- La figure 1 illustre dans une vue en perspective comportant un arraché, la partie arrière d'un disjoncteur en boítier moulé,
- La figure 2 est une vue en perspective, illustrant une borne conforme à une réalisation particulière du dispositif de raccordement de l'invention.
- La figure 3 est une vue en perspective, illustrant la borne de la figure précédente équipée d'un écran de protection conformément à une autre caractéristique de l'invention.
- Les figures 4 et 5 sont des vues respectivement de face et en coupe de la borne de la figure précédente et,
- La figure 6 est une vue partielle en perspective de la partie arrière du disjoncteur dont l'une des plages de contact est raccordée électriquement à une cosse.
Claims (11)
- Dispositif de raccordement d'un conducteur extérieur tel un câble à une plage de contact d'un appareil électrique tel un disjoncteur en boítier moulé, du genre comprenant un bloc de métal logé de manière amovible dans un compartiment de borne prévu dans la partie arrière du boítier du disjoncteur, ledit bloc étant traversé par un passage allongé destiné à recevoir une barrette de borne du disjoncteur, et une vis de pression traversant la partie supérieure du bloc afin d'assurer le serrage du câble contre la plage de contact,
caractérisé en ce que la vis de pression précitée (23) comporte à son extrémité située à l'intérieur du bloc (14), un patin de serrage (24) de forme quadrangulaire, ledit patin (24) comportant à chacun de ses angles, une griffe (25 à 28) coopérant avec un évidement (29 à 32) de forme complémentaire, prévu sur la plage précitée (6 à 9) et situé en regard de ladite griffe, pour retenir positivement le câble entre le patin (24) et la plage de contact (6 à 9) lors du serrage de la vis (23) et en ce que le compartiment de borne comprend une paire de rainures (18, 19) allongées formées respectivement sur deux surfaces intérieures (2a, 2b) du compartiment de borne (2 à 5) et destinées à recevoir un écrou à oreille ou analogue (20). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rainures précitées (18, 19) sont ménagées à la partie inférieure du compartiment (2 à 5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que trois orifices (20b, 43, 44) en regard sont prévus respectivement dans l'écrou à oreille (20), dans la plage de contact (6 à 9) et dans la partie inférieure du compartiment (2 à 5), lesdits orifices étant destinés au passage d'une vis de fixation (50), d'une cosse (42) ou barre sur la plage de contact précitée (6 à 9).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque cache-borne (41) est fixée sur la partie arrière du disjoncteur, ladite plaque (41) comportant, en regard de chaque borne, une ouverture (40) de passage du conducteur, et en ce que la vis de pression précitée (23) est solidaire en translation d'un écran de protection (33) apte à venir obturer partiellement l'ouverture correspondante (40) de la plaque (41) lors du serrage de la vis (23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'écran précité (33) est constitué par une pièce en forme de L, dont l'une des ailes (33a) est montée librement toumante autour de la partie inférieure de la vis (23) entre le patin (24) et la partie supérieure (34) du bloc (14) et dont l'autre aile (33b) s'étend vers la partie supérieure du bloc (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le patin de serrage (24) est fixé à l'une des extrémités de la tige de vis (23) par sertissage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'à chacun des compartiments (2 à 5) est associée une plage de contact supplémentaire (46) destinée à être reliée électriquement à un dispositif extérieur tel une lampe témoin de tension.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque cache-borne (41) est fixée sur la partie arrière du disjoncteur par l'intermédiaire de rails (41a) prévus sur la surface inteme de la plaque (41) coopérant avec des rainures de forme correspondante (41b) ménagées dans la partie arrière du boítier de l'appareil.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (41b) de fixation de la plaque (41) présentent une section transversale en forme de T et s'étendent perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de l'appareil, dans des espaces séparant deux compartiments adjacents.
- Appareil de coupure tel un disjoncteur, comportant sur l'une au moins de ses deux grandes faces latérales, des compartiments de borne (2 à 5) à l'intérieur desquels s'étendent des plages de contact (6 à 9), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un dispositif de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
- Appareil de coupure selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte plusieurs dispositifs de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, et en ce qu'au moins l'une des vis de pression à patin (23) est remplacée par une vis à extrémité bombée (22) coopérant avec une plage de contact (6) présentant les évidements précités (29 à 32).
