Abstract

The cap has a pallet (3) extending along the outer circumference of a tubular skirt (6). The pallet is configured to permit sampling of a product contained in a container by partially introducing the pallet in an opening (4) when the cap is detached from the container. A junction is provided between the circumference and an inner side of the pallet. An edge of the skirt is defined in a rounded free end of the pallet. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cosmetic product packaging device (2) a method for performing a patch test for assuring the innocuousness of a product to be applied on keratinous materials e.g. skin or hair.

Description

La présente invention a pour objet une capsule de fermeture destinée à obturer une ouverture d'un récipient, cette capsule présentant des moyens pour réaliser une « touche d'essai ». L'essai de sensibilité ou touche d'essai est notamment préconisé avant l'application de toute coloration capillaire (coloration d'oxydation ou coloration directe). Or, à l'expérience, il s'avère que peu de consommatrices le réalisent, une des raisons évoquées étant qu'il n'est pas pratique actuellement de réaliser cet essai.The present invention relates to a closure cap for sealing an opening of a container, this capsule having means for making a "test key".
