Description

The invention relates to a roof window, in particular roof windows, and a blind attached thereto according to the preamble of claim 1.

When mounting the roller shutters mentioned above, first the roof window, in particular roof windows, installed in the roof of a building. If this is done, the roller shutter is placed on the sash of the housing roof window located in the closed position and fastened by means of fastening screws or the like. Since such work is often performed by only one person, there is a risk that the roller shutter slips during assembly or even slips off the roof window, so that damage can occur or even passers-by who could be hit by a sliding shutters.

From the DE 196 00 972 C1 is a skylight with attached roller shutter out, which has a holding device of the aforementioned type, wherein bearing blocks of the holding device Hintergriffsstege means of a wing nut screw when tightening the wing nut are acted upon such that they are retracted into receiving recesses of the roof window. The holding device is relatively complex and therefore expensive and requires extensive installation work.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide an arrangement of roof windows, in particular roof windows, and shutters, which allows easy and safe installation of the shutter on the roof window.

This object is achieved, according to the invention, in that the respective bearing block is an elastically bendable bearing block in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the roller shutter box, which is formed as a piece of sheet metal and which is provided with the rear grip web facing the direction of uplifting, which projects into the receiving recess of the Roof window engages like a doorknob. Thus, the rooftop window in each of its two side areas on a receiving recess in the rear grip webs of the roller shutter holding bearing blocks engages like a doorknob. If the roller shutter is exposed to the Wohndachfenter, it is only necessary to elastically expand at least one bearing block such that the rear grip web can enter into the receiving recess. In this case, it is possible to proceed in such a way that the rear grip web on the other side of the bearing block located there is introduced in advance into the associated receiving recess, without the need for elastic deformation of the bearing block. Of course, it is also possible to place the roller shutter exactly centered on the roof window, so that both Hintergriffsstege the located on both sides of the shutter, especially the shutter box, bearing blocks are first bent elastically so that they can enter the receiving recesses, the bearing blocks due to their Spring back resilience when entering the rear webs in the receiving recesses and therefore the Hintergriffsstege are securely held in the receiving recesses, with the result that a tool-free pre-assembly of the shutter on the roof window, in particular roof windows, present, which provides a sufficient security against slipping or even slipping of the shutter from the canopy window. If this pre-assembly is brought about, the installer, without it being necessary to hold the roller shutter, can make the final fixing in peace by screwing the bearing blocks to the roof window, for example by means of fastening screws. The arrangement may in particular be designed in such a way that the dormer window has, on each side, a ramp, on which the respective receiving recess is located. If the roller shutter is now assigned to the roof window from above, then the rear webs protrude against the ramps and, in the course of the further settling of the roller shutter, continue to be forced outward through the ramp bevels until they finally engage in the receiving recesses. As a result, a self-latching and a self-insertion when placing the shutter on the roof window is virtually created.

A development of the invention provides that the bearing block rests with a support wall on top of the roof window. This supporting wall supports the roller shutter in the area of its roller shutter box.

According to a development of the invention it is provided that the bearing block has an alignment tongue or a fixing tongue for a fastening screw or the like, wherein the alignment tongue / fastening tongue is supported on an extending in the longitudinal extent of the shutter box mounting surface of the roof window, wherein the mounting surface extends at an angle to the top of the roof window , The alignment tongue allows a reproducible positioning of the shutter on the canopy window with respect to the longitudinal axis. The two rear webs of the two bearing blocks cause positioning relative to the transverse axis. Because the mounting surface is angled towards the top of the Roof window extends, the respective bearing block is supported with its alignment tongue / fastening tongue behind the handle on the mounting surface, whereby slipping of the shutter during installation work in addition to the subsequent taking place by the Hintergriffsstege holder is prevented.

It is advantageous if the rear grip web is formed on a side wall of the bearing block. This side wall and / or at least one further region of the bearing block is bent out elastically to displace the rear grip web, wherein the inherent elasticity of the material ensures that the side wall or the region elastically springs back after the rear grip web has entered the receiving recess.

A development of the invention provides that the side wall extends under a side wall angle to the support wall. Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the alignment tongue / fastening tongue extends at a tongue angle to the support wall. If one imagines a three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system, then support wall, side wall and alignment tongue / tongue are each aligned in the direction of one of the coordinates X, Y and Z, that is, the corresponding bearing block is securely positioned against slipping on the canopy window.

Preferably, from the support wall from a bearing wall, on which the shutter is attached, preferably a pivotally movable attachment is provided.

According to a development of the invention it is provided that the sheet metal part is designed as a Federblechteil.

