Abstract

The cap has a pallet (3) extending along the outer circumference of a tubular skirt (6). The pallet is configured to permit sampling of a product contained in a container by partially introducing the pallet in an opening (4) when the cap is detached from the container. A junction is provided between the circumference and an inner side of the pallet. An edge of the skirt is defined in a rounded free end of the pallet. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cosmetic product packaging device (2) a method for performing a patch test for assuring the innocuousness of a product to be applied on keratinous materials e.g. skin or hair.

Description

The present invention relates to a closure capsule intended for

  closing an opening of a container, this capsule having means for performing a test key. The sensitivity test or test touch is particularly recommended before the application of any hair color (coloration

  oxidation or direct staining). However, to experience, it turns out that few consumers realize it, one of the reasons mentioned being that it is not practical at present to realize this test.

  Solutions have been proposed in the state of the art to enable the user to perform this test key, on a small surface of her skin, so as to ensure, beforehand, and preferably at least 48 hours ago, the local physiological safety of a product before its more general application on his skin, and more specifically on his scalp.

  In particular, patent application FR-A-2 806 271 discloses a hair dyeing kit comprising two containers capable of communicating with each other to allow, at the moment of use, the mixing of the products respectively contained in these containers. One of the containers is further provided with an orifice, closed removably by a closure means, so as to be able, before carrying out the mixing, to take a test dose. Although satisfactory in many respects, the solution described in this document has the disadvantage of requiring a substantial modification of the packaging containing the coloring product itself. This modification increases the cost significantly.

  Another coloring assembly, equipped with means to enable the implementation of this test key, is described in particular in the patent application FR-A-2,857,567. Here again, the proposed assembly is of complex design and expensive to make.

  Also, is it an object of the invention to provide one of the parts and in particular the closure cap intended to close the dispensing opening of a device for packaging a product, in particular a hair coloring product, solving in whole or in part the problems discussed above.

  In particular, the closure cap according to the invention proposes a simple and economical solution, to make a test touch of a coloring product, prior to its use.

  It is another object of the invention to provide a capsule which allows the implementation of a test button, and which does not require modification of the container on which the capsule is intended to be mounted, nor the sealing of the closure provided by means of this capsule.

  It is yet another object of the invention to provide means for performing this test key while maintaining the handling gestures of the container and its closure cap.

  For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a closure capsule comprising a first tubular skirt having a longitudinal axis X and a bottom defined transversely to said first tubular skirt, the capsule being configured to close an opening of a container, characterized in that that the closure cap comprises a paddle extending along the outer periphery of the first tubular skirt, this paddle being configured to allow the removal of a product contained in the container by at least partial introduction of the paddle into said opening when the capsule is detached from said container.

  In fact, during the opening of the container, the user holds in his hand said capsule and can then by means of the pallet presented on its outer circumference insert it into the opening in the neck of the container and take there a quantity of product in order to carry out the sensitivity test. The advantage of this solution lies in the fact that the handling is easy and avoids the user to soil the fingers at the time of testing. The test can thus be performed locally.

  Advantageously, the capsule is configured to be handled without the user having to change the positioning of his fingers on the outer periphery of the capsule, whether to be detached from the container, whether to take the product or whether it is in the framework of the application of the sampled product.

  Preferably, the pallet extends parallel to said longitudinal axis X. Advantageously, the pallet extends away from the outer periphery of the first tubular skirt.

  Preferably, to stiffen the positioning of the pallet relative to the first tubular skirt, a first junction is provided between the outer periphery of this first skirt and an inner face of the pallet. In particular, this first junction is formed by a wall extending radially relative to said outer periphery. This first junction also has the advantage of avoiding imbrication of the capsules with each other when they are handled on packaging lines.

  Preferably, a free end of the pallet is flush in a plane in which is defined a song of the first skirt. This arrangement makes it possible to propose the same positioning of the closure cap relative to the container as the placement that would have been obtained with a capsule that does not have such a pallet.

  Furthermore, the free end of the pallet is configured to be inserted into said opening, because it locally modifies the envelope surface defined by the first skirt. In addition, it has a rounded free end so that the application surface of the pallet is not offensive when applied to the skin.

