Mithin besteht die erfindungsgemäße Montagewinkelvorrichtung nicht nur aus dem Montagewinkel, sondern zusätzlich noch aus dem erwähnten Tragelement, das mit dem Fensterschenkel zusammenwirkt. Da Tragelement und Fensterschenkel mittels der Höhenverstelleinrichtung zueinander höhenverlagerbar sind, lässt sich die gewünschte Einbauhöhe des Dachfensters unabhängig von der Dachfensterausbildung einstellen. Es ist vorgesehen, dass der Fensterschenkel mindestens ein Befestigungslangloch für ein an dem Tragelement und/oder dem Blendrahmen befestigbares Befestigungselement aufweist. Mittels des Befestigungselements, beispielsweise einer Gewindeschraube oder einer selbstschneidenden Gewindeschraube, können Fensterschenkel und Tragelement miteinander verspannt werden, um die Höhenposition zu sichern. Das Tragelement ist als Tragplatte ausgebildet. Diese wird flächig an der Außenseite des Blendrahmens angeschraubt und trägt daher nur geringfügig auf. Ferner verhindert die geringe Dicke einer derartigen Tragplatte, dass unzulässige Drehmomente auftreten. Das Einstellen der gewünschten Einbauhöhe des Dachfensters mittels der Höhenverstelleinrichtung kann sehr genau -und nicht nur in groben Stufen wie beim Stand der Technikerfolgen. Standardmäßig wird das Dachfenster in der gewünschten Höhe montiert. Die Höhenverstelleinrichtung ermöglicht jedoch auch eine Vormontage in einer noch nicht passenden Höhe und dann aufgrund der Verlagerbarkeit das Einstellen der korrekten Höhenposition. Ist diese erzielt, so wird der Fensterschenkel fest am Tragelement fixiert, so dass die eingenommene Position erhalten bleibt. Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Montagewinkelvorrichtung 1 ergibt sich eine Befestigung des Wohndachfensters 7 in variabler Höhe zur Setzlatten-Ebene. Beim nachträglichen Einbau oder bei einem Austausch eines Wohndachfensters 7 lassen sich auf diese Art und Weise die gewünschte Position des Wohndachfensters 7 herbeiführen, um beispielsweise einen geeigneten, optisch ansprechenden Übergang zum Innenfutter der Laibung der Dachöffnung zu schaffen. Die Montage erfolgt jeweils mittels der gezahnten, eine Grundplatte bildenden Tragplatte 4 und der entsprechenden Zahnung des Monlagewinkels 2. Bei der Montage wird das Wohndachfenster 7 im Falle eines Austausches auf das bestehende Innenfutter aufgesetzt. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass zuvor die Tragplatten 4 an den Blendrahmen 6 des Wohndachfensters 7 angeschraubt wurden. Anschließend erfolgt das Anschrauben der Fensterschenkel 12 am Blendrahmen 6 beziehungsweise an den Tragplatten 4 in der gewünschten Höhe, insbesondere in Höhe der Auflage der umgebenden Dachlattenkonstruktion. - A mounting bracket apparatus (1) for mounting a roof window, more particularly a residential flat window on a roof (7), comprising a mounting bracket (2) which has a window leg (12) to be allocated to the masking frame (6) of the roof window and being provided with at least one elongated mounting hole (35) to be engaged by a mounting member and which further has a roof leg (11) to be allocated to the roof structure, wherein a bearing member (3) which is to be mounted to the masking frame (6) and can be shifted by means of a height adjusting device (16) is allocated to the window leg (12), characterized in that the bearing member (3) is formed as a bearing plate (4) which has a mounting pin (48) insertable in an opening of the masking frame (6), with a mounting opening (39) extending through the bearing plate (4) and the mounting pin (48), said mounting opening (39) being intended to receive the mounting member (3).
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the height adjusting device (16) is formed as a form-locking device (17) having at least one form-locking member (19) on the window leg (12) or the bearing member (3) and a plurality of mating form-locking members (21) on the bearing element (3) or the window leg (12), said mating form-locking members (21) cooperating with said form-locking member (19).
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the form-locking member (19) is formed as at least one tooth (23, 28) of a toothing (24) and the mating form-locking members (21) are formed as teeth (25) of a mating toothing (26).
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the toothing (24) and the mating toothing (26) are formed as fine toothings (27).
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized by at least one stiffening corrugation (44) which extends over regions of the roof leg (11) and the window leg (12).
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the bearing member (3) is configured to be wider than the window leg (12).
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the window leg (12) is configured to be wider than the bearing member (3).
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting bracket (2) and/or the bearing member (3) are/is formed as a metal part and/or a plastic part.
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting bracket (2) and/or the bearing member (3) are/is formed as an injection molded part.
- The mounting bracket apparatus according to anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mounting bracket (2) and/or the bearing member (3), if formed as a metal part, are/is formed as a sheet metal part.
