Claims (9)

  1. Hydroverwirbeltes, wohlintegriertes Verbund-Vliesmaterial (8), das eine Mischung aus randomisierten Spinnvliesfilamenten (3), Naturfasern (5) und synthetischen Stapelfasern (6) umfasst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die synthetischen Stapelfasern eine Länge von 3 bis 7 mm, vorzugsweise 4 bis 6 mm aufweisen, dass keine Thermoverklebungspunkte zwischen den Spinnvliesfilamenten (3) vorliegen und dass die Mischung aus 10 bis 50 % Spinnvliesfilamenten, 20 bis 85 % Naturfasern und 5 bis 50 % synthetischen Stapelfasern gebildet ist, wobei alle Prozentwerte auf Basis des Gewichts des gesamten Vliesmaterials berechnet sind.
  2. Hydroverwirbeltes Vliesmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischung aus 15 bis 35 % Spinnvliesfilamenten (3), 40 bis 75 % Naturfasern (5) und 5 bis 25 % synthetischen Stapelfasern (6) gebildet ist, wobei alle Prozentwerte auf Basis des Gewichts des gesamten Vliesmaterials berechnet sind.
  3. Hydroverwirbeltes Vliesmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spinnvliesfilamente aus der Gruppe aus Polypropylen, Polyestern und Polylactiden ausgewählt sind.
  4. Hydroverwirbeltes Vliesmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spinnvliesfilament-Gewebeteil (3) des Verbundmaterials ein Basisgewicht von höchstens 40 g/m2, vorzugsweise höchstens 30 g/m2 aufweist.
  5. Hydroverwirbeltes Vliesmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die synthetischen Stapelfasern (6) aus der Gruppe aus Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyestern, Polyamiden, Polylactiden, Rayon und Lyocell ausgewählt sind.
  6. Hydroverwirbeltes Vliesmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der synthetischen Stapelfasern (6) gefärbt ist, der mindestens 3 % des Gesamtgewichts des Vliesmaterials, vorzugsweise mindestens 5 % ausmacht.
  7. Hydroverwirbeltes Vliesmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Naturfasern (5) aus Zellstofffasern, vorzugsweise Holz-Zellstofffasern, bestehen.
  8. Hydroverwirbeltes Vliesmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Teil der Naturfasern (5) gefärbt ist, der mindestens 3 % des Gesamtgewichts des Vliesmaterials, vorzugsweise mindestens 5 % ausmacht.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vliesmaterials (8), umfassend
    das Bilden eines Netzes aus Spinnvliesfilamenten (3) auf einem Formungs-Gewebe (1) und Aufbringen einer nass gebildeten Faserdispersion (4), die synthetische Stapelfasern (5) mit Naturfasern (6) enthält, auf die Oberseite der Spinnvliesfilamente,
    wodurch ein Fasergewebe gebildet wird, das eine Mischung aus den Spinnvliesfilamenten, synthetischen Stapelfasern und Naturfasern enthält, und nachfolgendes Hydroverwirbeln des Fasergewebes, um ein Vliesmaterial (8) zu bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die synthetischen Stabelfasern eine Länge von 3 bis 7 mm, vorzugsweise 4 bis 6 mm aufweisen, worin kein Thermoverklebungs-Verfahrensschritt auf die Spinnvliesfilamente angewendet wird, und worin die Mischung aus 10 bis 50 % Spinnvliesfilamenten, 20 bis 85 % Naturfasern und 5 bis 50 % synthetischen Stapelfasern gebildet ist, wobei alle Prozentwerte auf Basis des Gewichts des gesamten Vliesmaterials berechnet sind.
