Description

GEBIET DER ERFINDUNGFIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a gutter fastening arrangement, in particular for a terrace roof, a roof arrangement, in particular a terrace roof, and a method for assembling a gutter.

TECHNISCHER HINTERGRUNDTECHNICAL BACKGROUND

Although applicable to a wide variety of roof arrangements, the present invention and the underlying problem are explained in more detail below in relation to a terrace roof.

With terrace roofs, a possible inclination angle of the roof often depends on local conditions, for example a window height. Terrace roofs are therefore often designed in such a way that different angles of inclination can be set.

As a rule, the end of a terrace roof has a gutter, also known as a rain gutter. This is attached to the front of the terrace roof under the end of the roof to collect precipitation running down from the roof and to collect it in the desired manner, mostly via a downpipe.

However, the different possible angles of inclination of a terrace roof often cause difficulties when installing a gutter, since the alignment cumbersome and to create mechanical stability against special loads, especially snow loads, is often only possible using high clamping forces. Furthermore, fasteners that are visible from the outside are usually required.

The DE 199 15 347 C1 describes a twistable roof end, a channel can be inserted and clamped on the underside of a holder. The angle of the roof termination is set by a further jamming of a joint of the holder in relation to an additional roof edge retaining profile attached to the roof edge.

The JP 2004 116265 A discloses a fastening arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1.

The idea on which the present invention is based is to support the forces acting on the gutter, in particular in the direction of gravity, on a support section which is independent of a swivel joint for angular adjustment of the gutter. For this purpose, a second mounting element, which can be moved in the preassembled state to form a first mounting element that can be fixed or is mounted on a roof element, is provided, which supports the supporting section in a finally assembled, locked state. Due to the displaceability in the preassembled state, a support point of the second mounting element on the support section can be variably adapted to the set angle of attack of the gutter. If the desired setting of the angle of attack has been adopted, for example in a range between 0 and 30 °, this is fixed by locking the second mounting element.

In particular, the first mounting element, preferably with the cooperation of the second mounting element, forms a hinge or hinge with a bearing section of the gutter. This is rotated to adjust the angle of attack. For final assembly, the second mounting element is then in the desired position for fixing the support point or the desired angle of attack can be locked relative to the first mounting element.

In particular, the gutter with its support section in the final assembled state always bears against the second mounting element due to its own weight, so that the support point once set remains constant.

The gutter fastening arrangement according to the invention is not only mechanically advantageous, but also has a greatly reduced number of parts, which simplifies manufacture. Furthermore, it is particularly easy to install.

In a first variant of an assembly method, the gutter can be freely aligned. Subsequently, only the second mounting element is brought into contact with the supporting section of the aligned gutter and the second mounting element is locked.

In a second variant of a method for assembly, the angle of attack of the gutter is actively adjusted relative to the first mounting element by moving the second mounting element. The support point is shifted and the gutter is twisted. When the desired position is reached, the second mounting element is then locked.

The setting of the angle of attack is provided, for example, in a range between 0 ° and 30 ° to the horizontal. Accordingly, the bearing section is rotatably mounted on the first mounting element in at least such an angular range between 0 ° and 30 °.

The fixed mounting of the first mounting element can in particular be provided on a rafter. Other attachment points on a roof or fastenings on other roof elements are also possible.

The displaceability of the second mounting element relative to the first mounting element can be provided in a wide variety of ways. One possible embodiment is simple linear displacement. However, it would also be conceivable, for example, to move it by eccentrically rotating the second mounting part or by using a mechanical transmission, such as a crank mechanism or the like.

The second mounting part can be locked relative to the first mounting part for final assembly by means of a wide variety of fastening means, for example by jamming, screwing or the like. In one embodiment, it can be a locking mechanism directly on the first mounting element. In other versions, locking to another element, for example a roof element, is also possible. A relative movement of the second mounting part to the first mounting part is blocked or excluded by the locking.

The support section is preferably provided as a functional section separate from the bearing section and is in particular spatially distant or apart from the bearing section.

