- a sulphur polymer spraying process is performed in temperatures ranging from 100°C to 135°C, and since sulphur polymer shows variable viscosity depending on a temperature it is important that the whole process of sulphur polymer melting, storing and spraying is performed in a stable temperature and as short time as possible so that sulphur polymer keeps the lowest possible viscosity.

- sulphur polymer flows from the tank 6 after the valve 8 has been opened by switch 12 signal, to the pressure pump 9 that feeds sulphur polymer under a pressure up to 150 bars through the heated hose 10 to the spraying nozzle 11.
- Co-operation of individual components is controlled by a module 16 mounted on a moving platform 7 fitted with wheels 18.
