- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) mit zwei jeweils einen Ring bildenden Walzenständern (2, 2'), zwischen denen eine aus mindestens zwei Arbeitswalzen (4, 4') bestehende Reihe von Walzen angeordnet ist, durch welche die Dicke des zu walzenden Produktes (P) verringert werden kann, wobei die Walzen in einer die Pressebene bildenden, im wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene (S) übereinander angeordnet und drehbar in Lager bildenden Einbaustücken (41, 41', 51, 51') montiert sind, welche vertikal gleitend zwischen Führungsflächen montiert sind, die durch die vertikalen Teile (21, 22) der Walzenständer abgestützt sind, wobei das Walzgerüst Mittel zum Anpressen der Walzen mit Hilfe von Hydraulikzylindern (6, 6') aufweist, die sich an einem horizontalen Teil (23, 23') jedes Walzenständers abstützen und die Presskraft auf die Einbaustücke der Walzen ausüben, wobei die Hydraulikzylinder darüber hinaus einen Lagesensor (64) aufweisen, welcher zu jedem Zeitpunkt ein Signal (POS) zur Darstellung der Position des bewegbaren Teils des Hydraulikzylinders (62) und des Einbaustücks (51) gegenüber dem festen Teil des Hydraulikzylinders (61) und dem horizontalen Teil (23) jedes Walzenständers ausgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mess-Signal (POS) des Lagesensors in Echtzeit und ständig gespeichert wird, dass ein Muster dieses Signals direkt mit einem räumlichzeitlichen Beobachtungsfenster (F) verglichen wird, wobei die Größe des Musters und die Dimensionen des Fensters in Abhängigkeit von dem Walzgerüst sowie von der zu detektierenden Vibrationsfrequenz gewählt werden, und dass ein Vibrationsdetektionssignal ausgelöst wird, wenn das Signalmuster nicht mehr in dem Fenster (F) enthalten ist.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zeitliche Dimension des Beobachtungsfensters (F) eine zeitliche Länge hat, die ausreichend ist dafür, dass das enthaltene Muster für die zu detektierende Vibrationserscheinung repräsentativ ist.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zeitliche Dimension des Beobachtungsfensters (F) eine Länge hat, die mindestens gleich einer Zeit ist, die 2 Signalperioden des zu detektierenden Vibrationsphänomens entspricht.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Beobachtungsfensters (F) eine räumliche Dimension hat, welche eine Größe darstellt, die größer ist als die Amplitude der größten sich wiederholenden Änderung des Signals zur Messung der Position (POS) des Anpresshydraulikzylinders (6).
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe des Beobachtungsfensters (F) eine räumliche Dimension hat, welche eine Amplitude des Signals zur Messung der Position (POS) des Anpresshydraulikzylinders (6) darstellt, die größer ist als 4 Mikrometer.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Überschreitungen der Höhe des Beobachtungsfensters (F) durch die Amplitude des Signals zur Messung der Position (POS) des Anpresshydraulikzylinders (6) gezählt wird.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vibrationserkennung signalisiert wird, wenn die Anzahl der Überschreitungen der Höhe des Beobachtungsfensters (F) durch die Amplitude des Signals zur Messung der Position (POS) des Anpresshydraulikzylinders (6) größer ist als das was üblicherweise bei Korrekturmaßnahmen der stärksten zulässigen Amplitude der Kontrollsysteme des Walzgerüstes beobachtet wird.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Vibrationserkennung signalisiert wird, wenn die Anzahl der Überschreitungen der Höhe des Beobachtungsfensters (F) durch die Amplitude des Signals zur Messung der Position (POS) des Anpresshydraulikzylinders (6) größer als zwei ist.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den Beobachtungsfenstern, die ein Vibrationsdetektionssignal ausgelöst haben, die Amplitude jeder Überschreitung gegenüber der Dimension des Fensters (F) gemessen wird.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den Beobachtungsfenstern, die ein Vibrationsdetektionssignal ausgelöst haben, die Steigung (D) der Änderung der Amplitude jeder Überschreitung in einem gleichen Beobachtungsfenster (F) bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei den Beobachtungsfenstern, die ein Vibrationsdetektionssignal ausgelöst haben, die Steigung der Änderung der Amplitude jeder Überschreitung in unterschiedlichen Beobachtungsfenstern (F) bestimmt wird.
- Verfahren zur Detektion verschiedener Arten von Vibrationen eines Walzgerüstes (1) nach dem Verfahren eines der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass verschiedene Größen des Musters des Signals zur Messung der Position (POS) des Anpresshydraulikzylinders (6) und verschiedene Dimensionierungen des Beobachtungsfensters (F) verwendet werden, wobei jede an die Frequenzen der Vibrationen angepasst ist, jeder zu detektierenden Vibrationsart entsprechend.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen der Walzgerüste eines eine Vielzahl von Gerüsten aufweisenden Tandemwalzwerks unter Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jedes Walzgerüst eine Größe des Musters des Signals zur Messung der Position (POS) des Anpresshydraulikzylinders sowie eine Dimensionierung des Beobachtungsfensters verwendet werden, die an die auf dem Walzgerüst zu detektierenden Vibrationsfrequenzen angepasst sind.
- Verfahren zur Detektion der Vibrationen der Walzgerüste eines eine Vielzahl von Gerüsten aufweisenden Tandemwalzwerks, unter Anwendung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steigungen (D) der Amplitudenänderung der Überschreitungen für jedes Walzgerüst des Tandemwalzwerks bestimmt werden.
- Verfahren zur Detektion und Korrektion der Vibrationen der Walzgerüste eines Tandemwalzwerks nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorzunehmenden Korrekturmaßnahmen mindestens auf dem Walzgerüst durchgeführt werden, bei dem die Überschreitungs-Steigung (D) der Amplitudenänderung am stärksten ist.