Both the support section and the bearing section can, in certain embodiments, each be a section integrally formed with a gutter profile. However, it is also conceivable to provide one or both of the support section and bearing section as a section separately attached to a gutter profile.

To provide the support point, the support section and the second mounting element can have a design that is adapted to one another. For example, in order to provide an increased coefficient of friction on one or both of the support section and the second mounting element, a special surface condition, such as corrugation, rubber coating, adhesive coating or the like, can be provided. It would also be conceivable to provide predetermined support levels for predefining possible support points in the support section.

In the preassembled state, the first and the second mounting element are loosely coupled to one another, so that the second mounting element can be moved relative to the first mounting element. For example, it can be a loosely assembled, i.e. H. act non-tightened, elongated screw connection. However, it is also conceivable, for example, to provide a rail guide or another type of guide in order to make it possible to move it.

In particular, the preassembled state can be produced in an intermediate step in that the first and second mounting elements are first loosely connected to one another. For example, to provide the preassembled state, the bearing section of the gutter can first be inserted into the first mounting element and then the second mounting element can be loosely connected to the first mounting element.

The first and second mounting element can be designed in such a way that the bearing section in the preassembled state is already rotatably mounted on the first mounting element. In further versions, the bearing section can also be in the preassembled state first mounting element for rotatable mounting can be inserted.

In one embodiment, the first mounting element can be attached to a roof element before the preassembled state is produced, or in a further embodiment in the preassembled state. The first mounting element can have a corresponding design, which allows the attachment before taking the preassembled state or the attachment in the preassembled state, in the latter case in particular by providing accessibility of fastening means in the preassembled state.

Advantageous refinements and developments result from the further subclaims and from the description with reference to the figures of the drawing.

According to an advantageous embodiment of a gutter fastening arrangement, the support point is infinitely adjustable by moving the second mounting element. In this way, an angle of attack of the gutter can be infinitely adjusted relative to the first mounting element, so that it can be freely adapted to any roof pitch. This means that the gutter can always be aligned perfectly horizontally or "in water" (ie horizontally within the practically relevant tolerance range of a spirit level).

According to a further development, the support section is designed to be able to be supported in a frictionally locking manner on the second mounting element. In this case, the support section and the second mounting element preferably have a friction pairing with a high coefficient of friction. In this way, stepless adjustability is advantageously possible with simple means.

According to one embodiment, the bearing section is at least sectionally circular cylindrical. Furthermore, the first mounting part has an at least sectionally round recess in which the bearing section rotates. The bearing section is preferably a circular-cylindrical profile extension formed in one piece with the gutter. For this purpose, the bearing section can be designed as a complete circular cylinder or just as a circular cylinder section, for example as a half cylinder. A rotatable hinge or swivel-like mounting of the gutter on the first mounting element is thus provided in a simple manner.

According to one embodiment, the second holding part holds the bearing section in the first holding part in a form-fitting manner, in particular also essentially without frictional engagement in the final assembled state. The gutter is thus supported essentially, preferably on the skin, via the support section. A clamping of the rotatable mounting of the bearing section on the first mounting element can thus advantageously be dispensed with, which enables a considerably smaller dimensioning and a simpler construction of the rotatable mounting.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the support section with its surface facing the second mounting element can be supported on an end face of the second mounting part facing away from the mounting section. In this way, a clear spatial separation of the rotatable bearing or the bearing section from the support point or support section is ensured.

According to one embodiment, the first and the second holding part are predetermined in one by a guide device Adjustment direction designed to be linearly displaceable relative to each other. For example, an elongated hole guide or a rail guide can be provided for this. Locking is then made possible by simply jamming the guide.

According to a preferred embodiment, the gutter is designed as a profile, the profile having a nose which invisibly covers the support section from the outside. A particularly clean, appealing design is advantageously made possible in this way, since the gutter thus covers a large part of the fastening arrangement invisibly from the outside.

