Claims (16)

  1. Prise de courant destinée à une connexion électrique, en particulier au raccordement électrique de remorques sur un véhicule tracteur, comportant un boîtier de prise (2) et un insert porte-contacts muni de contacts (4) devant être pourvus de fils de raccordement électriques (24), lequel insert porte-contacts est reçu à l'intérieur du boîtier de prise (2) et verrouillé dans celui-ci (2), caractérisée en ce que l'insert porte-contacts (5) présente, pour le montage sur le boîtier de prise (2), des guides à baïonnette (14) répartis sur sa circonférence dans lesquels s'engrènent des ergots à baïonnette (15) faisant saillie sur le boîtier de prise (2) et en ce que les guides à baïonnettes (14) sont prévus sur une bague à baïonnette (16) pouvant tourner de manière séparée par rapport au reste de l'insert porte-contacts (5).
  2. Prise de courant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les guides à baïonnette (14) et les ergots à baïonnette (15) associés sont répartis de manière irrégulière ou non symétrique sur la circonférence de l'insert porte-contacts (5) ou du boîtier de prise (2).
  3. Prise de courant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les guides à baïonnette (14) et les ergots à baïonnette (15) associés sont de largeur ou d'épaisseur différentes.
  4. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la bague à baïonnettes, dans sa position de rotation initiale et/ou finale, est encliquetée de manière réversible par rapport au boîtier de prise (2).
  5. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'insert porte-contacts (5) est doté d'une plaque de fond (12) conçue sous la forme d'une plaque perforée afin de laisser passer des fils de raccordement (24).
  6. Prise de courant selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fond (12) peut, par rapport à l'insert de support de contacts (5), pivoter (autour de l'axe du boîtier de prise (2)) ou être déplacée.
  7. Prise de courant selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fond (12) peut être encliquetée par rapport à son insert porte-contacts (5) dans au moins une position finale de rotation ou de déplacement, par exemple à l'aide de crochets d'encliquetage (21).
  8. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fond (12) comporte une pièce de préhension (13) destinée au pivotement ou au déplacement par rapport à l'insert porte-contacts (5).
  9. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la plaque de fond (12) s'engrène avec une languette (17) dans un évidement (18) de l'insert porte-contacts (5) et reproduit une section de l'un des guides à baïonnette (14) de telle sorte que, dans la position de rotation ouverte de la plaque de fond (12), le guide à baïonnette (14) associé est bloqué, et dans la position de rotation fermée de la plaque de fond (12), le guide à baïonnette (14) associé est en revanche dégagé.
  10. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un joint d'étanchéité (6) de préférence en une seule pièce, reçu dans le boîtier de prise (2), lequel joint est destiné et adapté pour réaliser l'étanchéité à la fois par rapport à l'insert porte-contacts (5) et par rapport à une fiche mâle enfichée.
  11. Prise de courant selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (6) est configuré sous la forme d'un joint annulaire suivant la paroi interne (7) du boîtier de prise (2).
  12. Prise de courant selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (6) repose contre un épaulement (8) prévu sur l'insert porte-contacts (5) ainsi que - une fois la fiche mâle enfichée - contre une surface prévue du côté frontal de la fiche mâle.
  13. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier de prise (2) présente une nervure (9) suivant la paroi interne (7) et sur laquelle est reçu le joint d'étanchéité (6).
  14. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisée en ce que les canaux de réception (10) de l'insert porte-contacts (5), prévus pour les contacts (4), sont étanchéifiés du côté du raccordement, par exemple à l'aide d'éléments d'étanchéité (11) de type bouchons.
  15. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les contacts (4) peuvent être encliquetés dans leurs canaux de réception (10), par exemple, à l'aide de petits bras d'encliquetage (19).
  16. Prise de courant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que un élément de maintien (20) est formé sur le boîtier de prise (2) pour ne faire qu'une seule pièce avec lui.
