Claims (9)
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche (20,320,520,820) zur Behandlung von Trinkwasser, wobei die Kartusche aufweist:a) ein Gehäuse (22,322);b) einen Einlass (24,324) zum Einspeisen von Wasser in die Kartusche;c) eine Auslassöffnung (26) zur Ausgabe von Wasser aus der Kartusche;d) ein erstes Behandlungsmaterial (28) zum Beseitigen oder Neutralisieren von Kontaminationen in dem Wasser, wobei das erste Behandlungsmaterial einen hohlen Kernbereich (34) aufweist;e) ein zweites Behandlungsmaterial (30) zur Zugabe von Aroma, wichtigen Nährstoffen oder Zusatzstoffen zur Behandlung von Krankheit oder zur Verbesserung der Gesundheit zum Wasser; wobei das zweite Behandlungsmaterial in dem Kernbereich (34) des ersten Behandlungsmaterials (28) enthalten ist, so dass das erste Behandlungsmaterial und das zweite Behandlungsmaterial in direkter Verbindung sind, wobei das zweite Behandlungsmaterial innerhalb des Kernbereichs (34) zurückgehalten wird durchf) eine flüssigkeitsdurchlässige Rückhalteeinrichtung (32,832,932), die die Auslassöffnung (26) bedeckt und sich in den Kernbereich hinein erstreckt;wobei Wasser über den Einlass (24,324) in die Kartusche eintritt, dann radial in das erste Behandlungsmaterial (28) eintritt und radial durch dieses hindurchfließt, und dann mindestens ein Teil des Wassers radial in das zweite Behandlungsmaterial (30) eintritt und axial durch dieses hindurchfließt, und über die Auslassöffnung (26) aus der Kartusche austritt.
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche (20,320,520,820) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Behandlungsmaterial (30) eine Partikelgröße von mindestens 74µm (200 mesh) aufweist.
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das zweite Behandlungsmaterial eine Schüttdichte von mindestens 0,4g/ml hat.
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Rückhalteeinrichtung über eine Länge von mindestens 2mm in direktem Kontakt mit dem zweiten Behandlungsmaterial ist.
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das erste Behandlungsmaterial (28) Aktivkohlepartikel aufweist.
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das zweite Behandlungsmaterial dem Wasser Aroma, Nährstoffe, Mineralien oder Vitamine hinzufügen kann.
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das zweite Behandlungsmaterial eine Calciumquelle aufweist.
- Wasserbehandlungskartusche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Wasserbehandlungskartusche mindestens 2L/min behandeltes Wasser liefern kann, wenn die Quelle des behandelnden Wassers einen Druck von 413kPa (60psi) hat.
- Verfahren zur Behandlung von Trinkwasser mit den folgenden Schritten:a) Bereitstellen einer Wasserbehandlungskartusche nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche;b) Hindurchleiten von Wasser durch das erste Behandlungsmaterial (28), so dass das Wasser radial in das erste Behandlungsmaterial eintritt und radial durch dieses hindurchfließt;c) Hindurchleiten von Wasser durch das zweite Behandlungsmaterial (30), so dass mindestens ein Teil des Wassers radial in das zweite Behandlungsmaterial eintritt und axial durch dieses hindurchfließt und das zweite Behandlungsmaterial dem Wasser Aroma, Nährstoffe, Mineralien, Vitamine oder Gemische davon hinzufügt.