According to an advantageous further development, the profile of the gutter to form the support section, starting from the bearing section, has a substantially U-shaped section which merges with its leg facing away from the bearing section, a central leg of the U-shaped section being one of the second Forms the support element facing surface of the support portion on which the support point is located.

According to a preferred development, the second mounting element has an essentially L-shaped cross section. In the assembled state, it covers the first mounting element and the bearing section invisibly from the outside. In particular, only a section of the second mounting element and the gutter are visible from the outside. Overall, an elegant gutter fastening arrangement is thus created.

According to an advantageous embodiment of a roof arrangement, the roof element is designed as a rafters. In this way, the gutter is attached to the primary structure of the roof, so that a secure mechanical support too with increased loads, for example in the case of high snow loads.

According to a further embodiment of the roof arrangement, the first mounting element has an elongated hole through which a fastening means of the second mounting part extends, the mounting means for locking the second mounting part also being fastened in the roof element. A particularly simple and compact design is thus created, and yet the displaceability of the second mounting element is ensured.

According to a further development, the elongated hole is designed as a guide device for defining an adjustment direction in the preassembled state. A particularly simple to produce guide device is thus created.

The above refinements and developments can, if appropriate, be combined with one another as desired. In particular, all features of a gutter fastening arrangement can be transferred to a roof arrangement. In addition, all features of a gutter fastening arrangement or roof arrangement can be transferred to a method for assembling a gutter, and vice versa.

BESCHREIBUNG VON AUSFÜHRUNGSBEISPIELENDESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal sectional view of a roof termination of a roof arrangement 20.

It is a roof arrangement 20 designed as a terrace roof, only the elements relevant for the gutter fastening in the area of the roof termination being shown here. For better clarity, glazing, glass supports, holding profiles and the like, which are usually provided in a terrace roof, are hidden. However, such elements are generally known to the person skilled in the art, so that they will not be discussed in more detail here.

The roof element 4 provided for fastening the gutter 2 is designed as a rafters of the terrace covering, which has a T-profile shown here laterally.

On a short leg of the T-profile, which is arranged here on the underside of the rafters and is also shown laterally, fastening means 16, 17 designed as screws are provided for a gutter fastening arrangement 1.

The gutter fastening arrangement 1 has a gutter 2 designed as an extruded profile. This is formed with a channel bottom 18 and an outer channel wall 19 which is substantially perpendicular to the channel bottom 18. On a side of the channel bottom 18 opposite the outer channel wall 19 there is a support section 7 formed integrally with the profile, a nose 12 which also covers the support section 7 and is also formed integrally with the profile, as well as a protruding from the support section and laterally closing the profile Bearing section 6 provided.

In addition, the gutter fastening arrangement 1 has a first mounting element 3 which is fixedly mounted on the roof element 4 provided as rafters. The first Bracket element is designed here as a fastening profile, which is firmly screwed to the rafter with the fastening means 17.

A second mounting element 5 is also provided. In the illustrated embodiment, this is a clamping profile with an L-shaped cross section, which can also be screwed to the rafter through an elongated hole 13 made in the first mounting element 3 with a further fastening means 16.

In a preassembled state, the fastening means 16 has not yet been tightened, so that the second mounting element 5 can be displaced relative to the first mounting element 3 along the elongated hole 3 in an adjustment direction 11.

The bearing section 6 of the gutter 2 is received in a form-fitting manner between the first and the second mounting element 3, 5 in a recess 10 of the first mounting element 3 and held in the recess 10 with the second mounting element 5.

In the embodiment shown, the bearing section 6 is a circular cylindrical section of the profile of the gutter 2. The recess 10 is semicircular or round, so that the bearing section 6 is rotatably received therein.

To produce a preassembled state, the first mounting element 3 is first screwed firmly to the rafters with the fastening means 17. Furthermore, the bearing section 6 is inserted into the recess 10 and the second mounting element 5 is applied to the first mounting element 3. Then the screw 16 is provided through the elongated hole 13 and the rafters, in which an elongated hole is also provided can be guided and provided with a nut without tightening it. Thus, the second mounting element 5 can still be displaced linearly along the elongated hole 10 relative to the first mounting element 3. The elongated hole 13 is therefore designed here as a guide device for defining an adjustment direction 11 in the preassembled state.

