Claims (8)
- Cabine d'ascenseur (1) composée d'un plancher (2), de portes (4), de parois latérales (5), d'une paroi arrière (6) et d'un plafond (7), étant précisé que le plancher (2), les parois latérales (5), la paroi arrière (6) et le plafond (7) présentent chacun une construction modulaire faite de plusieurs panneaux qui sont aptes à être réunis à l'aide d'éléments de liaison, que le plancher (2) est construit à partir de plusieurs panneaux de plancher (2.1) qui sont portés par un profilé de fixation inférieur (13) d'un châssis porteur (10), que les parois (5, 6) sont construites à partir de plusieurs panneaux de paroi (5.1), que chaque panneau de paroi (5.1) présente à son extrémité inférieure des languettes (5.2) qui sont reliées aux panneaux de plancher (2.1), que les panneaux de paroi (5.1) sont aptes à être reliés entre eux à l'aide de liaisons à patte (5.5) et que chaque panneau de paroi (5.1) présente à son extrémité supérieure des languettes (5.3) reliées aux panneaux de plafond (7.1), et que le panneau de paroi (5.1) et les languettes (5.2, 5.3) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce.
- Cabine d'ascenseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la liaison à patte (5.5) comporte une patte (5.6) qui est découpée dans le panneau de paroi (5.1), le panneau de paroi (5.1) et la patte (5.6) étant réalisés d'une seule pièce.
- Cabine d'ascenseur selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le plafond (7) est construit à partir de plusieurs panneaux de plafond (7.1) qui sont reliés à un profilé de fixation supérieur (14) du châssis porteur (10).
- Cabine d'ascenseur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le seuil (3) de la cabine d'ascenseur (1) ne comporte pas de construction porteuse propre et est disposée sur les panneaux de plancher (2.1).
- Procédé pour le montage d'une cabine d'ascenseur (1) composée d'un plancher (2), de portes (4), de parois latérales (5), d'une paroi arrière (6) et d'un plafond (7) selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le plancher (2), les parois latérales (5), la paroi arrière (6) et le plafond (7) ne sont pas reliés par soudage, étant précisé que des éléments de liaison amovibles sont utilisés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'on utilise comme éléments de liaison des liaisons par emboîtement (2.3, 5.2, 5.3, 5.5, 5.7, 7.2) et des liaisons par vissage (2.4), étant précisé que seuls les éléments de cabine (2.1) fortement sollicités sont reliés à l'aide de liaisons par vissage (2.4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la cabine d'ascenseur est fabriquée par panneaux, étant précisé que les panneaux (2.1, 5.1, 7.1) ne sont fabriqués à l'usine qu'à l'aide d'une opération de découpage/pliage automatisée et sont amenés sur place en petit volume et que la cabine d'ascenseur est construite dans la gaine d'ascenseur en un temps de montage court.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que lors du montage de la cabine d'ascenseur, le personnel de montage est guidé par des éléments de liaison facilement identifiables.