  Furthermore, the capsule may comprise a needle protruding from the bottom, in a direction axially opposite to that of the first skirt, this needle is particularly useful when the opening is sealed by a film whose tear can be obtained by forcing the needle against the outer surface of said film.

  Advantageously, the capsule may comprise a second tubular skirt having the same longitudinal axis X and rising from said bottom in a direction opposite to that of the first tubular skirt. The first and second tubular skirts are then coaxial and extend on either side of said bottom. Preferably, the second tubular skirt has an outside diameter different from that of the first tubular skirt, preferably greater than that of this first tubular skirt.

  In this case, the pallet is included in the volume defined by the generatrix of the second tubular skirt. Then, a second junction can be provided between the pallet and a free edge of the second skirt.

  To prevent manual contact between the pallet and the fingers of the user, the second tubular skirt may have non-slip gripping means on its outer periphery to facilitate the handling of the capsule. For this purpose, the outer periphery of the second tubular skirt can be crenellated.

  In particular when a needle is provided on the capsule, the latter is surrounded by the second tubular skirt so as to facilitate the positioning of this needle inside the opening. Indeed, the second tubular skirt has an inner diameter slightly greater than the outer diameter of the neck, so that the capsule can be moved in translation along its axis X to insert the needle in the opening.

  Preferably, the needle has a height less than the height along the X axis of the second skirt. It is thus defined inside the envelope surface delimited by this second skirt. This arrangement makes it possible to store devices equipped with such a capsule without the risk that the needle of a device will pierce the wall of a container of another device.

  Advantageously, the capsule comprises fixing means adapted to cooperate with complementary fastening means presented by the container to ensure the closure of said container. In particular, the closure is obtained by cooperation between a thread provided on an inner periphery of the first tubular skirt with a complementary thread provided on the outer periphery of the neck of the container. Alternatively, and or in addition, the closure can be obtained by the engagement of a bead in a groove, the bead and the groove being respectively formed on the first tubular skirt and on the container, or vice versa.

  Preferably, the bottom comprises sealing means for sealing the closure of the container. For example, the bottom may comprise an annular seal intended to be compressed against a neck edge in the closed position of the capsule on the container. Alternatively, the bottom may have an annular sealing lip arranged to be applied on the inner surface of the neck in the closed position.

  Preferably, the device for packaging a cosmetic product comprises a container capable of containing said product, this container comprising an opening for dispensing the product, a closure cap according to the invention configured to close said opening in position. closed.

  In this case, the container is preferably a flexible-walled tube, so the product outlet can be obtained, after detachment of the closure cap, by exerting a pressure on the outer periphery of the flexible walls.

  In particular, the opening is previously sealed by a film so as to ensure the sealing of the closure during storage, before the first product withdrawal.

  Preferably the product contained is a product forming, or being intended to form, a hair coloring product.

  The capsule according to the invention and the device provided with such a capsule are of particular interest when one wishes to ensure the safety of a product.

  The advantage of the invention is to ensure the collection of a sufficiently low dose to not allow the appearance of physiological disorders in the user, while ensuring the reliability of the result of the sensitivity test performed.

  The invention also relates to a method for making a test touch to ensure the safety of a product to be applied to keratin materials, such as skin or hair, said product being conditioned in a container having a neck defining an opening reversibly closed by a closure cap, said method comprising: i) opening the container; ii) taking the product residing in the neck by means of a portion of the closure cap capable of engaging at least partially inside the neck; and iii) applying the product thus taken from said keratin materials.

  Preferably, said portion corresponds to a pallet extending along the outer periphery of a first tubular skirt of the closure cap.

  Preferably, for the removal of the product, the capsule is presented so that a longitudinal axis of the capsule is secant to an axis of said neck. The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows and on examining the figures which accompany it. These are presented only as an indication and in no way limitative of the invention.   Figure 1 shows a capsule 1 according to the invention mounted to close an opening of a container 2. In the example shown, the container 2 is a flexible-walled tube.

  FIG. 2 shows this same capsule 1 detached from its container and presented in such a way that a pallet 3 of the capsule is partially introduced into the opening 4 formed by a neck 5 of the container 2.