The second mounting element 5 can be locked for final assembly via the fastening means 17. In this way, a relative movement of the second mounting element 5 to the first mounting element 3 is then excluded in the final assembled state.

The support section 7 of the gutter 2 is designed to be supported on the second mounting element 5. Due to the dead weight of the gutter 2, the support section 7 is thus always in a mounted state at a support point 8 on the second mounting element 5.

The position of this support point 8 can be changed in the preassembled state by moving the second mounting element 5 relative to the first mounting element 3. Since the gutter 2 can only be rotated with the bearing section 6 accommodated in the first mounting element 3, a change in the support point 8 also means a change in the angle of attack 9 of the gutter 2. In other words, a different angle 9 of the gutter requires a differently positioned support point 8. Advantageously, the displaceability of the second mounting element 5 relative to the first mounting element 3 in the preassembled state enables the setting angle 9 of the gutter 2 to be varied.

Once the desired angle of attack 9 or the desired support point 8 has been taken, final assembly can be carried out in a simple manner by fastening the fastening means 16, the second mounting element 5 can be locked relative to the first mounting element, so that the angle of attack 9 is fixed. In the illustrated embodiment, the fastening means 16 designed as a screw is tightened for this purpose.

In principle, such a construction of a gutter fastening arrangement 1 allows two possible assembly methods. Both variants have in common that the first mounting element 3 is first attached to the roof element 4.

In order to set the desired angle of attack of the roof gutter, in a first possible method the roof gutter received with the bearing section 6 in the first mounting element 3, for example with a spirit level, is aligned in the desired angle of attack 9. Subsequently, the second fastening element 5 is brought into contact with the support section 7 by shifting and locked, so that the angle of attack 9 is fixed.

In a second possible method, however, the displacement of the second mounting element 5 can also be used actively to set the angle of attack 9. For this purpose, for example, a screw drive (not shown) can be provided between the first and second mounting element 3, 5, so that, for example, the second mounting element 5 can be displaced along the first mounting element 3 by rotating a spindle. However, a manual shift is also possible. By moving the second mounting element 5, the support point 8 is shifted so that the roof gutter 2 rotates about its pivot point defined by the bearing section 6 and the recess 10. In this way, the gutter can be turned to a desired angle. Then, the second mounting element 5 is also locked here, when the desired position is reached. In the case of a self-locking spindle drive, this can possibly be done without additional fastening measures. In other cases, the second mounting element is fastened with a fastening means.

The second mounting element 5 does not exert any clamping action on the bearing section 6 in the locked state. Rather, it only holds the bearing section 6 in a form-fitting manner and also in the final assembled state essentially without frictional engagement in the receptacle 10 of the first mounting part 3 Holding element 5, a local depression 21 is provided, which prevents the bearing section 6 from being clamped in any possible position of the second holding element 5 which is predetermined by the elongated hole 13.

The gutter 2 is thus supported essentially on the support section 7, which is spatially separated from the bearing section 6.

In addition to the simple assembly and adjustability of an angle of attack 9, such a gutter fastening arrangement 1 is also advantageous from an aesthetic point of view. The second mounting element 5 is also formed with an essentially L-shaped cross section and, moreover, completely covers the first mounting element 3. In particular, the lug 12 of the profile of the gutter 2, which covers the support section 7 invisibly from the outside, ensures that the fastening and supporting parts are covered essentially invisibly from the outside.

To form the support section 7, the profile, starting from the bearing section 6, has an essentially U-shaped section which merges into the nose 12 with its leg facing away from the bearing section 6. A middle leg of the U-shaped section forms a surface 14 of the support section facing the second mounting element 5, on which the support point 8 lies. This is more precise in Fig. 3 shown.

