Description

  • La présente invention est du domaine de l'électricité et concerne une prise secteur conçue pour une fixation simple et rapide, après introduction de saillies isolantes, comportant leurs bornes de connexion de fils phase et neutre uniquement, dans deux orifices réalisés sur le support de pose de la prise secteur (support mural ou tout autre).
  • La prise secteur traditionnelle nécessite pour sa mise en place la préparation d'un percement dans le support de la prise secteur d'un espace et volume au moins équivalent à sa grosseur et dimensions ou à son boîtier, ainsi que la pose et scellement préalable du boîtier d'encastrement et de fixation de la prise secteur, fixation qui s'opère par serrage de deux crochets à vis situées à droite et à gauche de la prise secteur.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces différentes préparations. Il se compose en effet d'une plaque en matière isolante, dans laquelle les saillies isolantes, servant de logement des bornes de contact et de connexion des fils phase et neutre, sont aménagées solidairement à la plaque sur la face encastrement, et la saillie prise de terre, avec sa borne de connexion de fil de terre, sur la face opposée, le tout aux distances respectives permettant à la fiche mâle traditionnelle de se raccorder à la prise secteur une fois posée et fixée.
  • La plaque du dispositif est également pourvue d'une saillie avec écrou pour la fixation à vis du cache-prise, et peut également être utilisée par son orifice pour visser simultanément, la plaque et le cache-prise au support de pose de la prise où une cheville a été aménagée à cet effet.
  • La plaque du dispositif peut comporter sur une partie ou la totalité de sa surface, du coté venant s'appliquer à la face murale ou tout autre support, un adhésif double face afin de faciliter et consolider sa fixation.
  • Le dispositif ainsi conçu permet à l'utilisateur d'installer rapidement et simplement la prise secteur, en introduisant les saillies isolantes phase et neutre, comportant les bornes de connexion des fils, dans deux percements effectués dans le support mural ou tout autre support à l'aide d'une perceuse et d'un foret adapté.
  • Selon les modes particuliers de réalisation :
    • le cache-prise peut se fixer par vis sur la plaque de la prise.
    • le cache-prise peut se fixer en le vissant par l'orifice de la plaque du dispositif, dans la cheville posée au support de pose de la prise secteur.
  • Le dispositif disposera d'un système de sécurité actionné par la saillie prise de terre pivotante sur un axe inférieur, afin d'être rabattue, et servant de levier à glissement de l'obturateur de sécurité lorsqu'il est relevé lors de l'utilisation de la prise secteur.
  • La saillie rabattue pousse l'obturateur vers les bornes de connexions phase et neutre afin de les obturer, assurant ainsi une sécurité.
  • Le cache-prise pourra disposer d'un système de sécurité à éclipse traditionnel à la place du dispositif d'obturation de sécurité par glissement, actionné par la saillie prise de terre rabattue.
  • Le cache-prise et la plaque du dispositif de prise secteur peuvent être de différentes formes, dimensions ou couleurs, ainsi que les bornes de connexion de s fils.
  • Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :

    • La figure 2 représente une perspective en coupe de l'invention
    • En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte une plaque (1), dont l'une de ses deux faces latérales comporte deux saillies femelles (2) de matière isolante identique à la plaque et servant, l'une à loger la borne de contact et de connexion du fil phase (3), l'autre à loger la borne de contact et de connexion du fil neutre (4). La face opposée comporte la saillie de la prise de terre rabattable ou rétractable (5) actionnant, en partie intérieure (14), la plaque d'obturation de sécurité (6). La saillie prise de terre comporte également en partie intérieure sa borne de connexion du fil de terre (7) ainsi que la saillie à écrou (8) servant à visser le cache-prise (9), ou l'orifice permettant de visser la plaque et le cache-prise au support (10) de pose de la prise secteur. Le dispositif est recouvert en premier lieu d'un obturateur de sécurité (6) actionné par la saillie de la prise de terre rabattable ou rétractable (5). Le dispositif est enfin recouvert par son cache-prise (9).
  • Un autocollant (11) double face sera fourni pour être appliqué sur la face comportant les saillies phase et neutre, afin de faciliter la fixation de la plaque de la prise secteur sur son support.
  • A titre d'exemple non limitatif, la plaque de la prise aura des dimensions variables de l'ordre de 4 à 7 cm de quelque coté (12) que ce soit selon les diverses formes utilisées, et une épaisseur totale (13) de 0,6 à 1,3 cm.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la pose simple et rapide de prises secteur, en encastrant uniquement deux saillies isolantes, incorporant les bornes de contact et de connexion des fils, dans deux percements préalablement réalisés dans le mur, ou tout autre support de pose de prise secteur, à l'aide d'une perceuse et d'un foret adapté. Les deux saillies isolantes pouvant également, dans leur partie extrémité respective, être fixées dans leurs encastrements muraux par des vis en matière plastique ou tout autre matériau isolant, afin de respecter et ne pas rompre le principe d'isolation des saillies, servant de logement des bornes de contact et de connexion des fils phase et neutre de la prise.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de l'invention de type « prise secteur semi-encastrée » muni d'un cache prise (9) fixé par écrou (8) comportant une plaque support à 2 faces (1) caractérisée en ce que sa face cachée comporte, un autocollant (11) et deux saillies femelles (2) formant sur leurs parois extérieures les moyens d'ancrage à l'intérieur du mur ou du support (10) avec une matière isolante solidaire sur laquelle sont fixés, sur la face visible et opposé, une borne de terre rabattable (5) à distance équilatérale des bornes femelles (3) et (4) lesquelles sont fermées par un obturateur de sécurité (6).
  2. Dispositif selon la première revendication caractérisé en ce que les saillies femelles (2) formant encrage au mur par chevillage de leurs parois extérieures forment en leurs parois internes, l'orifice des bornes (3) et (4) aux fins de verrouiller une prise mâle amovible.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication un et deux caractérisé en ce que la borne de terre rabattable (5) actionne par sa partie intérieure (14) l'obturateur de sécurité pour dégager l'orifice des bornes femelles phase (3) et neutre (4).
  4. Dispositif selon la première revendication de cette prise secteur semi encastrée caractérisé par une épaisseur (13) comprise entre 0,6 cm et 1,30 cm et par une forme (12) comprise entre 4 cm et 7 cm.