  In the example presented, the product is available at this opening 4. In cases where the product can not be taken by pallet 3 because there is no product in the neck, the user exercises a actuation control, for example a slight pressure on the outer walls of the container when the latter are flexible, so as to bring the product close to this opening and take it by means of the pallet 3.

  Preferably, the pallet 3 is configured to be only partially introduced into the opening, so as to be covered by a small amount of product, in particular an amount of product of between 0.01 ml and 5 ml, preferably between 0.05 ml and 1 ml. Indeed, the product is sufficiently viscous to adhere to the pallet when it is soaked in it.

  After sampling, the pallet 3 loaded with product is directly applied by the user to the area of her body where she wishes to perform the sensitivity test. Preferably, she chooses to perform this test at the base of the hair, behind the ears so that the test whose results can be read after a few hours, preferably 48 hours, does not interfere.

  If the test is conclusive (no reaction after 48 hours), then it can proceed to the application of the product on his hair, possibly the product is applied in a mixture with other products, in a conventional manner in the field of coloring capillary.

  In particular, the product contained in the container forms, or is intended to form, a hair dye composition.

  A hair coloring composition may be a direct coloring composition. It typically contains one or more direct dyes used (s) usually in hair coloring.

  By "direct dye" is meant a colored and dyestuff molecule having an affinity for keratinous fibers and soluble in a hair dye support formed of water or a mixture of water and at least one organic solvent.

  This or these direct dyes may be of a nonionic, anionic, cationic or amphoteric nature. They may for example be chosen from nitrobenzene direct dyes, anthraquinone direct dyes, triarylmethane direct dyes, xanthene, azo and methine direct dyes.

  Alternatively, the hair coloring composition may be an oxidation dye composition containing at least one oxidation dye.

  The oxidation dyes may be bases and / or couplers.

  The product contained in the container may then be an oxidizing composition or a dyeing composition, the latter then being mixed extemporaneously to obtain said hair dye product.

  Among the oxidation bases that may be mentioned are para-phenylenediamines, para-aminophenols, ortho-aminophenols, heterocyclic bases such as pyridine, pyrimidine or pyrazole bases.

  Among the couplers, mention may be made of meta-aminophenols, meta-phenylenediamines, meta-diphenols, naphthols, heterocyclic couplers such as indole couplers, benzomorpholine type couplers, pyridine couplers, and sesamol derivatives.

  The hair coloring composition can be formulated in any usual support for oxidation dyeing or direct dyeing which can flow freely under the effect of its weight (liquid, fluid gel, or fluid cream). This support may simply be water, optionally supplemented with one or more solvents and one or more reducing agents and / or antioxidants.

  The hair coloring composition advantageously contains at least one compound chosen from surfactants and solvents other than water.

  The solvent agent is preferably chosen from monoalcohols, such as, for example, ethanol or isopropanol, polyols such as, for example, glycerol or propylene glycol, or the ethers of these monoalcohols or such polyols, such as, for example, propylene glycol monomethyl ether.

  The surfactant (s) is (are) chosen from nonionic, anionic, cationic or amphoteric surfactants. They are preferably chosen from polyoxyalkylenated compounds, such as, for example, polyoxyethylenes, polyoxypropylenes or polyglycerols.

  The hair dye compositions that can be used in the context of the present invention have been the subject of numerous detailed descriptions, particularly in the patent literature. Therefore, they do not require additional detailed description.

  The capsule 1 comprises a first tubular skirt 6 adapted to cooperate with the neck 5. An inner periphery 7 of this first tubular skirt 6 comprises means capable of being retained on the outer periphery 8 of the neck 5 so as to ensure the retention of the capsule 1 on the container 2, and thus maintaining the closed position of the device formed by the container 2 and its closure cap 1.

  In the example shown, the tubular skirt 6 is of circular inner section and has a thread 9 on its inner periphery 7 to cooperate with a complementary thread 10 presented by the neck 5. In the mounted position of the capsule 1 on the neck 5, a bottom 11 of the capsule 1, defined transversely to said tubular skirt 6, closes the opening 4. For example, the bottom 11 is applied on a ring 12 of the neck 5 defining this opening 4.