In the configuration according to Fig. 1 Due to a relatively flat inclination of the terrace roof of approximately 5 °, which corresponds to the inclination of the roof element 4, the support point 8 lies in an upper region of the support section 7, which is closer to a leg facing the bearing section 6.

Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view of a roof termination of a roof arrangement 20 according to a further embodiment.

In contrast to the embodiment according to Fig. 1 the terrace roof and thus also the roof element 4 has a significantly greater inclination of approximately 30 ° here. Thus, a steeper angle of attack 9 of the gutter 2 is provided here, resulting in a comparison Fig. 1 greatly different position of the support point 8 on a lower region of the support section 7, which is closer to a leg of the U-shape facing the nose 12.

This also leads to a comparatively greater distance between the bearing section 6 and the support point 8, which is compensated for by displacement of the second mounting element 5 in the adjustment direction 11. Accordingly, in the configuration according to Fig. 2 the fastening means 16 is arranged on one of the recess 10 or the bearing section 6 facing the end of the elongated hole 13 while it is in the configuration according to Fig. 1 is arranged at the opposite end of the elongated hole.

In the Fig. 1 and 2 The angles of attack shown are to be understood purely by way of example as two different angles of attack. In particular, it is not necessarily a maximum or minimum possible angle of attack. For example, an angle of attack in a range between 0 and 45 °, in particular between 0 and 30 °, can be provided adjustable or made possible by the design of the support section 7.

Within an adjustment range of the angle of attack 9, a stepless adjustment of the angle of attack 9 is preferably made possible by a frictional support in the support point 8.

Fig. 3 zeigt eine Detaildarstellung einer Dachrinnen-Befestigungsanordnung 1. Fig. 3 shows a detailed illustration of a gutter fastening arrangement 1.

The gutter fastening arrangement 1 is in the same way as in relation to FIG Fig. 1 described. However, a configuration is shown with a greater roof pitch, ie a larger angle of attack, as is also the case, for example, in Fig. 2 is shown.

The support section 7 is here also formed as a central leg of a U-shaped profile section of the gutter connecting the bearing section 6 with the lug 12.

With its surface 14 facing the second mounting element 5, the support section 7 is supported on an end face 15 of the second mounting part 5 facing away from the bearing section 6.

In the configuration shown here, the support point 8 is located at a lower end of the support section 7 due to the relatively large angle of attack.

Fig. 4 zeigt eine Querschnittansicht einer Dachrinne 2. Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of a gutter 2.

The gutter 2 is shown here individually and is configured as described in relation to the preceding figures.

End plates 22 are provided on the end sides of the profile of the gutter 2, which laterally close and seal the gutter. For fastening the end plates 22 2 screw channels 23 are provided in the profile of the gutter, by means of which the end plates 22 can be screwed to the end of the profile.

Such gutter profiles are preferably so-called yard goods, i. H. Semi-finished products distributed in a standardized length dimension. If a gutter to be manufactured has a length exceeding the standard size, several profiles can be put together and connected. For this purpose, grooves 24 are provided in the profile, into which connecting pieces can be introduced for connecting two profiles.

Although the present invention has been completely described above on the basis of preferred exemplary embodiments, it is not limited to these but can be modified in a variety of ways.

In particular, the shape of the gutter can deviate from the shape shown. For example, the gutter can also have a round U-profile shape instead of a square U-profile shape.

For example, the support section 7 does not necessarily have to be straight. Rather, it can also have another shape that is expedient for providing the support point 8, for example rounded.

Furthermore, various designs of the end face 15 of the second mounting element 5 are conceivable. For example, it does not have to be a straight end face, but it can also be rounded or stamp-like. It is also conceivable to provide an abutment on the end of the second mounting element 5.

In addition to screws as fasteners, other types of fasteners can of course be used. In addition, for final assembly, optionally or in addition to detachable fastening means, a non-releasable fastening of the second mounting element 5 is also conceivable, for example by means of a material connection or by deformation.
