Claims (14)
- Beleuchtungs- und/oder Signalvorrichtung vom Scheinwerfertyp für Kraftfahrzeuge, umfassend:- eine Entladungslampe oder Xenonlampe (1, 6),- ein Gegenstück (2), das einen Reflektor (21) und einen Lampenhalter (22) umfasst, der die Halterung eines Kolbens der Lampe vor dem Reflektor bereitstellt, wobei der Lampenhalter (22) Vorsprünge umfasst, und- ein System (3) zur Befestigung der Lampe an dem Gegenstück, umfassend :dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungssystem (3) Mittel umfasst, die in der Lage sind, die elektrische Durchgängigkeit zwischen dem das Hochspannungsmodul umschließenden leitenden Gehäuse der Lampe (1, 6) und einer leitenden Zone des Gegenstücks (2) zu gewährleisten, und dass der flexible Ring (5) einerseits innerhalb des starren Rings (4) montiert und andererseits am Lampenhalter (22) mittels mindestens zweier Befestigungshalterung (53), die in Befestigungsmittel des Lampenhalters (22) passen können, deren Befestigungsmittel Vorsprünge sind, unlösbar befestigt ist.- einen flexiblen Ring (5), der zwischen dem Lampenhalter und- einen starren Ring (4) angeordnet ist, der starre Ring um den Lampenhalter (22) und den flexiblen Ring (5) herum montiert und in Drehung versetzt werden kann,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel des Lampenhalters (22) Harpunen (24) sind, die jeweils in eine Öffnung (54) einer Befestigungshalterung (53) des flexiblen Rings (5) passen können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der starre Ring (4) Sicherungsstifte (44) aufweist, die die Bewegung des starren Rings (4) in Bezug auf den Lampenhalter (22) entlang der Achse (XX') der Montage des Rings verriegeln können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lampenhalter (22) auf einer Außenfläche (23) eine vorstehende Krone (25) aufweist, die die Bewegung der Sicherungsstifte (44) des starren Rings führt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lampenhalter (22) auf einer Außenfläche (23) eine vorstehende Krone (25) aufweist, die den Drehstopp des starren Rings (4) um die Achse (XX') der Montage des Rings gewährleistet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Befestigungshalterung (53) ein abgeschrägtes freies Ende (55) aufweist, das insbesondere vor der Montage hinter den Sicherungsstiften (44) des starren Rings (4) verborgen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsstifte (44) unterschiedliche Größen und Formen aufweisen, die eine Codierung bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Ring (5) mindestens einen Positionierungsclip (50) aufweist und der starre Ring (4) mindestens einen Hohlraum (43) zur Aufnahme des Clips (50) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der starre Ring (4) um den flexiblen Ring (5) herum montiert ist, so dass, sobald das Befestigungssystem (3) an dem Lampenhalter (22) montiert ist, die Befestigungshalterung (53) des flexiblen Rings (5) nicht mehr zugänglich sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Ring (5) Befestigungskrallen (52) aufweist, die in der Lage sind, die Lampe (1, 6) in einer verriegelten Position zu halten, und dass der starre Ring (4) auf einer Innenfläche Nocken (42) aufweist, die in der Lage sind, die Befestigungskrallen (52) zu drücken und sie in der verriegelten Position zu halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Ring (5) Kontaktlaschen (51, 59) aufweist, die einen elektrischen Kontakt zwischen der Lampe (1, 6) und dem Gegenstück (2) gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Ring (5) Haltelaschen (51) aufweist und dass der starre Ring vorstehende Sektoren (42) aufweist, wobei die Positionierung dieser vorstehenden Sektoren (42) in den Laschen (51) die axiale Halterung des flexiblen Rings im starre Ring (4) während der Montage gewährleistet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Ring (5) durch Schneiden und Biegen einer gehärteten Stahlplatte hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Ring (5) an einem Ende der Schnittplatte einen Haken (56) und an einem anderen Ende der Schnittplatte eine Öffnung (57) zur Aufnahme des Hakens aufweist.
