Claims (16)

  1. Procédé destiné à transporter des pièces à usiner dans une presse, en particulier une ligne de presse ou une presse à plusieurs matrices, depuis un premier poste (10) jusqu'à un deuxième poste (20) adjacent au premier poste (10), employant une barre (500) attachée à une poutre latérale (300, 400) disposée d'un côté de la presse, s'étendant parallèlement à une direction de transport, comprenant l'étape consistant à positionner la barre (500) au-dessus de la pièce à usiner (2) située dans le premier poste (10), caractérisé par les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    a) abaisser la barre (500) en faisant pivoter la poutre latérale (300, 400) autour d'un axe de pivotement horizontal perpendiculaire à la direction de transport ;
    b) saisir la pièce à usiner (2) par des dispositifs de préhension (502) attachés à la barre (500) ;
    c) soulever la barre (500) en faisant pivoter la poutre latérale (300, 400) autour de l'axe de pivotement ;
    d) transporter la pièce à usiner (2) jusqu'au deuxième poste (20) en déplaçant la barre (500) le long d'une extension longitudinale de la poutre (300) ;
    e) positionner la barre (500) dans une position de transfert en faisant pivoter la poutre latérale (300) autour de l'axe de pivotement ; et
    f) désengager la pièce à usiner (2) des dispositifs de préhension (502).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le déplacement de la barre (500) le long de l'extension longitudinale de la poutre (300) et le pivotement, c'est-à-dire le soulèvement et/ou l'abaissement des étapes de transport, ont lieu simultanément, au moins en partie.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par l'étape supplémentaire de déplacer par rotation les dispositifs de préhension (502) pour au moins compenser un changement d'orientation de la pièce à usiner (2) du fait du pivotement de la poutre latérale (300).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième poste (52') est un autre dispositif de transport pour transporter plus loin la pièce à usiner (2), comprenant des deuxièmes dispositifs de préhension, et en ce que le procédé comprend en outre l'étape consistant à déplacer par rotation les dispositifs de préhension de telle sorte que la pièce à usiner (2) maintenue par les dispositifs de préhension puisse être directement transférée aux deuxièmes dispositifs de préhension de l'autre dispositif de transport (52'), en retournant ainsi la pièce à usiner (2).
  5. Dispositif de transport de pièces à usiner dans une presse, en particulier une ligne de presse ou une presse à plusieurs matrices, depuis un premier poste (10) jusqu'à un deuxième poste (20) adjacent au premier poste (10), pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant :
    a) une première poutre latérale (300, 300b) agencée d'un premier côté de la presse, s'étendant essentiellement parallèlement à une direction de transport du dispositif de transport (52, 52b) ;
    b) au moins une barre (500) ayant des dispositifs de préhension (502) pour saisir la pièce à usiner à transporter, la barre (500) étant attachée à la première poutre latérale (300, 300b, 400) de telle manière qu'elle puisse se déplacer le long d'une extension longitudinale de la poutre (300, 300b, 400) ; et
    c) un ensemble (100) pour supporter la première poutre latérale (300, 300b) ;
    d) l'ensemble (100) comprenant un mécanisme de pivotement (106, 107, 108, 109, 301, 302) pour faire pivoter la première poutre latérale (300) autour d'un axe de pivotement horizontal perpendiculairement à la direction de transport, le mécanisme de pivotement (106, 107, 108, 109, 301, 302) comprenant deux broches (108, 109), les broches (108, 109) étant actionnables indépendamment afin de pivoter et de déplacer de préférence verticalement la poutre latérale (300) ; et
    e) les dispositifs de préhension (502) étant déplaçables par rotation pour au moins compenser un changement d'orientation de la pièce à usiner dû au pivotement de la première poutre latérale (300, 300b, 400) ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    f) la poutre latérale (300) comprend deux accouplements (301, 302) agencés le long de l'extension longitudinale de la poutre latérale (300), chacun des accouplements (301, 302) coopérant avec l'une des broches (108, 109).
  6. Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que :
    a) le dispositif de transport comprend une deuxième poutre latérale (400) et un ensemble (200) pour supporter la deuxième poutre latérale (400), comprenant un mécanisme de pivotement pour faire pivoter la deuxième poutre latérale (400) autour d'un axe de pivotement horizontal perpendiculairement à la direction de transport, agencé sur un deuxième côté de la presse en travers du premier côté de la presse, et en ce que
    b) la barre est une barre transversale (500) s'étendant en travers de la presse, attachée aux deux poutres latérales (300, 400).
  7. Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des ensembles (100, 200) pour supporter l'une des deux poutres latérales (300, 400) est supporté de telle sorte qu'il puisse être repositionné dans une direction transversale à la direction de transport, afin d'ajuster une distance entre les deux poutres latérales (300, 400).
  8. Dispositif de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de pivotement (106, 107, 108, 109, 301, 302) est formé de telle sorte que l'axe de pivotement coupe un plan vertical comprenant la poutre latérale (300, 400), soit au-dessus, soit en dessous ou à travers la poutre latérale (300, 400), en particulier à proximité d'une portion centrale de la poutre latérale (300, 400).
  9. Dispositif de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble (100, 200) comprend en outre un mécanisme de levage (106, 107, 108, 109, 301, 302) pour déplacer la poutre latérale (300, 400) dans une direction verticale.
  10. Dispositif de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux accouplements (301, 302) sont agencés symétriquement et à proximité d'un centre de la poutre latérale (300, 400).
  11. Dispositif de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la poutre latérale (300 ; 300b) comprend un mécanisme d'entraînement télescopique (320 ; 320b ; 320c) pour permettre le mouvement de coulissement de la barre (500).
  12. Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'entraînement télescopique (320 ; 320b ; 320c) est constitué par une poutre de support (310 ; 310b ; 310c) attachée au mécanisme de pivotement (106, 107, 108, 109, 301, 302), un premier chariot (321 ; 321b ; 321c) monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser par rapport à la poutre de support (310 ; 310b ; 310c) et un deuxième chariot (330 ; 330b) monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser par rapport au premier chariot (321 ; 321b ; 321c).
  13. Dispositif de transport selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un guide linéaire intermédiaire (340b ; 340.1b, 340.2b ; 340.1c, 340.2c) est agencé entre la poutre de support (310b ; 310c) et le premier chariot (321b ; 321c), le guide (340b ; 340.1b, 340.2b ; 340.1c, 340.2c) pouvant coulisser par rapport à la poutre de support (310b ; 310c) et aussi par rapport au premier chariot (321b ; 321c).
  14. Dispositif de transport selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 13, caractérisé en ce que tous les entraînements (106, 107, 304) pour déplacer la barre (500) le long des poutres (300, 400) ainsi que pour faire pivoter les poutres (300, 400), sont stationnaires par rapport au déplacement de la barre (500) le long de l'extension longitudinale des poutres (300, 400).
  15. Système de transport pour transporter des pièces à usiner dans une ligne de presse ou une presse à plusieurs matrices, comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs de transport (51, 52, 53, 54, 55) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 14, agencés les uns derrière les autres.
  16. Système de transport selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que deux dispositifs de transport consécutifs (52, 52') sont agencés de telle sorte que la pièce à usiner (2) puisse être transférée depuis un premier des dispositifs de transport (52) à un deuxième des dispositifs de transport (52'), la pièce à usiner (2) étant retournée.
