Description

The invention relates to an elevator car consisting of floor, doors, side walls, rear wall and ceiling, wherein the bottom, the side walls, the rear wall and the ceiling are each made up of a plurality of panels modular, which are held together by means of connecting elements.

From the Patent US 4,779,707 is a modular elevator car has become known. The elevator car consists of a floor, sliding doors with front wall, side walls, rear wall and a ceiling. The side walls are connected to the rear wall and to the front wall by means of angle elements, wherein clips hold the walls and angle elements together. In addition, the walls are bolted to the floor. The ceiling encloses the walls according to the principle of the tin cover.

A disadvantage of the known device is that the full-surface walls and ceiling are complex and bulky and cause high manufacturing and assembly costs.

From the EP 0 585 945 A1 has become known from panels elevator car. The panels have at the ends of the long sides on Umbüge, which serve the connection with the neighboring panels, wherein the Umbüge be pushed together and welded or crimped.

Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. The invention aims to remedy this situation. The invention, as characterized in the independent claims solves the problem of avoiding the disadvantages of the known device and to propose an elevator car, which is handy in the manufacture, during transport and during assembly.

Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

The advantages achieved by the invention are to be seen essentially in the fact that the stability of the all-round with panels modular elevator car is guaranteed even at high loads, as they occur for example in freight elevators. Despite the many individual parts for the construction of the walls, ceiling and floor only a few assembly-intensive fasteners such as screws are necessary. The majority of the connections are advantageously made by means of clips punched from the panels themselves or by means of connecting straps. The panels are factory-side only with an automated punching process and an automated bending process produced. On site or on the assembly side, the elevator car can be assembled in a short assembly time by means of plug connections and with a few screw connections. During assembly of the elevator car, the installation staff is guided by easily identifiable fasteners. The panel construction allows a small-volume transport of the elevator car to the construction site directly from the punching and folding machine. Despite the panel construction, the walls, ceiling and floor of the elevator car have no protruding parts or edges on the passenger compartment side and are vandal resistant without any additional measures. A rework of the surface is not necessary. An additional luminous ceiling is superfluous, if for the ceiling panels an aesthetically pleasing sheet metal, such as CrNi sheet metal is used. The apron lying on the floor panels does not need its own supporting structure and can be fastened with a few screws.
