Claims (10)

  1. Fermeture de rotor (1) pour rotor d'une turbomachine hydraulique, comportant au moins une rainure circonférentielle (3) dans laquelle sont montées des aubes mobiles, des pièces intermédiaires et deux aubes de fermeture (4) entre lesquelles est formé un intervalle résiduel, la fermeture de rotor (1) présentant deux moitiés de fermeture (9, 9), une clavette (7), une attache (8) et deux moitiés de jonction (5, 6),
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'attache (8) est disposée dans l'intervalle résiduel et l'attache (8) absorbe les forces des deux moitiés de fermeture (9, 9) et des deux moitiés de jonction (5, 6) disposées entre les moitiés de fermeture (9, 9) et serrées avec la clavette (7).
  2. Fermeture de rotor (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les moitiés de jonction opposées (5, 6) présentent respectivement une contre-dépouille (18) dans laquelle des lobes de clavetage (17) disposés sur le dessus de la clavette (7) peuvent s'écarter.

    caractérisée en ce que
    l'attache (8) est fabriquée à partir d'un alliage de chrome-molybdène-vanadium.
  9. Procédé de montage d'une fermeture de rotor séparée axialement qui présente deux moitiés de fermeture, une moitié annexe, une attache et une clavette, ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - introduction de l'attache dans la rainure périphérique ;
    - montage des deux moitiés de fermeture, celles-ci étant mises en prise avec l'attache ;
    - montage des deux moitiés de jonction, celles-ci étant également mises en prise avec l'attache ;
    - serrage des deux moitiés de jonction dans le sens axial par introduction de la clavette.
  10. Procédé de montage d'une fermeture de rotor séparée axialement selon la revendication 9, ce procédé comprenant en outre les étapes suivantes :
    - blocage de la clavette en écartant les lobes de clavetage supérieurs dans des échancrures des moitiés de jonction et en rabattant les lobes des moitiés de jonction ;
    - blocage des moitiés de jonction et rabattement des lobes des moitiés de fermeture.
