Eine solche Rahmenkonstruktion für eine Schiebetür ist beispielsweise durch die DE 10 2007 059 222 A1 und die FR2911162 bekannt geworden. Bei dieser bekannten Rahmenkonstruktion sind die einzelnen Rahmenprofile über Richtelemente in Form einer oder mehrerer Stabilisierungsplatten aus Holz zentriert, die in eine umlaufende Innennut der Rahmenprofile eingreift.
Der Erfindung liegt demgegenüber die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einer Rahmenkonstruktion der eingangs genannten Art alternative Richtelemente anzugeben. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die beiden seitlichen Rahmenprofile jeweils durch ein Rechteckrohr mit angeformtem C- oder U-Profil gebildet sind und die Stirnseiten des unteren und des oberen Rahmenprofils an der offenen Profilseite des C- oder U-Profils anliegen und dass die Richtelemente als Metallwinkel ausgebildet sind, die mit einem Schenkel spielfrei in die Rohröffnung des Rechteckrohrs eingreifen und innenseitig an das Rechteckrohr angeschraubt sind und die mit einem anderen Schenkel das untere bzw. obere Rahmenprofil entweder spielfrei umgreifen oder darin spielfrei eingreifen. Erfindungsgemäß wird als Richtelement ein Metallwinkel genutzt, der mit dem seitlichen Rahmenprofil verschraubt wird und durch seine Außenkonturen das untere bzw. obere Rahmenprofil zum seitlichen Rahmenprofil ausrichtet.
In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Metallwinkel als ein U-Winkel ausgebildet, der mit seinem in die Rohröffnung des Rechteckrohrs eingreifenden, ersten Seitenschenkel innenseitig an einer Rohrwand des Rechteckrohrs anliegt und daran angeschraubt ist und mit seinem zweiten Seitenschenkel außen an der offenen Profilseite des C- oder U-Profils anliegt.
In vorteilhafter Weiterbildung dieser Ausführungsform greift der erste Seitenschenkel des U-Winkels in eine Längsnut der Rohrwand und der zweite Seitenschenkel zwischen die beiden Seitenschenkel des U-Profils des unteren bzw. oberen Rahmenprofils jeweils spielfrei ein, wodurch die Rahmenprofile zueinander exakt ausgerichtet sind. Vorzugsweise ist der erste Seitenschenkel des U-Winkels mittels der Rahmenverbindungsschraube an das Rechteckrohr angeschraubt.

    - alignment elements which align the frame profiles (3-6) with respect to one another in the area of their junction points,
    characterized in that
    the two side frame profiles (3, 4) are each formed by a rectangular tube (13) with moulded C-shaped or U-shaped profile (15) and the end faces of the lower and the upper frame profile (5, 6) abut the open profile side (21) of the C-shaped or U-shaped profile (15), and

  2. Frame structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the metal bracket is designed as a U-shaped bracket (30), the first side leg (30a) of which that engages in the tube opening (14) of the rectangular tube (13), abuts the inner side of a tube wall (16) of the rectangular tube (13) and is screwed thereto, and the second side leg (30b) of which abuts the outside of the open profile side (21) of the C-shaped or U-shaped profile (15).
  3. Frame structure according to claim 2, characterized in that the first side leg (30a) of the U-shaped bracket (30) engages without play in a longitudinal groove (18) of the tube wall (16) and the second side leg (30b) engages without play between the two side legs (25) of the U-shaped profile (22) of the lower or upper frame profile (5, 6).
  4. Frame structure according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that on the lower side of the frame, rollers (9) project in a downward direction, which are supported in two roller supports (10) such that they are rotatable about a horizontal axis of rotation, each of the roller supports being mounted to one U-shaped bracket (30).
  5. Frame structure according to claim 4, characterized in that the roller support (10) is mounted to the U-shaped bracket (30) by means of a screw (33) which extends through both side legs (30a, 30b) and is screwed into the roller support (10).
  6. Frame structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the metal bracket is designed as a rectangular bracket (31), the first angle leg (31a) of which that engages in the tube opening (14) of the rectangular tube (13), abuts the inner side of a tube wall (16) of the rectangular tube (13) and is screwed thereto, and the second angle leg (31b) of which is supported on top of the U-shaped profile (22), which is open towards the top, of the upper frame profile (6).
  7. Frame structure according to claim 6, characterized in that the first angle leg (31a) of the rectangular bracket (31) engages without play in a longitudinal groove (18) of the tube wall (16) and two side edge sections (36) of the second angle leg (31b), which are angled towards the bottom, surround the two side legs (25) of the U-shaped profile (22) without play.
  8. Frame structure according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the second angle leg (31b) of the rectangular bracket (31) is screwed to a mounting plate (40) which is arranged, in particular clipped, in two internal longitudinal grooves (41) of the side legs (25) of the U-shaped profile (22).
  9. Frame structure according to any one of the claims 6 to 8, characterized in that guiding rollers (11) laterally project from the upper side of the frame, which are supported on the second angle leg (31b) to be rotatable about a vertical axis of rotation.
  10. Frame structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a drawing-in damper (43) provided on the upper side of the frame is screwed to at least one mounting plate (40) which is arranged, in particular clipped, in two internal longitudinal grooves (41) of the side legs (25) of the U-shaped profile (22) of the upper frame profile (6).
  11. Frame structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a roller support (10) provided on the lower side of the frame is pretensioned by a spring (52), supported on the lower frame profile (5), into a position in which it maximally projects downwards over the lower frame profile (5), and that a stop element (54) is guided to be displaceable in a longitudinal direction in two internal longitudinal grooves (41) of the side legs (25) of the U-shaped profile (22) of the lower frame profile (5), which in a blocking position blocks the roller support (10) against the action of the spring (52).
  12. Frame structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lower and the upper frame profile (5, 6) are each formed by a U-shaped profile (22) with moulded C-shaped or U-shaped profile (23).
  13. Frame structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the two side frame profiles (3, 4) have identical constructions and/or the lower and the upper frame profile (5, 6) have identical constructions.
  14. Frame structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on at least one of the two side frame profiles (3, 4), a through-passage protection (44) is mounted which is assembled in particular from a plurality of profile pieces (45a-45c) of the same profile as the side frame profiles (3, 4).
  15. Sliding door (1) comprising a frame structure according to any one of the preceding claims and one or two panelling plates, in particular glass plates (8), which are glued to the outside of profile side walls (20, 26) of the frame profiles (3, 4) by means of adhesive tapes.
