Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an elevator with a car, which is movably arranged in a hoistway between a shaft head and a pit along a guideway, and a car for a lift.
  • Powertrainless elevators are already in widespread use. It is hereby aimed to reduce the manhole dimensions, in particular the shaft height. In the most favorable case theoretically, the length of the shaft is defined merely by the sum of the required height, the height of the car and the required crossings and buffer strokes.
  • the EP 1 118 574 A2 shows the provision of a lower temporary shelter.
  • a person-recognizing sensor triggers a braking device.
  • the disadvantage here is that the safe functionality of the brakes can not be guaranteed and therefore slippage of the car in the shelter can not be excluded. The car must therefore be secured with additional supports to be inserted into the shaft pit.
  • Lift shafts with a pit and a shaft head, which do not extend beyond the top and bottom floors, are also known.
  • an upper temporary shelter is provided by providing a buffer device disposed in the well head with an impact plate via an actuatable mechanism.
  • the car has a fixed to the car roof counter-stop, which limits the way up in interaction with the impact plate.
  • the activation mechanism is arranged in the upper shaft head and therefore difficult to reach, for example, for a maintenance technician.
  • the JP 2004-149258 shows a Auffahrdämpfer which is fastened to the bottom of the elevator shaft on the guide rail of the counterweight to limit the travel path of the counterweight down.
  • movable means are shown at the bottom of the manhole, which can be folded into the car or counterweight travel path to limit the respective travel ways down.
  • the US 2004/0188184 shows arranged on the guide rails screws, which cooperate with an over the car or the counterweight rail, which is pushed to block the track to the outside, beyond the car area, cooperate. A use for the car or the counterweight is disclosed.
  • the FR 2 795 060 shows movable means on the car and fixed means in the hoistway to block the car's mobility upwards.
  • the shelters for the maintenance and repair personnel are only temporarily available. In normal operation of the elevator, the shelters are not provided and the car can be moved along the entire track.
  • the conventionally used sensors also have the disadvantage that the systems are used as safety circuits, e.g. according to SIL 3, must be performed. As a result, wiring and documentation consuming and difficult to understand for the maintenance staff.
  • the object is achieved by an elevator with the features of claim 1 and of claim 3 and by a car with the features of claim 22.
  • the inventive interaction between the provided on the car movable first means and arranged in the elevator shaft second means can be achieved in a simple and reliable way limiting the travel of the car, and thus in particular the provision of shelters.
  • the movable first means provided on the car can be moved from a first position not blocking the travel path of the car into a second position in which they can be brought into operative connection with the second means provided in the elevator shaft by corresponding movement of the car are, whereby a route of the car blocking position of the first means is realized.
  • the counterweight assigned to the first movable means are brought from a not blocking the path of the counterweight first position in a second position in which they can also interact with the second means in operative connection, so here is a the path of the counterweight blocking position of the first Means is feasible.
  • the first means are easily accessible for the maintenance personnel who goes for example for inspection trips on the car roof, and in particular to operate in a simple manner manually.
  • the maintenance staff then has no reason to perform manipulations, bypassing existing regulations, for example to save time.
  • Conventional security devices are often complicated to use and also require a considerable time and / or effort for the operation. Since maintenance personnel are often under time pressure, experience has shown that complicated or time-consuming safety devices are bypassed.
  • the first means substantially below the carcass, where they can easily be reached from the well or from one floor, and e.g. are manually operated.
  • a remote control could be provided from the car roof, from a floor, out of the car or from the pit.
  • the bottom landing door may be equipped with a safety circuit that monitors whether the car is behind the door when the door is opened.
  • first means on the counterweight and the second means are arranged in the elevator shaft.
  • the first and / or second means suitably made of a hard, stable material, e.g. Metal are formed to be provided with elastic buffer elements to gently stop the car.
  • the respective travel path is limited by operative connection of the first and second means in such a way that a shelter with a safety height in the shaft is formed.
  • a shelter is provided so as not to injure persons who are on or under the car when the car is being moved into the pit head or into the pit.
  • the necessary shelters in the elevator shaft both in the shaft head and in the pit can be provided in a simple way, taking into account applicable safety regulations, especially temporarily, without having to extend the shaft to have.
  • An elevator according to the invention has a device for detecting the position of the first and / or second means. This can be checked in a simple manner, whether the provision of the respective shelter is guaranteed.
  • the Detection device may be formed, for example, as a conventional electrical position or pressure sensor or as a switch, which is connected to the other safety circuits of the elevator.