Es sind Lagerwand, Stützwand, Seitenwand, Hintergriffssteg und Ausrichtzunge/Befestigungszunge einstückig miteinander ausgebildet. There are bearing wall, support wall, side wall, rear grip web and alignment tongue / tongue formed integrally with each other.

Finally, it is advantageous if the sheet metal part is designed as a bending stamped part, as this allows a very simple production.

The FIG. 1 shows a roof 1 of a building on which a rooftop window 2 is arranged, which has a frame 3 and a sash 4. On the casement 4 of the residential roof window 2, a shutter 5 is attached. The roller shutter 5 has a shutter box 6, from the shutter box 6 outgoing guide parts 7 and a roller shutter track 8. The roller shutter 8 is formed as a Lamellenbehang and can be wound up by a located in the shutter box 6 winding shaft or unwound from this.

According to FIG. 2 is used for the pivotal attachment of the shutter 5 on the roof window 2 on each side of a bearing block 9, which is formed as a sheet metal part 10 in one piece. He has one Supporting wall 11, which is supported on the top 12 of the roof window 2. From the support wall 11 is perpendicular to a bearing wall 13, which has a boom 14 which is penetrated by a bearing bore 15. By means of a pin-shaped bearing element 16, which passes through the bearing bore 15, the shutter box 6 of the shutter 5 is pivotally connected to the bearing block 9. Opposite the bearing wall 13 of the support wall 11 is a side wall 17, which forms an angle of about 160 ° with the support wall 11. Bearing wall 13 and side wall 17 are therefore aligned in mutually approximately opposite directions. From the side wall 17, a rear grip web 18 is bent, which has approximately in the direction of the bearing wall 13 and parallel or approximately parallel to the support wall 11. According to FIG. 3 the rear grip web 18 is slightly directed upward. The side wall 17 extends parallel to a side surface 22 of the residential roof window 2, in particular it is supported on the side surface 22.

The rear grip web 18 engages in a receiving recess 19, which is formed laterally on the casement 4 of the residential roof window 2.

The upper end surface 20 ( FIG. 2 ) of the residential roof window 2 has a mounting surface 21 which extends at an angle to the side surface 22 of the residential roof window 2 and at an angle to the top 12 of the residential roof window 2. From the support wall 11, a fastening tongue 23 is bent approximately at right angles, which rests against the mounting surface 21 of the residential roof window 2. The fastening tongue 23 secures the roller shutter 5 on the roof window in the longitudinal direction; the side wall 17 secures the roller shutter 5 on the living roof window 2 in the transverse direction and the support wall 11 causes a support of the bearing block 9 on the living roof window 2, so that the shutter 5 is held at the desired height above the living roof window 2.

From the FIG. 2 only the construction on the one, upper side of shutter 5 and roof window 2 can be seen. It is self-evident that on the other side of the roller shutter 5 and the living roof window 2 there is a corresponding, mirror-image design.

Supporting wall 11 and fixing tongue 23 are penetrated in each case by a fastening hole 24, wherein the fastening holes 24 are penetrated by fastening screws 25 which are screwed into the sash 4 of the residential roof window 2 and thereby secure the respective bearing block 9 in its position on the living roof window 2.

When mounting the shutter 5 on the roof window 2, the procedure is as follows. The fitter grips the roller shutter 5 and lowers it in the direction of the living roof window 2 from such that the rear grip webs 18 of the two bearing blocks 9 against the side surfaces 22 of the living roof window 2 occur. Since the side surfaces 22 extend obliquely so that the width of the dormer window 2 increases towards the bottom, they form quasi ramps for the Hintergriffsstege 18. Furthermore, the installer notes in the placement of the shutter 5 on the dormer window 2, that the fastening tongues 23 at the mounting surface 21 of the roof window 2 can be supported and thereby slipping the shutter 5 is prevented in the direction of the roof pitch. Due to the weight of the roller shutter 5 or by a corresponding reprints in the course of further assembly work, the respective bearing block 9 springs in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the roller shutter box (or transversely to the longitudinal extent of the residential roof window) due to the sliding along the Hintergriffsstege 18 on the inclined side surfaces 22, to engage the rear grip webs 18 in the receiving recesses 19 of the roof window 2. It is about this is an elastic deformation of the respective bearing block 9, so that after locking a corresponding provision. By the rear grip of the fastening tongues 23 on the mounting surface 21 of the roof window 2, a further fixation is made. The fitter can now safely release the shutter 5, since he is sufficiently safe and reproducibly positioned on the roof window 2. Now it is only necessary to screw the two fixing screws 25 lead each bearing block 9. Thus, the assembly is so far completed.
