pakets übertragen kann, das in den einen oder anderen der Kasten gelegt wird, und
    - Anzeigemittel (12), Dateneingabemittel (14) und Zahlungsmittel (16), wobei die Mittel mit der Verwaltungseinheit verbunden sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verwaltungseinheit (11) Folgendes kann:
    - Ausführen einer Berechnung eines Frankierungspreises eines Pakets, das in einen bestimmten Kasten gelegt wird, ausgehend von den Daten, die von den Eingabemitteln (14) und von der Gewichtsanzeige des Pakets, die von dem Gewichtssensor (9a, 9b) übertragen wird, geliefert werden, wenn ein Positionsdetektor (5), der zu einer Tür (3) des bestimmten Kastens (2) gehört, eine geschlossene Stellung erfasst,
    - Steuern des Verriegelns der Tür des Kastens im Anschluss an die Bezahlung des berechneten Frankierungspreises,
    - Unterbrechen des Frankierungsvorgangs beim Senden durch den Positionsdetektor (5) einer Information, die ein Öffnen der Tür vor dem Steuern des Verriegelns der Tür des Kastens anzeigt, und
    - Verriegelthalten der Tür des Kastens bis zum Erkennen durch die Verwaltungseinheit eines Paketentnahmecodes, der dieser von den Dateneingabemitteln geliefert wurde.
  2. Paketfrankierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Verwaltungseinheit (11) Mittel zum Speichern (22) aufweist, die Frankierungsratentabellen speichern können, die verschiedenen Zielorttypen und/oder verschiedenen Versanddiensttypen entsprechen, wobei die Verwaltungseinheit den Frankierungspreis mit Hilfe einer Rate berechnen kann, die ausgehend von Daten ausgewählt wird, die von den Eingabemitteln (14) geliefert werden.
  3. Paketfrankierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Verwaltungseinheit (11) Speichermittel (23) aufweist, die mehrere vorbestimmte Versandgesellschaften und eine Tabelle speichern können, die einen bestimmten Kasten einer vordefinierten Versandgesellschaft zuweist, wobei die Verwaltungseinheit die Zuweisung eines bestimmten Kastens (2) einer vordefinierten Versandgesellschaft ausgehend von Daten registrieren kann, die von den Eingabemitteln (14) geliefert werden.
  4. Paketfrankierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Verwaltungseinheit (11) das Entriegeln der Türen (3) aller Kasten (2), die einer vordefinierten Versandgesellschaft zugewiesen sind, im Anschluss an das Erkennen eines Entnahmecodes, der von den Dateneingabemitteln (14) übertragen wird, steuern kann.
  5. Verfahren zum Umsetzen einer Paketfrankierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, das einen Frankierungsvorgang aufweist, bei dem der Frankierungsvorgang die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Warten auf eine Information, die anzeigt, dass die Tür eines bestimmten Kastens (2) in geschlossener Stellung ist, dann
    - Berechnen eines Frankierungspreises eines Pakets, das in den bestimmten Kasten gegeben wird, ausgehend von Daten, die an die Eingabemittel (14) geliefert werden und mit Hilfe der Gewichtsanzeige des Pakets, die von dem Gewichtssensor (9a, 9b) geliefert wird, dann
    - Bezahlen des zuvor berechneten Frankierungspreises, und
    - Verriegeln der Tür des bestimmten Kastens, sowie einen Schritt, der aus Folgendem besteht:
    - Unterbrechen des Frankierungsvorgangs bei Senden durch den Positionsdetektor (5) einer Information, die ein Öffnen der Tür zwischen dem Schritt des Wartens auf eine Information, die eine geschlossene Stellung für die Tür (3) des bestimmten Kastens (2) anzeigt, und dem Verriegelungsschritt der Tür, der auf den Zahlungsschritt des Frankierungspreises folgt, anzeigt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, bei dem der Frankierungsvorgang vor dem Schritt des Wartens auf ein Signal der geschlossenen Stellung Folgendes aufweist:
    - Auswahl durch die Verwaltungseinheit (11) des bestimmten Kastens (2) aus den verfügbaren Kasten, dann
    - Entriegeln des Riegels (4) des bestimmten Kastens durch die Verwaltungseinheit.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei dem man der Verwaltungseinheit (11) Mittel zum Speichern (22) gibt, die Frankierungsratentabellen speichern können, die verschiedenen Zielorttypen und/oder verschiedenen Versanddiensttypen entsprechen, und bei dem der Schritt des Berechnens des Frankierungsvorgangs ferner mindestens einen der folgenden Unterschritte aufweist:
    - Anzeigen verschiedener Zielorttypen, die von der Verwaltungseinheit gespeichert werden, gefolgt von der Auswahl, mit Hilfe der Eingabemittel (14), eines Zielorttyps und Anwenden der dem Berechnen des Frankierungspreises entsprechenden Frankierungsrate,
    - Anzeigen verschiedener Zielorttypen, die von der Verwaltungseinheit gespeichert werden, gefolgt von der Auswahl, mit Hilfe der Eingabemittel (14), eines Versanddiensttyps und Anwenden der der Berechnung des Frankierungspreises entsprechenden Frankierungsrate.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, bei dem man der Verwaltungseinheit Speichermittel (23) gibt, die mehrere vordefinierte Versandgesellschaften und eine Tabelle speichern können, die einer vordefinierten Versandgesellschaft einen bestimmten Kasten zuweist, und bei dem der Frankierungsvorgang ferner den folgenden Schritt aufweist:
    - Anzeigen verschiedener vordefinierter Versandgesellschaften gefolgt von der Auswahl, mit Hilfe der Eingabemittel (14), einer vordefinierten Versandgesellschaft und Zuweisen der Gesellschaft zu dem bestimmten Kasten.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, bei dem man der Verwaltungseinheit (11) Speichermittel (23) gibt, die eine Tabelle speichern können, die mindestens einen Kasten (2) mindestens einer vordefinierten Versandgesellschaft zuweist, und bei dem ferner ein Entnahmevorgang mindestens eines Pakets vorgesehen ist, der die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - das Erkennen eines Entnahmecodes, der der vordefinierten Versandgesellschaft zugewiesen ist, durch die Verwaltungseinheit (11), und
    - das Öffnen des mindestens eines Kastens (2), der der Versandgesellschaft zugewiesen ist.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, bei dem der Entnahmevorgang nach dem Schritt des Erkennens eines Entnahmecodes den folgenden Schritt aufweist:
    - das Editieren mindestens einer Frankierungsvignette für das Paket, das sich in dem mindestens einen Kasten befindet.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bei dem der Inhalt mehrerer Kasten (2) einer gleichen Versandgesellschaft zugewiesen ist, und bei dem der Entnahmevorgang der Pakete nach dem Schritt des Erkennens eines Codes, der der Versandgesellschaft zugewiesen ist, die folgenden Schritte aufweist :
    - das Entriegeln der Tür (3) eines ersten der Kasten (2),
    - das Warten auf eine Information, die eine offene Stellung der Tür des ersten der Kasten anzeigt, gefolgt von
    - dem Warten auf eine Information, die eine geschlossene Stellung des ersten der Kasten anzeigt, dann
    - Entriegeln der Tür eines zweiten Kastens der Kasten (2).
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bei dem der Inhalt mehrerer Kasten (2) einer gleichen Versandgesellschaft zugewiesen ist, und bei dem der Entnahmevorgang der Pakete nach dem Schritt des Erkennens eines Codes, der der Versandgesellschaft zugewiesen ist, die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Entriegeln der Tür (3) eines ersten der Kasten (2),
    - Warten auf das Übertragen durch den Gewichtssensor (9a, 9b) einer Gewichtsanzeige, die für den Inhalt des ersten der Kasten im Wesentlichen gleich Null ist, dann
    - Entriegeln der Tür eines zweiten Kastens der Kasten (2).
