Abstract

l'invention pore sur un dispositif conçu pour pulvériser des surfaces, notamment recouvrir des surfaces extérieurs de bâtiments, des ouvrages d'art, des structures routières et similaires avec des agents à base de polymères soufrés. Ce dispositif de pulvérisation de surfaces se caractérise en ce qu'il est monté sur une plate-forme mobile (16) équipée de roulettes (17), d'un réservoir (1) contenant un polymère soufré et équipé d'une enveloppe chauffante (4), un agitateur (3) et des granules de polymères soufrés et/ou un dispositif d'alimentation discontinue de poudre (2). Le réservoir (1), contenant le polymère soufré est relié à une cuve sous pression (6) dont la pression de fonctionnement monte jusqu'à 150 bars, est chauffé à une température de 135 °C et st équipé d'une valve (8) le raccordant à la pompe refoulante (9) et au tuyau chauffé électriquement (10) se terminant dans la buse de pulvérisation (11). La préparation de polymère soufré et le processus de pulvérisation sont contrôlés par le module de contrôle (15).