  For example, the bottom 11 may have an elastically deformable means adapted to be crushed against this edge 12 to ensure sealing. Alternatively, the bottom 11 may have an annular sealing lip arranged to be applied on an inner surface 13 of the neck 5 in the closed position.

  An axis X around which the capsule 1 can be rotated to obtain its disengagement from said neck 5 corresponds to the longitudinal axis around which is defined the first tubular skirt 6. Nevertheless, the first tubular skirt extending along this axis X may have a height relative to said lower X axis, greater, or equal to the diameter presented by a cross section of this skirt relative to said axis.

  In a variant not shown, in the case where the inner periphery 7 has a latching means intended to cooperate with a complementary latching means presented by the outer periphery 8, then the axis X also corresponds to a translation axis of the capsule 1 relative to the neck 5 to obtain said engagement of the latching means.

  The pallet 3 extends along said axis X. It has a longitudinal axis Z preferably parallel to the axis X. Preferably, it has an outer face 14 extending at a distance from an outer periphery 15 of the first In particular, the axis X may correspond to an axis of symmetry of revolution of the outer periphery 15 of the first skirt 6. The pallet 3 has an inner face 16 facing this outer periphery 15. This inner face 16 extends away from said outer periphery 15.

  The pallet 3 is attached to the first tubular skirt 6 by a first junction 17. In the example shown, the first junction 17 corresponds to a wall 17 connecting the inner face 16 to the outer periphery 15.   The pallet 3 has a free end 19, this free end 19 corresponding to one axial end, along the axis Z, of the pallet 3. This free end 19 is flush with the plane defined by the edge 12. This free end 19 is rounded so as to form a curved end connecting the two longitudinal edges 18a and 18b.   Indeed, in the example shown, the opening 4 has an inner diameter of the order of 3 to 10 mm and a neck of a thickness measured radially between the outer periphery 15 and the inner periphery 7 of the order of 1 to 3 mm. Thus, whatever the position of the closure cap relative to the neck, the sealing of the closure of the opening 4 is guaranteed, before the first use. The first face 22 is intended to be placed facing the opening 4 when the capsule is mounted in the closed position on the container 2. On the other hand when the user wishes to access the product, then it detaches the closure cap 1 of the container 2 so as to be able to present the second face 22 next to the opening 4. Preferably, the needle 21 is then moved in translation along this axis X and constrained against this film until the latter is broken.

  To ensure the translational guidance of the capsule 1 relative to the container 2 when the needle 21 is to be constrained against the film, the capsule comprises a second tubular skirt 24, of longitudinal axis X, whose inner periphery 25 is of such a section that it is able to be translated around the neck 5, along the Y axis of the neck. Preferably this second tubular skirt 24 is of circular inner section, the axis X corresponding to an axis of symmetry of revolution of its inner periphery 25. The inner periphery 25 is preferably smooth so as to slide along the neck, the section the inner periphery being of such size that it does not cooperate with the thread 10 provided on the neck 5.

  To facilitate the handling of the capsule, the second tubular skirt 24 preferably has an outer periphery 26 facilitating handling. In particular, this outer periphery 26 is crenellated.

  To prevent the tip 27 of the needle 21 from damaging or even piercing, other devices to which it could be placed during storage of the mounted assembly comprising the container 2 and its closure cap 1, the height of the second tubular skirt 24 along the axis X is greater than the height of the needle 21 along the same axis X, the height being measured along the axis X from the level defined by the second face 22 of the bottom 11.   Preferably, the pallet 3 protrudes from a second free edge 29 of the second skirt 24, opposite to the first free edge 28. This second free edge 29 being defined in a plane transverse to said axis X, the pallet 3 stands perpendicular to said edge free 29. The pallet 3 is attached at a second axial end 30, opposite the free end 19 relative to its longitudinal axis Z, this Z axis being parallel to the longitudinal axis X. This axial end 30 defines a second junction, in addition to the first junction 17, for securing the pallet 3 to the outer periphery of the capsule.
